When I say I love Mr. Wilfred!! He is truly Incredible, Professional, and Knowledgeable. The process of getting my car fixed was fast and easy. The end results were amazing. I would highly recommend B&R auto body.
DONT WALK BUT RUN AWAY. Bad service, rude and unprofessional. I took my car in for work. The owner and all his workers did more flirting than actually work on my car. It’s been 2 weeks going on week 3.I walked into the shop the person working on my car pretended like he was working on my car when he seen my face. HE DID NOTHING FROM 9am-5pm. But demanded payment. I was told my vehicle has been fixed, WRONG. I attempt to drive my car it was making weird noises. Nothing that needed to be fixed was actually fixed. The owner is a scammer and fraud. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
The owner’s son should be avoided at all costs. Had a bumper cover repaired and my trunk locked/functioned perfectly prior to repair. Afterwards it did not and the son tried to tell me it was a broken trunk lock. After closer review that same day I could clearly see that the issue was with the alignment of the bumper cover. One side of the trunk lid was coming into contact with the top of the bumper cover preventing the trunk to fully close as it did prior to the repair. When I returned the car to the shop to show the son he immediately became irate, unprofessional and overall just a jerk. I was flabbergasted. As God is my witness any layperson could see the issue upon closer scrutiny and this guy just refused to accept the fact that the repair was faulty. Finally I had to speak with his father who at least listened to my argument and appeared to agree that the trunk was not closing properly because of the contact with the bumper cover. He went on to explain there may have been an issue with the bumper cover reinforcement but I’ll have another shop look at it and perhaps do the work because I have difficulty doing business with a shop who has people such as the owner’s son meeting customers. If you do elect to use this shop check your repairs THOROUGHLY before handing over any cash. If you don’t know anything about car repairs please take someone with you to closely inspect the repairs. By the way always remember you get what you pay for. This shop seems to have good prices and now I know why. Lesson learned.
Talk to a guy on the regarding checking to see if I have a bent chassis, he told me to come in to his shop. I get there and the shop door is open and I proceed to walk towards and I see a guy who I motioned to get his attention and he closed the door. Upon getting inside he tells me to talk to an older heavy set guy without even asking me what I needed help with. Then I start talking to the guy who I spoke to over the phone who wasn’t friendly at all (West Indian guy). Upon going outside he starts to tell me my chassis is not bent, and I asked why he is saying that and he started to get irrate even though I was just trying to understand why he was saying what he was saying. His whole demeanor was terrible and disrespectful. I wouldn’t do business with someone like that EVER!
This body shop really sucks, I dropped my car once they started working on it the prices jumped and there’s certain damage they didn’t fix also over charged. Tbh I would never go back to this body shop ever.
El trabajo realizado a mi vehículo no fue el mejor ya que en poco tiempo la pintura perdió brilló y muchas imperfecciones partes de las piezas instaladas quedaron desajustadas y con muchos horrores de pinturas
