Mike auto is an exceptional mechanic shop. Anthony at the front who truly stands out for his honesty and integrity. From the moment I walked into his shop, he made me feel welcome and took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle. What impressed me the most was his straightforward approach; he explained the issues clearly and provided a detailed estimate without any hidden fees.

I recently had to get my shocks replaced. My car was a mess and inside of 24 hours, it’s as good as new. I’m so grateful for the speedy service, extremely fair price, and kind treatment while I was there. Anthony was a wonderful help, and he made sure everything happened smoothly. He also has some excellent music recommendations! Mike’s is the only place I like to take my car, because I trust that I’m always going to get what I need without breaking the bank.
I have been going to this shop for several years and have always trusted the work. The front desk has changed, and I'm glad it has as the gentlemen I work with now (Anthony) really knows his stuff. He's fair and reasonable and most efficient with getting parts and time spent on repairs and maintenance. Camillo is the mechanic that knows my car and always fixes what I need in a timely manner. Very honest, reputable and dependable place for all my car care needs. I trust them like family and very much appreciate them. :)
Severely overpricing for everything . Diagnostic plus removing screws for a battery , they charge 170$ . They literally have to work for like 10 mins for this . don’t come here if your car broke down and want to fix it
I just got a used Ford Focus and called Mike regarding message alerts on the car. He told me to bring it in right away. I felt like a celebrity because the car was checked and problem solved right away. I always feel secure with Mike's taking care of my cars! I Had regular maintenance done to my car I didn’t know what my car needed had over 100 miles they checked my car , all I needed was oil change. They were very honest and didn’t try to oversell me like most places . Great place and very sincere
Tried to charge me for a new (engine ) when my car drove up in there said five thousand and something went down to half that like i was getting a favor . When I came and took my car after finding out warranty was still good a paid only fifty dollars cause the wire to my radiator was not tightened mind you I just had them do my heating here . Anywho paid fifty out of what they tried to charge me for a job that did not need to be rendered however they wanted to say I needed. They begged me to stay lost my key and I only paid fifty dollars out of the five thousand he was trying to rob me for I say to women don’t trust him I can’t speak for you guys cause I feel y’all know better but they will prey on you in here for unnecessary work that’s not needed in your vehicles ask them if this is true than you can find the video posted to tiktok
Frank was amazing. He gave me a fair price of the issues that my car had. He was transparent and save me money by letting me know what repairs were not urgent. Definitely recommended and most definitely coming back.
I have only good things to say about this place until my last visit on 07/17/2020. Guy wanted to charge me $25 for tire vulcanization. Exact same tire that I brought in in the past and they charged me less than $10, $6 I think. I did not have cash with me so I said I am paying credit card, he started going on about I will have to charge you tax, fees, etc, etc. And that was when I said I did not get charged $25 in the past just to get a tire vulcanized. He asked how much I was charged before but since I do not remember the exact amount, I said $10. He asked me to pay $10 and did not give receipt. Unfortunately, this kind of bad practice ruins a great business. I will not be returning to this place. I feel bad for Kumi who is an honest man but some of your guys are a problem.
Service seriously slow ; I guess work was done right ! Over charge my Daughter on yesterday, Have been going there for couple years Gave one price.... And he fold the receipt....She didn't look until she got on here block,( Over charge$125.00
The owner is honest, straightforward and the pricing is fair.Their overall goal is to win you as a customer, so that’s why I’m going back there to fix new car.Brought a used car a few months back and the steering was shaking and the car sounded like it was breathing’s it’s last breaths.They fixed it up and answer all my questions and they didn’t kill my pockets doing it.Good Business.Good owner!
