to much confusion for a buy here pick up and between the Brooklawn NJ store and the Woodbury NJ store they want me to run from store to store and deliver paperwork. I asked him why they couldn't fax it, from one store to another and they said they can't and want me to deliver it but I'm not I don't have time for that I paid for it I got the part that's all I care about their paperwork and their books is not my concern.
but at least they didn't have the part that I needed so I am grateful for that.
I’ve been going to this store for many many years. Sue has always helped me out and went above and beyond for me and my car. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Thomas is another amazing person who goes above and beyond his job title to help out anyway he can. They are both always such a pleasure to talk with and get help from. They are a big part of the reason why I won’t go to other auto part stores. There truly needs to be more employees like those two everywhere!!!
I have chicken memory but Sue or the person there today was very nice and gave my dog some treats so please give her a bonus because she was super accommodating and gave great customer service
I went into AutoZone and was helped by an associate Bill E. He was so knowledgeable and polite and went out of his way to help me. I came in and needed help with my car not only did he get me everything I needed and answered all my questions he also then came out and went out of his way to fix the issue for me. I then offered him a tip for his troubles in which he refused and said that it was his pleasure to help. Such a nice man I wish there were more people like this gentleman. He deserves a raise. You don't see customer service like this anymore.
Everyone working and customers sweating in the vicinity. Not cool to treat employees work and customers that shop here like that. Turn the air conditioning on literally everyone is sweating it’s unprofessional
After receiving a defective caliper I had another ordered being told it wouldn’t be there until the 24th. I called today and was told the part is in. This is the same person dealt with every transaction along. I notice a fed ex sticker on the package that clearly states fed ex Sat. Del. I asked the “assistant manager” has my part been there since Saturday and truly is it not of importance to let a customer know a part came sooner than expected. She claimed she will talk to her staff. I personally think those sort tasks perhaps should be led by example.
Battery died and they saved my butt. Nicole and Maite were both professional and knowledgeable. Back on the road in less than 30. Thank you both, you're wonderful!

All my years repairing automobiles, i’ve had many parts guys, but none quite like your Tim.
Many times a week I’m in Westdeptfords Hessian/rt45 store and I witness Tim going above and beyond helping customers.
Tim is friendly,kind and treats people like they are the expert as he provides options, jokes and smiles.
As an onboard software/hardware diagnostic technician or “sparky”, my work keeps me in my head!!.
Working on today’s cars can be challenging and aggravating and when cars come our way the customer has a lack of confidence with the industry and patience is nonexistent.
Guys like Tim are needed in this industry.
What I’m trying to say is being the best also means making people happy.

I was helped to get the correct size windshield wipers. In addition, the wipers were installed also. It was a pleasant visit. I only wish I could remember the gentleman's name, he made my day.
I needed a new car battery. They tested my old one immediately and gave me options for a new one. Victor helped me out by going above and beyond by taking out the old one and installing the new one. Everyone was friendly and helpful!
My daughter said she needed a new battery for her key fob so I told her to go to the auto zone across from colonial diner and they’ll help you!!! She went on her break and after she called me and said the woman there said they don’t have them kind of batteries and she’ll have to go to a lock smith! I’ve never ever heard of going to a lock smith for a key fob battery! WOW WOW WOW!!!!! So I went to another store and replaced it in 30 seconds! I wish I was with her at the time!
Frank and crew are really nice, just don’t order anything from them. They will guarantee you an arrival day/time, but it’s a lie. they do it to get the sale. Most stuff will come faster if you order it online. They will refuse to fully refund you and take 20% if you insist. Just buy what’s in stock. order online for stuff these even they need to order.
Tim was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful! Extremely grateful for all the help with charging up my battery and letting me know what I could do in the area while I waited. He helped me locate what store had the alternator I needed and gave me spot on directions. I know a lot of people are quick to write bad reviews but you are one of the good guys!!!
I had to add to my original review because these people deserve it. I go in the other day to pick up a part for my husband and I already didn't want to go because he had given them a hard time early on in the day about the price.... but when I got there and asked about the part the lady helping me was so nice. She made me feel super comfortable and she told me about an available coupon that I was oblivious to which saved me $14! She didn't need to go the extra mile but she did and I was really grateful. I wish I had caught her name.... I ended up going back the next day for a different part and while I was there a customer called to give the clerk a 'what for' and I couldn't believe how professional he was about it. I'm not sure I would have done that well if I were in his shoes and I have many years of customer service under my belt. Nice job Tim. Anyway- this particular auto zone is more than alright by me. I definitely recommend.
Needed a battery replaced and Sue did an amazing job cleaning out the acid that was around the terminals and cleaning it all out. She had help from Matthew who also did a great job replacing the battery. Would definitely recommend coming to this autozone. Great staff on hand
I had great service from both women in the store. The men employees, however, several of them....just stood around talking amongst themselves while I clearly needed help and the women were helping other customers. I did not appreciate that.
Yesterday I visited the N Broad Street Location and was greeted by two great employees. Markeith was such a wonderful person that helped me out so much with my car. He was so easy to talk to and explained everything that I needed. He is a great young man and a great employee. My experience was exceptional, convenient and fast. Such a wonderful asset your the AutoZone Company.
Excellent customer service! Battery died in me but it was only a year old. Came back to get a new one & found it was still under warranty. They switched out for me no questions asked quickly & efficiently! They're always very knowledgeable as well.
Tonight I visited the store feeling super overwhelmed! My check engine light came on and my batter kept losing power. But the store manager, his name starts with an M but I don’t want to butcher it! So I’m sorry for that! But he was AMAZING! He took complete control of the situation and set my mind at ease! I am so thankful for that man!
I've been to this store several times. They have the nicest most helpful workers there. I wanted my battery checked and the woman came out and check it. One of the terminals on the battery was corroded with acid. She cleaned off both the terminals and sprayed them with a protective coating. She didn't have to do all that. So when she was done I wanted to give her a tip because I really appreciated it. And she would not take it. I don't live near this store but this is where I will go for now on. I've been to other auto stores and they act like they do not want to be bothered. So thank you to the woman who helped me
I had an excellent experience! I came in for a new battery for my car. I assumed that’s what the issue was anyway. I was helped by Markief, who actually ran a test on my battery to make sure that was the issue before purchasing one. I also needed a new break light which he helped me out with as well. He installed both for me and I was in and out in no time (less than 30 minutes). Will definitely be a returning customer!
Went to get my battery tested. The staff were all very willing to help. Short wait and I thought they were going to find a lot wrong so they could sell me a ton of parts. They checked battery, starter and alternator. She said everything was great and we didn't need anything. Great store!
Good products and good service - this is truly the place to come. I have been a frequent visitor to this location for quite a while now and have never left disappointed. They are usually able to get products in quickly and the staff knows their cars.
I wanted to make special mention of two people here: Frank and Brian. Frank is one of the managers and he is very well-versed in parts knowledge. He is a very reasonable guy and will take the time to help you find what you need.
Brian is second-to-none when it comes to his car knowledge. His vast array of experience with all kinds of vehicles lets him help you find exactly what you need. He takes great time to make sure you have all of the knowledge you need and have even gone the "extra mile" for me when it comes to my projects. His explanations are very informative and I always leave more confident than when I walked in.
Overall, please come in and see what they can do for you. Whether it is battery / charging issues or a check engine light, the people here are pretty good about getting to the bottom of it.
