I went to this location to under warranty exchange a part for a car that I explained had sentimental value to me and all i got was the run around from the late afternoon night manager who knew I was coming to that location for exchange after I made sure they received a call concerning the matter. Don’t buy anything from this location they don’t care anything about the customers needs all their concern is that you made a purchase at this location. The fact is all these stores are owned collectively and it doesn’t matter where you made the purchase, but it does matter if your customers are happy with they’re purchase.

Abdul was an absolute lifesaver for me today. For context, I’m a young college student with a beater and I’ve been dealing with some sporadic heat spikes and overheating. Not only was he incredibly friendly, helping to keep my spirits up, but he was more than happy to run my check engine codes and help me check small things on my engine to get me a diagnostic starting point. I have severe anxiety around my car breaking down, and Abdul left such a positive mark on an otherwise stressful experience. His kindness deserves recognition.

They're very helpful and don't take you for a ride. It doesn't matter that I'm a female they were very respectful.

Went to Woodbury location to replace my battery today and had tremendous service and interaction with Abdul. His customer service is top notch and he is very knowledgable. In a world where it can sometimes be hard to find someone who cares about your experience as a customer, Abdul went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed from the sale to install. I will definitely be back for any auto parts in the future. Thanks again Abdul!

I want my money back !!! Ordered windshield blades and was told to pick them up in 30 , so I drive there in pouring rain to see they CLOSED 45 MINS BEFORE I GOT MY EMAIL ..SO YOU CLOSED AT 5PM !!!! AUTO ZONE ..OPEN UNTIL 9PM !!!!! I want my money back , never picked up wipers ..going to Auto Zone ..Thanks alot Advanced smh!!

I needed a part in a hurry, one call to Advance Auto and the part was waiting for me when I arrived. Great service at a great price. Very convenient hours of operation too!!! Update: Still my favorite place for auto parts! Very friendly helpful staff. I am no mechanic, but I can do basic tasks. The staff understand my limitations are go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Great shop!!!

Went for a new battery. I had it paid for and installed in less then a half hour. Nice friendly guys working too.

I'd give no stars if it was an option. Horrible customer service. Staff in woodbury location are quick to turn you away. no wonder why it's always empty anymore will drive the extra few miles to shop at autozone. Do better advance.

Friendly and helpful staff and the prices are higher on items out on the floor but I've noticed the behind counter parts seem to be getting better on some of the things I have needed recently. Of course there are still many things priced so high sometimes 4 times more than an online store, where I buy the majority of parts for side jobs and more frequently for things at my 9 to 5 .

The lady at the counter gave me the wrong spark plugs. It was closing time and she didn't double check. Got it corrected the next day so no harm done.

TODAY ...my battery went on my car in the pouring rain. I went to get a new battery and was meet with the sweetest young man Bleu. He changed my battery in the pouring rain and showed me how to clean the pieces and was just all around pleasure. Thanks Bleu

Ordered wipers online, get there to pick them up and when the guy goes to install them, we find out they don’t fit. He gets someone else to double check and sure enough, they don’t fit (despite putting my car info in and everything). The employees were very nice and helped me find the correct wipers, return the others and then install the correct ones! I was impressed with the happy attitudes and pleasant demeanors despite the troubles.

Nice staff! And very helpful. I ended up running back in a few time's and the 1st 2 time's I had a young man named Bleu help me (he was kind helpful and sweet!) The other time I had a woman ring me up. She also was very kind & personable! Great experience today for sure.

They told me my starter was dead, when it was the battery. Their test shows the battery was good, but I had an actual auto shop look at it and they told me and it turned out they were correct that the battery was dead. Starter was fine.

Friendly staff. Store is always clean. Usually have good prices. Also, if they don't have a part in stock, they will call nearby stores and have them delivered usually same day.

Engine light on.. Just got the car... What did we do... Remembered they can check it here for free. Walked in and the young man behind the counter was pleasant and helped me very quickly and was very nice. He plugged in the device and read the code and told me the few things it could be. One thing was just a loose harness... I went home and squeezed every harness under the hood and pushed down on all fuses I could find. Restarted the car... Light out!!! Thought for sure it would be an oxygen sensor.. But we are happy! Thanks again!

My wife needed a little tiny bulb # 55. The display had # 53 and # 57. We were ready to leave when Jeremy asked if he could help us, I had already surrendered. He saw the fear on my face ! He checked the computer and 2 were in stock, he then checked the display to find none. He then want to the stockroom, he returned with 2 bulbs. We took them both, and he did all this for a 4.59 sale. He was so happy to help and he saw the joy on my wife's face and the relief on mine. Jeremy is an asset to Advance Auto !

If you are a do-it-yourself mechanic this is one of the best places for all kinds of automotive Care. The staff is knowledgeable extremely helpful with recommendations with everything from detailing changing your oil windshield wipers that they will actually put on for you. It's best to open up an account with them which can be done online that enables them to keep a history of what you bought.

Well stocked and staff is friendly. They're pretty good at getting what you need when you need it. They'll pull stock from warehouse or other stores to get you what you need. I'm sure I'll return to this chain for my auto needs. Pricing seems OK. Staff is attentive when they're not busy with the phones.

They are good help. I came 8n with an air filter that they didnt sell but they ended up having that something that would fit and was better then what my truck had to start with. Very helpful and freindly. If you have a problem they will help you fix it.

The local parts store, you can save by buying online and picking up your parts at the store.

I wouldn't go anywhere elsefor car supplies the customer service that you get in there is over the moon They treat you like "what else can I do for you" "is do you need anything else"how about, you know they'll suggest things to you that you might need and you are my God ,yes I think I do need that, love them absolutely love them

Great place to go and get stuff for the car when needed... although I sometimes feel like they point you towards the more expensive items, but most of the staff is really nice and helpful. They always greet you coming in

This store has an array of great people to help with your projects. While there are several notable people here, I wanted to mention Jason. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about cars and parts. He is able, with most situations, to determine what may be wrong with the car and what you will need. Most parts are available the same or next business day. One of the things I like most about this place is the ability to buy the part online and pick it up at the store. Due to a lot of their "online only" specials, a part can be bought for less and still received the SAME DAY in most cases. This is a win-win.
