I visited the store on Thursday the 18th and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was one customer at the counter being helped with a battery. That customer was on the phone trying to figure out what he needed, while the employee at the register simply waited. I was the only other customer in the store, and I was trying to purchase a simple engine air filter. There were five employees working at the time. The manager saw me waiting in line but chose to go outside to install windshield wipers for another customer. Two other employees were at the opposite end of the store doing what appeared to be inventory or another task, and another employee walked in with food in his hand. I waited in line for about five minutes, clearly visible, and no one offered assistance. I eventually walked out. As I passed the older manager, I said, “This is ridiculous, five people working and nobody helping me.” He did not respond and continued on with his business. This was extremely frustrating and not the level of customer service I expect. I hope this feedback helps address staffing awareness and customer prioritization going forward.

Be wary if you come here for a new battery installation. I was given the run-around by an associate who clearly just didn’t want to do the installation. Instead of just saying they couldn’t, he kept listing off rather silly reasons why he couldn’t change the battery. To top it off, the battery test he ran came back good with 100% health. When I had AAA come out the same day to install the new battery, their test came out at 12% health with a recommendation to replace the battery. Seems like the tool at AutoZone spits out 100% to give the employee a reason to not install a new battery. I don’t trust them and will not return here.

I went in on Saturday 11/09/25 to buy an air filter. I tried to put it in today. I did tell them my make model and year. Everything went fine until i tried to put the filter cover back on, it would not snap into place. I tried to push it in harder, still not snapping into place. Yes I made sure and triple checked it was in correctly, it’s not hard at all to tell if it is. So i took it out, slid the old one back in to see if i was just trying to put the cover back on wrong. NOPE. It snapped back on no problem. I put the two filters together and lined them up, the new one was slightly longer than the old one. So i bring it back to this store today. The dude tried telling me it was the right size after measuring it up against the old filter and looked at me with a “oh well” face. I got my refund and left. Moral of the story is, None of these people know how to use their eyeballs and see that the new one was a bit longer than the old one. Thanks for wasting my time and my gas.

This is my go to first and then I start picking everybody else after this store goes above and beyond to help you get your needs and they will hunt down the product for you and either get it to you or you would have to go pick it up

I had such a great experience with Robert at AutoZone. He went above and beyond helping me out, he changed my car battery for me in the pouring rain without hesitation. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything was done right even though the weather was miserable. You don’t come across people willing to put in that kind of effort every day, and I really appreciate his help. Thanks again, Robert, you turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a smooth one

Needed starting fluid stopped inside to pay for a can . Cashier tells me that unless I have exact change he can't do the transaction the price was $5.96 ? I had a $20.00 . Explanation was they had no cash and blamed it on the weekend? How does this business open with no cash? (I had no credit cards with me) unacceptable management ! The manager was smug and unapologetic and let me walk out without saying a word.

Really friendly nice place clean helpful gets busy don't mind looking stuff up, see if they could get you the part you need that order or I could tell you what store has your part so you drive to go get it.

I had a great experience here. I purchased a replacement headlamp bulb and found out it was wrong once I got home. I brought it back, did an even swap for the correct one. Everything worked out great. Thank you.

As I entered the store the associate behind the counter gave me the immediate eye role....I brushed that off and asked him my question only to be spoken to as if I was stupid ( I've been a certified general motors technician for over 25 years ) so I think I know what I'm looking for. Long story short I didn't appreciate the attitude.

I have had no luck with getting the correct parts here. Batteries and power steering pumps for Chevy trucks. Nothing too hard. I think half the problem is their computer system and the other half is counter help that either doesn't listen or just don't know what they are selling. If you like running back and forth and putting the wrong parts on and wasting your Saturday, go here. Gone are the days of getting that knowledgeable counter guy who never steered you wrong.

Super helpful staff. They didn’t have compatible crossbars and also stopped us from buying overpriced batteries. Instead they told us where we could get good deals. That’s good looking out for consumers rather than try to upsell everything.

I've been to AutoZone multiple times recently for a few things that, tho on the simpler side, would have ran me hundreds of dollars at a shop. I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Gavin every time I've been in, and every time he has gone above and beyond to help make sure I got exactly what I needed. Today I ran in for some radiator hose and connectors and he not only helped pick out the right stuff, but came out and helped me connect it all together. Highly recommend AutoZone and for all your auto needs, and if your not sure what you need, come see Gavin. He will make the process so much easier start to finish. Thanks again man, I seriously appreciate your help.

I needed a battery put on my car. Michael, their salesman/technician, was phenomenal. He stayed with the car until he could get the old battery out and the new one installed. He was kind and helpful. He even got the bettery terminals cleaned up and put on a piece that connects to the battery. I felt like he really knew his job and that he cared about doing a great job. I used to go to the Advance Auto Parts on the Black Horse Pike. But from now on, I'm an AutoZone girl all day. I heartily recommend this place.

I am in the middle of an auto body repair that I’m proudly doing myself. I have gone to multiple locations nearby due to low stock of a particular item needed. My first visit to this location will be my last. I was looking for a can of glossy base clear coat, but hadn’t used it before so I was picking up different cans, reading the instructions on each one. When I finally made my decision, I turned to walk towards the cash register and this employee, who was maybe in his early to mid 20s with shoulder length curly hair, was just standing there staring at me. He averted his eyes when we made eye contact. I proceeded to get in line behind a customer who was being helped by a cashier speaking spanish. The same curly-haired guy slowly made his way to the cash registers and said he could help me there. I was so angry that I asked him, “were you watching me to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything?” I have never, in my 41 years of life, directly asked someone something like that. However, this instance was so blatantly obvious, I HAD to ask, just so he could know that I knew what he was doing. I wanted to turn around and leave, but immediately thought if I did that, it would confirm his suspicion that I was going to steal it. He made up some story about how he was checking the bins to see what he had to do to organize them. I mean, I’m not sure what staring at ME has to do with the bins or his organizing of them, because his eyes were on me, not those bins. I know racism when I see it. If you like being racially profiled in a blatant manner, definitely go to this location!

The manager there, Gavin, was very helpful when I was unsure of what exactly I needed to do to check my oil. He didn't look down at me or talk to me like I was stupid, despite being a woman. He explained how to find it and where the level should be. Definitely plan on coming back.

Honestly the manager was so rude. Not only did he not say anything when we walked in he wasnt much of a help and acted as if we were bothering him on helping us. If his customer service guy (forgot his name) didnt stop to help us we would of left without anything, he was so nice and patient and helped us more than once. Keep up the good work! As of the manager, he made his store review receive 2 stars

Excellent service which sometimes comes with the price of having to wait for assistance... but they make you feel like you are their top priority, and they know their product and your needs; so it is well worth the wait. We needed an alternator today; and after we installed it and returned for our $20 credit for the old part, Kyle was very willing to test our battery and the output of our new alternator. Great store! We will definitely be back!
