the mechanic shows up and tells us that he does not have the right scanner for paccar engines, does not even know the name of that software......asking to collect the money, next time make sure you ask the customer what engine is under the hood and see if you can help, dont just go there and tell people that their truck is broken........and very disrepectful

When I first called an initiated for them to go pick up my Volvo at a truckstop they had a problem with a Thai bar. They explained to me that they were behind, and it would take a bit for them to come and get the truck. I called to follow up five hours after I called and I was treated terribly as a customer by the young lady that picks up the phone at this establishment. I recommend anyone that is going to be taking their truck or get their car towed to this facility, I would be very careful to hire them to work on your car or truck or even have them tow your vehicle. Please be aware this company has poor service and does not know how to treat their clients. They have lost my business today and I will not be taking my Volvo 760 tractor to themdue to their lack of customer service and communication.

Absolutely Amazing Service! My daughter was broke down almost an hour away - called 3 companies until I got Mario's. Ed was quick to get there, made her & her friend feel comfortable, safe drive home, dropped them off & was extremely professional-thank you a million times over! Strongly suggest Mario's Towing if ever in a jam!!

Got stuck on the NJ Turnpike. Mario came and got me and my very upset kids. He was sweet and knowledgeable. He called a friend ahead of time and we were back on the road in no time thanks to Mario. He also gave my kids some very sweet advice. Thank you Mario. We very much appreciate your kindness.

Well as in the comment below I was the professional driver they sent. After a few months being there. Realizing all the. Shady dealings. People robbing cars People destroying customers cars damaging beyond accidents or on impoun I had to remove myself and find better opportunities I don't recommend anyone having this company tow their car let alone this company be on any impound list for any police department. People's catalytic converters being cut off.. While impounded. The owner of the company not taking responsibility for damaged property

Really you always have to look at a service provider as an entity with the question are they willing to go above and beyond? They have always gone above for me. Even when they couldn't they always try to bend over backwards for me and my company. Definitely would recommend you give them a shot for any towing needs. I've never been disappointed.

Experience you say? Its more in line with an impound yard for the Woolwich police department. They impound and send the vehicles there. Its really a "concrete" manufacturer. Its a fenced in yard of vehicles all the way in the back of a rock quarry with a 5 " x 7" card that says its Marios, connected to a street with no street sign that then divides into 2 roads that are unmarked in the deep woods and doesnt show up or exist on GPS. So you are forced to call repeatedly as you are guided along this ridicules travel pattern with a pocket full of cash as they only will accept "cash". And they say it repeatedly and ask repeatedly and even call you back 10 seconds after hang up to remind you. Try finding Cedar Swamp Road on Maps or Mquest. You cant. A suspicious mind would almost think they make it this way as to wait out those that give up or need extra days just to find it or need time as they are open 8am to 430pm monday thru friday. Sounds like the hours most people work. At over 125 plus 35 day 1 and 35 bucks a day thereafter there is a reason to shove it back where it is. When you get the car back, it seems as if its full of dings and tree branch scratches as if it went through the woods to get all the concrete dust out of every nook and cranny of the vehicle. And because they put up a little sign letting you know they take no responsibility for anything, it releases them from everything from a stain to the entire inside of the car missing. The strangest thing was that i noticed as i put up 500 bucks cash that all the cars look to be older, "customized," driven by those of the lower mid class to down right low income people..serve and protect Who????? Or protect who from who??? The vehicles are urbanized and certainly do not fit where there should be trailers, cans of OFF and Nattie Ice or red neck wind chimes. Add this to another reason i hate NJ. The state where you WILL develop cancer...ya just bet on when....again---round dem dare parts, the tooth fairy is the poorest person in town

Great experience with Mike at Marios Towing. Very professional and proficient. It's never a good day to have your car towed or repaired but they make it as smooth as possible. Thank you

Beware this establishment! They towed my vehicle after an accident - and while it was in their custody, cash was stolen from it!!! Because I was shaken from the accident, I missed our toll cash when I was emptying the car. When we remembered and went to get it - vanished!! The manager took a very nasty and combative attitude, and the owner would not respond to complaints. We will never willingly have dealings with this business again.
