Great service, completed quickly. They were very communicative and got us back on the road quickly.

Brought my daughter’s car in for oil change at 97k miles. I asked for synthetic blend oil. Young lady says “you been here before info is on file.” When I got the print out, it was NOT SYNTHETIC BLEND oil. I told my daughter to look for else where to get oil done. Somewhere that will give her what is asked for.

Called in looking for prices for tires for my truck and Aishlin was very helpful quoting me prices

My tire went flat and the closest place was Firestone. The girl at the front desk was helpful in getting us in and out very quickly. Great service and great price

Are they friendly and welcoming? Of course. Do they honor their warranty? Definitely not. Do they offer the appropriate services for your vehicle? Nope! Does the customer service hotline answer and seem helpful? Yep! Does your call get returned in 48 hours as promised? Not a chance. Am I still waiting for that call back I was told I’d receive after escalation? Good thing I’m not holding my breath. If you want to get ripped off. This is your spot!

The most honest manager I’ve ever met. I had a hairy situation happen. Things were professionally handled and proper utilization of skills, respect and honesty were implemented. I highly recommend coming here over any mechanic shop in the area. If you want trustworthy managers and mechanics, this is the place to go. ‼️ Consumer Fraud Alert ‼️ for my local area: Firestone Complete Firestone Complete Auto Care in Swedesboro. We took our son’s car there to get a tire plugged (nail). Paid and went on our way. Attendant was very unprofessional (another side story). A week later the tire goes flat again. Take it to Egon’s in Carneys Point to learn the nail is still there! The tire was NEVER plugged he said! NEVER. Same tire! ❌❌❌???❌❌❌

Mike is great! He is honest & I trust him when calling about our family cars. I know when I leave my car is safe for the road

Had a great experience at Firestone. We were helped by Jeff for an oil change and two new back tires. The process was easy and Jeff was awesome to work with. Would recommend for any car needs.

I had an exceptiinal experience at Firestone. I had scaped the side of my tire and needed a new one. I had a wedding to go to the next day, then a 400 mile trip homenthe following day. After calling 3 places ibfoumd my replacement tire at firestone. I worked with Colton Bailey. He calmed me down and reassured me we could make it work. He ordered the tire to be delivered the next day and arranged that it would be installed and balanced before the wedding. It all came together. He was knowledgeable, caring, listened and was able to make it happen. I was able to enjoy the wedding without worring when ibwould get my car. I got off for the ride home at 730 Sunday so I n could avoid alot of traffic. Mr Bailey was Great.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your auto repair shop in May 2025. My vehicle was in your possession for three weeks, resulting in a staggering $12,000 bill, yet the car remains undriveable and will not start. This exorbitant cost is compounded by the misleading information and deceptive billing practices employed by Mike and Jeff, whom I understand are the managers. The final invoice bears no resemblance to the work purportedly performed. Despite repeated requests for a detailed breakdown of charges, Mike's dismissive response, claiming numerous unspecified items were not billed, only serves to further erode my trust and confidence. The discrepancy between the services promised and those actually delivered is unacceptable. The lack of transparency regarding the work performed and the inflated charges are deeply concerning. This experience has left me with a significant financial burden and a non-functional vehicle. While I understand that simple services like oil changes might be handled satisfactorily, I strongly advise against entrusting any complex repairs to your establishment. I urge you to thoroughly review your operational procedures and billing practices to prevent similar incidents from occurring. I believe a full investigation into your business practices is warranted to ensure customer protection.

I usually do not post or submit reviews but I felt that I needed to this time. Will, Mike, and Aishlin at the Swedesboro Firestone Complete Auto Care went above and beyond to make sure my car's fan was replaced after I had to make an emergency stop while I was traveling back home to VA. All the staff at this location were very polite, courteous and efficient. They were even able to get my car fixed quicker than expected. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing their car serviced.

Had an appointment at 10:00. Pickup was supposed to be at 12. We even dropped it off and hour early at 9:00. We come back at 1:00 and my car wasn't even touched yet. We bring it up to the manager and they were "just about to start"... definitely forgot about us or straight up didn't care... thank you so very much for wasting my entire morning and having us wait around for hours for absolutely nothing. Completely ridiculous.

Several weeks ago my car broke down on the New Jersey Turnpike.I was towed off the turnpike and taken to Firestone Auto Care.Unfortunately, I misplaced the information to make this post and that’s why it’s so late. My experience with this company has restored my faith in people. The people who serviced my vehicle were outstanding! It was very difficult to reach my spare tire because I didn’t have the car jack to reach it. The young man who worked on my car took the time ( at least 40 minutes) to disassemble my back door and retrieve my tire . I was so emotional and couldn’t believe how much effort and energy he took to get me on my way. I cried that someone would work so hard and diligently for me. Again , thank his experience has restored my faith in people and I want the world to know how grateful I am for the guys at Firestone! God Bless you both !❤️?

they tell you things are wrong with your car that arent actually wrong with it to have you come and pay more money!! be very wary of this and always get a second opinion! yeah they’ll work on your car but try to get you to spend hundreds more dollars on repairs than your car needs in the process

Customer service was excellent! They had patience with my questions and were helpful in explaining the services requested and provided. I was even able to get an appointment the same day which was really helpful.

To Jeff and his tier 1 sarcasm, when I asked "Where's the altenator" and your response is "Under the hood". Well goshdarn who would've thought your expertise and response would be so profound and rock me to my core. Consider me enlightened. I appreciate your lack of care and your team's ability to unapologetically upcharge an out of towner for exaggerated hours of labor knowingly taking full advantage of a vulnerable situation where my car broke down on the turnpike and unfortunately, this establishment was the closest autoshop. So as you roll your eyes, heavy breathe into the phone, give attitude and complain about the system giving you issues while you take my card information to charge me close to 2gs, what I learned is this: if I ever break down again, I’d be better off walking barefoot to the next auto shop, dodging traffic like real-life Frogger and risk being roadkill, than ever stepping foot in your establishment again, this lifetime or the next. To anyone else reading this: protect your wallet and your peace. Drive the extra miles. Avoid the grim customer service and inflated charges at Firestone. Be well. Drive safe ?

I took my car to get the air conditioning checked because I suspected a leak. They told me they weren't sure and needed to investigate further. After inspecting the car, they sent me a performance sheet indicating that the air conditioning was working properly. However, when I got into my car, the AC was blowing hot air. I returned to the shop, and the manager seemed clueless about the issue. The air had been cold before I brought my car in for service. It felt like they did something to my AC that now requires me to go back and pay a lot of money to have it fixed. Luckily for me, they fixed it before I called the cops. If you're young like me, I recommend taking your car to a mom-and-pop shop instead. Shame on Firestone!

The customer service rep was very friendly and excellent. The quoted me for over $3,000 worth of work. They said I needed a new head gasket I didn't care to notice that there was no gasket on the oil cap. My other mechanic found this and it was the 20-dollar versus a$400 fix. They said I needed a new tire and it was only road rash from my uncle rubbing against the curb. There were other things too. Add corporate charges much to much per job per hour. It's sad. We all need a local honest mechanic.

Noticed an issue with the right rear tire on my car yesterday- just as I was about to drive my college age daughter and 2 of her friends to NYC to celebrate their birthdays. I called Firestone first because it was closest, and Mike said he'd be happy to take a look. There was a large patch of fresh tar and gravel on the tire. Mike went above and beyond and to remove as much of it as he could and reassured me that the rest would come off as we drove. He saved our day- and you've got a new customer.

I didn’t realize we were over our oil change miles and were leaving for vacation in two days. I called up Firestone Logan Twp and they got me right in. Dan who checked us in was super accommodating and Jeff who checked us out made the process quick and easy. We will be back again.

Had a great experience during my visit. Jeff was very quick to see me and go through my options, break down the price and make sure that I get reunited with my car in a timely manner.

I have been a Firestone customer for over 15 and have always been treated with respect and honesty. I always feel that they care about their customers personally, not as a number. You may pay a little bit more than other mechanics or car care places, but you ALWAYS leave there knowing they were thorough, honest, and detailed about their work. Satisfaction ism always guaranteed!

Had them take a listen on a noise that was coming from my Tahoe. Told it was going to be a 1700 price tag went to Chevy and it was only 275. It wasn’t what they said it was. Had a great experience at another location so wanted to give it a try here probably not going back. The gentleman were nice but when told they watched a YouTube video to see how to fix it not very confident.

This is a great location. Everyone is so accommodating and takes the time to explain everything about the car and there recommendations. I appreciate what the staff does to help me maintain my car. Quality work and pricing is fair. Great service + staff !

Had a flat and needed a new set of 4 tires. Local Firestone in 08085 would not schedule an appointment because they were "too busy" and short staffed. Went to a great Firestone shop in Wilmington Delaware and bought a new set of tires. since then, we twice had a nail with a slow leak. Both times pulled up to Firestone Swedesboro, almost flat. Both times they refused service, despite having full coverage on our tires. Shop is 2 minutes from our home, had to go elsewhere
