There are no reasonable rules.
Everything is changing.
The docks were changed four times.
After downloading, it is not clear where to go and what to do…
Someone just makes money, and drivers don't seem to care!
Place is dirty and unsafe, tarps and cables on walking paths, unsanitary unisex bathroom with no toilet paper provided and no one to respond to that, expect a tight blind side backing there is a backer/assistant however doesn’t speak clear english nice guy honestly no one here seems to (this is the SWEDESBORO, NJ location), backed into door still haven’t started unload yet we’ll see what happens..
This place is chaotic and unorganized. You have to get on the scale after you check in... it's on the opposite side of the facility. After you call the number they give you to get weighed, you have to back into whatever door they gave you, blindside due to their awkward layout... hopefully, no other drivers are waiting (I waited for 2 trucks to move). I arrived at 4 11 pm, and it took 3 hours to unload my truck even though all of the other trucks left at 5:15 pm?.
Please have patience... reason being, the receiving clerk is rude, the operational manager is rude, and the forklift driver will lie about sweeping out the trailer.
I will not deliver another load to this poorly managed place because they do not respect our time, and they speak very disrespectfully... I'm just trying to perform my job in a timely manner ?
This place is not dirty. But there is no turn around for 53 trailer. You must back into a dock from the blind side. Help is needed. If they can break down the fence, this place will be awesome.
Very tight getting in and out hard to dock long wait time but people are nice enough... park on scale walk in drivers check in on side of building then back off scale wait for dock .. pull out and then back on to scale go back in check in then done !
This guy is the biggest crook in the industry. Do not buy any material from this company. You will experience loss and dishonesty in ever load. Buyer beware
TO THE TRUCK OPERATOR ? yes I give it a 1⭐
This place is a nightmare from the Berry begining do to the kind of Entrance is not a 2way entrance next you have to get on the scale after you get waight then have to get of the scale and park next to it and go to shipping and Receiving then get a door ? ;but nightmare don't end there also parking is a Small size Lord Mersey have to maneuver alot of skills specifically for a 53" footer next for better results is better disconnecting do to to Tight space from each Bay ;Then after loading or unloading for better results is better facing out ward and Reverse back to the Narrow Scale ⚖️ then Repeat the same process from begining lolz next park next to the scale;told you and wait for Chinese to finally add the seal! To much no overnight parking this is the worst of the Worst approximately from 2-3 hours to unloading good luck ? and GOD BLESS
Awful place. You can only make a left turn into the place because the entrance is so small. One way in and tight docks. Of course the broker gives me wrong pu# too so more delays, no more of this place.
Extremely tight to navigate yard took 4 hours to load want pay demurge ruff loading drop matterial into trailer from six to 10 feet above floor have to stay on their ads or will destroy your trailer will not go back I don't work for free
Small as hell, one way in and one way out... however I did get help backing into the number 1 dock you'll see what i mean if your picking up or dropping off here
