Not only is the owner rude I was dismissed for asking for prices that the owner failed to label. If I was a vendor and I had someone making offers where Valley Vintage failed to let me know, I would not want to sell here. I made a lot of reasonable offers where Valley refused to go to their vendor and make them aware of my offer. Whoever owns this green chair, someone damaged in prior to you bring it in. I offered $40 when it was marked $50. I also made offers on this corner on multiple items I never heard back from. I kindly left the store after the owner treated my fiance and I unfairly. I’ve purchased before from here and will never do it again. Vendors beware.
Great store well laid out for one of these fun maze like vintage stores. Took my goddaughter with me for her first "digging" experience. We had a lot of fun and walked out with a piece or two at a good price. Will definitely come back.
cool shop with a wide variety of collectibles including postcards, homeware, records, etc. prices were mostly reasonable. not much in the way of clothes and jewelry if that's what you're looking for
Great antique shop with a wide selection of items. They have a little bit of everything — decor, collectibles, and plenty of pieces you don’t see everywhere else. If you take your time browsing, you can definitely find some gems hidden throughout the store. The staff is friendly and lets you look around without pressure, which makes the experience even better. A great spot to stop by if you enjoy hunting for unique finds.
I stumbled upon this place yesterday after seeing it in the background of a TikTok my girlfriend showed me and wow I’m so glad I went! I got lost in the best way possible. There’s so much beauty, so many unique artifacts, and endless treasures for antique lovers. If you’re into antiques like I am, this is an absolute must visit. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the owner is an absolute gem. I was completely blown away by the unique pieces here, and I can’t wait to come back with friends who love antiques as much as I do!
Ordered two statues of horses. Arrived wrapped so well, I have tons of bubble wrap now! Not a scratch on the statues. They're so impressive, I think we will keep them ourselves instead of giving them as gifts, which was the original intent. Very happy with them!
Probably the best vintage store I've ever step foot in. So many fun pieces in every category, I can't wait to go back! I visited the West Orange location and could not believe how huge it was! Several floors, a giant basement just full of everything from clothing to home goods to records, and so on and so on! Elyse was so welcoming, kind and helpful. I'm a prop stylist who just moved from NY to NJ (this kind of store is my personal heaven) and she literally gave me her cell number so I can reach out to her if I'm looking for anything specific for a job. So sweet! Looking forward to visiting the Maplewood location next.
One of my favorite antique shops! My two collector friends and I try to visit here every few months to see what's new and sometimes come back for things we let go the last time! We could literally spend all day here (and have stayed til closing a few times!). There is so much to see and I could spend hours going through the old post cards and ephemera. Elyse is super sweet (and so is her little doggie) and we enjoy chatting with her, too. Multiple floors and hidden gems in every corner. Looking fwd to our next visit soon!
Lots of treasures here . They have a basement full of stuff too. Had fun lookin at the old stuff . Def recommend.

Hidden gem that’s bigger than it looks. I could spend hours in here and not get bored. The employees are kind and helpful. You can find just about anything in this store if you look hard enough.
An incredible selection of … everything! Quality vintage items. Don’t need to buy new when you can find very cool stuff here. The person behind the counter (owner?) is so nice and helpful too. Give this place a good look. Many rooms to browse. Love it!
I think this place is cool, though just not for me, I think it leans towards collectors. There's a wide assortment of items, and the shop is bigger than what you think. There's lots of (narrow) hallways and stairs to go down, and because of this, it's not wheelchair accessible either as another reviewer mentioned. Prices for items are really high, at least in my opinion. I saw a cute The Little Mermaid themed alarm clock somewhere towards the back of the store, and thought my sister might like it, only to find out it was $30, not to mention the glass was cracked. Again, this store just might not be for me, and more for collectors

Vintage this is the place to go! They have everything from clothing to housewares! Plus vintage toys, books, furniture & even tools! Definitely my first stop when looking for a gift as well as furnishing my own home and closet :)
This is a hidden gem, there are so so many vintage things, anything you can imagine!! The lady that was there when we went was so sweet and I can tell she cares about each thing a lot ?

Shop is larger than it appears outside. Interesting items but I thought the prices were high. Definitely not a source for resellers. Also not really handicap accessible. Narrow aisles and many steps dividing the different floors.
The place is bigger than it looks. They also have a huge basement divided into three sections. Great selections for records and books compared to other shops.
Cute shop! Had never been in but glad we recently discovered it! Shopkeeper was super nice and was happy to hear that my purchase of a brass deer matched an existing deer I already owned. The two look great together— an awesome find for sure! Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

My friend and I just walked around Valley Vintage for more than an hour! It’s way bigger than you would think and there are so many retro treasures and cute things. The owner is super nice and welcoming and it’s a fabulous place to shop.
Lovely vintage curated multi dealer shop. Excellent prices and quality items to suit anyone's decor needs or clever ways to gift modern newer items. Outside the box thinking and home organization just got tidy as but cooler than Kondo. Fantastic location and easy parking.
Valley Vintage is a great place to find some hidden gems. I was passing through one day and made a U-turn and came in. To my surprise this store had 2 floors full of great vintage, clothes, records, cards, comics, dishes, jewelry. I can go on. I brought this corduroy A.P.C. dress that I just love.
Really fun vintage store. It would be hard for me to list everything you could find here - jewelry, clothing, housewares, furniture, records, toys - it's all here in this three level store. We had so much fun sifting through treasures! Staff here were really nice, too. I brought 5 teenaged girls with me to shop & they welcomed as at the door & encouraged us to come back, with friends, soon. We definitely will be going back again.
