Robert should get a raise and a promotion. Dude went over and beyond. It was just a wiper blades, but bro the one on the driver's side was hard to take off. Robert was calm and resilient, he was determined to fix it and he did. I had to leave him at some point and got into the car to warm up. He was not just under the cold but under stress.

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Jordan. He truly went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to understand my issue, explaining my options clearly, and making sure I left with exactly what I needed. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Customer service like this is rare, and Jordan is a great asset to this store. I’ll definitely be back and hope he gets the recognition he deserves!
Went to this store today and the female in the front has a very nasty attitude don’t know who is doing the hiring she is horrible , hire people that want to work that girl does not know how to treat people, I go to a lot of different auto zone stores and this one is horrible.
Came in for a battery replacement and Jordan/ Jorden (so sorry for the misspelling of his name) was so amazing! He was very sweet, resourceful, and was transparent with me about EVERYTHING that was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service I truly appreciate it.
Manager Stephanie is phenomenal! She took her time to teach me how to change my wiper blades, high beam and low beam bulbs. Customer service is exceptional. Would come here again!
Stephanie was very helpful and other lady working in the counter on Sunday getting my wife’s wipers and actually installing them for free. Thank you very much highly recommended them
I came by the store yesterday to replace wipers and batteries for my car remote. I don't remember the women's name but it began with an M, I believe. She was proactively helpful and very patient. Appreciated her help since I was clueless on what I actually needed.
These guys were so nice to me . My car died in their parking lot while shopping and I went inside for help and they tested my battery and jump started my car for no charge . They're life savors . I'm grateful
MAIA!! Wow oh wow! I came for a battery check and we came to find out my battery was completely corroded. Maia was BEYOND helpful, she worked so hard in this cold weather to get my crusty battery out & replace it with a new one. The universe was not working with us, but Maia did not give up and she got it done! I’m so thankful for her patience and expertise. Thank you so SO much, Maia!!
After an exhausting 8‑hour drive, my engine overheated just a few miles before I made it home. I managed to pull into AutoZone, only to realize the store was already closed and the registers shut down for the night. I thought I was out of luck, but Stephanie and her staff went above and beyond.
Even after hours, they made sure I got a bottle of coolant so I could cool the engine down and get home safely. Their kindness, and willingness to help is something you don't see often from big retailers.
Stephanie and her team showed true dedication to customer care, and AutoZone is lucky to have such outstanding employees.

The staff is so helpful. I called ahead of time to inquire if they had the battery I needed. Maia was so accommodating. She told me the two option they had, removed by old car battery and installed the new. All while being bit friendly and timely! I was on my way not long after!
I buy a lot of oil from Autoze for my flee Services. but this is the worst I went to recycle the old oil and lady on the phone with a bad attitude and talking laughing on the phone said tank is full. But I ask another employee about and told sure you can dump it.the tank is empty and came back and ask the same lady can I have your name I want to talk to the manager she said I don’t need to give you my name I’m the manager shame on you AutoZone to have rude manager
Came here to get new gas cap, simple except my hip is broken and mobility is rough. I was greeted by Denecia, commercial manager, who made finding the cap a piece of cake in addition to being super helpful making sure I got back to my car safe with the new cap.
THIS is employee dedication and what one always hopes to encounter. I hope AZ has an employee recognition program and awards her a nice bonus!
Denecia was amazing! Car battery died on the highway and limped my car to this location. She checked my battery first to make sure it was actually shot, and then proceeded to replace it in the parking lot. Super quick, knowledgeable, kind and respectful.
I needed a new battery and stopped at Auto Zone to purchase one (West Orange store 4744) Everyone at this location was accommodating and kind from start to finish.
I paid for a mirror to be shipped on 7/24/25. It’s now 7/27/25, now I have to wait until the 18 and I’m still waiting with no delivery and no clear update. The worst part is how rude and unhelpful the staff has been. Customer service is absolutely horrible — ZERO DONT GO THERE
This has been a complete waste of time and money. I will never shop here again, and I suggest others avoid this place too. They clearly don’t care about their customers.
Stephanie was so kind and patient! She stood with me outside in 85° weather to teach me how to change the bulb for my headlight. I was having trouble, but determined to learn so she took the pieces apart, put them back together and then talked me through doing it myself. If I could give 6 stars I would
Bad!!! I came in to charge my battery and the worker found every excuse not to charge it.
- He said he doesn’t have the tool to check my battery percentage. I said the care is literally dead in your parking lot no need for that.
- Then he said that he’s doing something so he can’t take out my battery.
- Then he said I can’t borrow tools to take it out myself.
Now I’m gonna have to leave my car in the parking lot overnight because that employee is so unprofessional and a lazy cat.
It’s a red mustang. I’ll be back tomorrow.
Tim was incredibly helpful when my car battery died. No nearby auto shops were open, and despite the store being understaffed, he still took the time to help me replace it. He was professional, patient, and made a stressful situation much more manageable. Really appreciated his help.
Went to AutoZone yesterday to grab a new car battery and had a great experience. One of the techs (wish I got his name) went above and beyond to help me out with the 10mm socket knowledge gap I was having. Super knowledgeable, quick, and made sure everything was good to go for me to swap the battery out. Definitely appreciated the extra help.
