Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Had an issue with an emergency breakdown on a slope. Called and told the address and issue, and when I would be out of work, and what the quote would be, 150. The driver did not get there for hours, had me waiting due to “constant traffic” and never specified if he was busy or on a different job. Never gave an ETA, just showed up over two hours later. Upon checking the car, driver said it would be an extra $100, which I did not have. It’s a big job and icy roads, fine, it’s his price. I would be able to get it the next day, and the driver said he would come back the following day and to call him. The next day, I texted the driver, no response. Called him, to which he said he would be free at any point and was waiting on my call, and to let him know when I was leaving work. Left work and called, and the driver said he would be there. He never showed up. I waited about 3 hours to no avail, before it was later than 9 and I assumed he wouldn’t be coming anymore, and now have to waste a 3rd day trying to get my car towed while calling out of work all because he ghosted me unprofessionally and never attempted to reach out or explain himself. I tried to use him because I came to him first and thought we had an agreement but now I’ve wasted extra time and money and still don’t have a fix to my car. Editing this post to let everyone know, the owner commented saying no one would do the service. This morning at 8, I called another service who came out within 2 hours and pulled me out, which is the final picture. If you actually need help, I would recommend N.I.A Towing who was professional and courteous and charged less.
Horrible service worst I ever received in my life the guy on phone was not only rude but unprofessional if I could give -0 stars I would please do not contact or do business with these people waste of time
I received such great service he gave me the best deal ever I highly recommend on the spot towing the truck came so fast it was just an overall great experience and service

You called me once at 3:58pm i told you i was canceling at 3:57pm. I read another review where you told the customer “they could’ve canceled” so that’s what i did and it’s still a problem . Take accountability hope your on time for your next customer
very disrespectful you cant even call them and they flipped out when i called them and told me it was gonna be more expensive just because i called. they want to only text but barely respond. They get hella disrespectful too.
Dude on the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. Couldn't try to get a sentence in without him cutting me off. I found out what I needed to know I don't need to contact this establishment any further.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We had this company tow our car to the dealer and they let it roll off the truck into a pole and then left without telling anyone. We have security videos and $10k of damage to our car to prove it. The owner is now shirking responsibility for the gross negligence of his driver.
Fraud Alert - Beware of using this guy. I used his service to change my flat tire for $150. He asked me to make the payment via Zelle, which I did and showed him the confirmation on my phone. He showed me his Zelle app saying that the payment didn't make to his account and started to shout, asking for payment to be made again. I didn't want to fight with this guy and ended up making the payment again via Venmo. I called Zelle after coming home and they sent a written statement confirming that the payment was delivered to this guy. I have called him 4 times since then. Each time he tells me that is about to call his back to confirm, but never returned the duplicate payment.
Just do yourself a favor a move on to another company. I did not read any comments before my service.

The operator was stand off-ish. Urgency is not a concern.
UPDATE#### DO NOT CALL ON THE SPOT FIRST. CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TOO L, KINDA MAKE IT A RACE. LET HIM KNOW, MAYBE HE WONT STOP FOR COFFEE FIRST NEXT TIME.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I called at 9:00 to have someone come and jump start my car. I waited patiently until 11:10. I then texted to ask if they had any idea when they would arrive. I was told 30 minutes. At 12:15 I texted to ask if they were close. I was told yes. I texted again at 12:40. There was no reply. I texted two more times. Still no reply. I’m writing this at 1:27. Still no reply.
I had to find another company.
Very disrespectful, asked a question and the person on the phone started barking at me on the phone. Would never recommend. Disgusting and unprofessional.

The worst experience ever I called for a tow truck at 5:02 AM to go to blocks from where I was at. I called again at 630 to find out the E. TA for the tow truck, I was told 45 minutes, then it was I got a call at 8 o'clock in the morning. Asking me where the car was? They wanted to charge a $175 to go to blocks. And had me wait almost 3 hours, I would not recommend this service. To anyone, not even my enemy.. i wish I could give them less than a 14 a rating
I was in an unfortunate situation that involved me leaving my car at a Wawa to get to work on time. On The Spot Towing got the service done, and towed my car to the dealership for an extremely reasonable price. Everything was quick and easy - I would highly recommend this service to everyone.
Axle broke on my car and I was stuck for 2 hours 10 minutes from my house while my kids were stuck in the house waiting for me to come back🥺 Found them on google and they came within 10 minutes. Thank you so much for you service and professionalism on this Friday.
I’ve called On the Spot twice now. Last time I needed help getting back into my car super late and ON THE SPOT was able fix my situation fast and easy. The guy running the company is so nice and came in under 15 minutes. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
If I could give zero stars I would, I called around 10:30 pm on a Friday to get towed as a drunk driver crashed my truck and wouldn’t drive. He gave me outrageous quote of $200 which is fine their cost is their cost. The guy told me thirty minutes and I waited. Called 40 minutes he stoped responded text and calls and never responded. Left me and my two kids stranded on white street in Orange. I had to call T and j towing they came in 20 minutes and was half the cost. Will never use on spot towing or refer them.

Terrible service. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait, 4 hours later and 5 more “I’ll be there in 15 minutes” lies. Still no show. Cancelled and got a new tow within 30 mins. Only waited so long due to the constant I’ll be there soon lies. Save your time and don’t use these guys
Great service! My husband left the car keys in the golf bag in the trunk and closed the trunk without realizing it and we needed help. I called On the Spot towing and said it would be $100 and he would take 30 mins. Arrived when expected, even picked me up from the place I happened to be waiting in, and was done in 5 mins. Very pleased and accepted various payment methods. Will def use again!
Thanks to Emmanuel , I got safely home from getting a flat. He came and got to work with replacing my tire, and was done in a quick efficient manner! Worth it as he is 24 hours available! Thank you very much for your hard work! It is appreciated!
Emanuel was on time at pick up and delivery. He was able to tow my Corvette to my shop an hour and a half away without concern. I was able to handle everything via text or phone from scheduling, and payment to pick up and delivery confirmation.
