If Alex and Leo call for delivery don’t go it’s a waste of time I don’t know how long they been doing this but they really wasting peoples time they’re not professional they have me come to there place they’re playing with my time
I was referred to this shop by a former colleague. My car was in an accident and needed some body work. My car was repaired within a few days for a fair price. I'm very satisfied with the work.
Workmanship is excellent…and their quote came in by far the lowest. In addition, they found a way to reuse a part and without me even asking reduced my bill by over $400 relative to the agreed upon quote. That was a first for me!
We have been to Alex and Leo several times for body work on our cars. We have always been impressed with the quality of the work as well as with John’s pleasantness.
Today we went there with an unusual problem and John quickly found the answer. My hearing fell into the space between the driver’s seat and the center console and was completely hidden from view. He was able to figure out it’s location quickly ( a very hidden spot) and retrieved it for me.
He did it with a smile.
Recently brought my car in for some cosmetic repairs and was more than pleased with my experience. Passenger side was pretty banged up but John and his crew got it looking like new in a timely fashion. Overall they were professional and accommodating throughout the entire process, making the headache of car repair that much more bearable. Would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for a body shop in the area.
The vehicle was so bent up that the transmission and motor had to be removed and the frame rails replaced. John took in a wreck and gave us out a brand new vehicle. If you want your body work done right, this is the place to go.
This is the worst repair shop ever...two months they've had my car and it's still not fixed. And then a few days ago they realized they didn't know how to fix it and asked someone else for help. We've given them tons of business over the years. But the nasty attitude when we tried to take the car out and was told because we had wanted to they put my car on end of their list of cars. I've contacted the better business bureau and a lawyer to take them to small claims court because due to their slow and unprofessional manner ive exceeded my insurance rental allowance and have had to pay out of pocket.
