P&N was the only body shop out of 5 that would do business after finding out that the insured driver's insurance was Cure. Replaced the rear bumper, color matched perfectly and repaired all the side skirts. I HIGHLY recommend P&N!!!

I would like to thank Chris and the team at P & N Auto Works for the amazing restoration of the front end of my vehicle. Proper communication was provided and it's unfortunate that the vehicle had to remain at their shop far longer than it should have due to circumstances that were beyond their control. I was informed that a vital part of the vehicle was ordered about 4 or 5 times due to damaged or incorrect parts coming in due to the negligence of the shipper(s). Chris assured me that he was doing whatever he could to make sure the vehicle would be ready as soon as he could and once he received the proper part, he managed to assemble and detail the vehicle on the same day! I arrived later to find what seemed to be a new vehicle at first. This is how exceptional the care and effort was put into it. Thank you P & N Auto Works! Should I need any body services performed in the future, I will not hesitate to contact.

Service was great from the time I walked in the door. I was consistently informed great customer service. When I pick up my car I had to make sure it was mine, It looked brand new off the lot, you would never know anything happened. I’m so grateful to have found P&N these guys are the best. JH

Initially, I chose P&N because of their amazing reviews. However, communication is where they dropped the ball for me. My car took over a month to fix. To be fair, when I first dropped my car off on 10/6 they called me a day or two later to inform me that the parts needed for my car were on back order, therefore they were unable to give me an estimated date of when my car would be completed, understandable. I waited 2 weeks and called on 10/22 just for an update, they said that they received the parts and would update me when they begin repairs, never received that call. Disappointed, but whatever I assumed they were working on the car. October 31st I saw a pending charge from enterprise on my CC and a message asking me if I still need the rental… this annoyed me because they’re supposed to be in communication with enterprise. Like at least if you’re not updating me, the very least you could do is update enterprise. Reached out to my adjuster to let her know that I’m still in the rental, she notified me that the shop said the car would be done on the 3rd but to call and confirm. The 3rd comes no call/update, but of course enterprise is asking if I still need the rental. So I called and they said the car would be done on the 4th. The 4th comes, I get no call, no nothing. So I’m sitting around all day after I moved my schedule around. My issue here is, how hard is it to pick up the phone and say “hey, just to give you a heads up, I know we told you the 4th, but it’s taking a little longer than expected.” Communication is a very important component of customer service and as a paying customer I deserve updates. Even if it’s to tell me there has been no progress. It has made this ordeal very stressful for me. I now have my car back.

I highly recommend this body shop as they recently fixed my car and did an amazing job. The car looks better than new !!! The job was completely timely and thoroughly. The shop has great customer service too as everything was explained well and I was updated appropriately. Thanks Chris and co!!!

Like it never happened! The work, professionalism, and dedication of Amado, Chris, and their staff is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. It is difficult enough to go through the stress of an accident, insurance companies etc. They made this process effortless, and they dealt directly with the insurance company. They walked me through everything and how it would work. It was just as described, and they did it in less than a week! A rare shop that does live up to the hype.

I recently had my 2020 Nissan Rogue repaired at P & N Auto Works , and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car looks brand new—like the accident never even happened. The quality of their work and attention to detail are top-notch. On top of that, they handled everything smoothly with my insurance, making the experience hassle-free. I appreciate the work Amado and his team did to fix my car. They are very passionate with their work and very on point. I can guarantee you that if you allow them to do the work on your car you will not be disappointed. I’m glad I had the opportunity to bring my car to him and for it to look as if nothing happened to it. I’m satisfied with their service and pricing.

I don’t really write reviews, but since I’m extremely happy with the service provided by P&N here I am. Customer service was excellent!!! Armado called and gave me updates on my vehicle throughout the whole process. Will definitely recommend to anyone, they will not disappoint!!! I will be using them again down the road if I ever need to.

I just have to say Amado exceeded my expectations from customer service to the actual work being done. The turn around time was even quicker. He even cleaned the inside of my car out & organized everything into the trunk. Thank you for the great service i will be using you guys if i have to in the future!

Literally just picked up my car and I’m so happy with the service. I messed my car up and although it seemed minor I was heart broken. Amado* (hope I spelled it right) squeezed me in last min and EXPLAINED ALL of my options! This is my first car so I was very lost and scared. He made me feel comfortable and helped me understand what was wrong with my bumper and how it could be fixed. His service was so fast, I dropped it this morning and he was able to fix my Jeep by 4pm!!!!!!! The girl at the front desk was also sooo helpful and sweet. I hope I never need him again lol but if I do I’m Deff coming back here. HIGHLYYYYYYY RECOMMEND! Before & after pics!

These guys are amazing.. from the first phone call to the last. The service they provided was phenomenal. I got into a car accident in 8/19/22, they received my car a few days after the accident. I was updated at least every 2 days on how long it would take for my car to be ready and what was happening with my car. When I got my car back it looked brand new, as if I’d never gotten into a accident! I love it here and they have a forever customer! Highly recommend using them!

Amazing work done by Amado and his team. I had minor work done and was recommended the shop for insurance reasons, but they did excellent work on my car. Looks just as good or better than when I got it. The staff there was also very nice and patient with me as I wasn't able to pick it up when it was ready and willing to give me more time. Scarlet at the front desk was also very nice and made me feel as if I was always welcome to ask any questions regarding the vehicle. I'm recommending this shop to anyone I know who needs great work done. Thank you!

I do not even know where to start with this auto body shop. They did a remarkable/Excellent job. I’m satisfied from the customer service all the way down to the maintenance of the car. The people were great constantly updating me on my car , always calling me back when I call them. They gave me new tires a new mirror put gas in my car . I mean the car looks brand new . I feel like I just got it off the lot. But with this review I hope it brings you more customers . You guys done an incredible job and god forbid if anything happens to my car , I will definitely be using you guys again.

Another vehicle had side swiped my car hitting the left fender, bumper and headlight area. I chose this place to fix my car with high hopes. The customer service was excellent and knowledgeable. When I picked up my vehicle it looked as if it was never in an accident. Im very pleased and highly recommend this shop.

Super satisfied with all the work done to get her back on the road proper. As you can see, this is what happens when a box truck gets too close! But everyone here helped put my very stressed out mind at ease during the whole process and made sure that everything was exactly as it was before the accident right down to sound, I mean, you see the pictures 😅 Definitely recommended. AMAZING! They were so fast, even considering the holiday and weekends it only took them a few days to fix!!! They even cleaned the car for me! Great communication Delvia was super nice!! Everyone honestly was really great that I spoke to! I would recommend this shop to ANYONE for any kind of work! I didn't even have to go pick up the rental or drop it off!! One trip! Amazing!

P&N auto did an amazing job on my 2021Audi A5! Lets start off with how amazed I was with how accommodating they were. I was away when the insurance claim went thru and they came to my house and picked up my car for me. They finished before they estimated also. They buffed out other nicks and scratches that had nothing to do with the accident at hand. Would give 10 stars if I could. Blown away. Great work guys!

I am so happy with the service I got from P&N Auto Works. The owner Amado was excellent from the time I brought my car in until the time I picked up my car. One of my parts was on back order from the manufacturer so he called me and let me know and kept in contact with me in between giving me updated and even suggested what I could do to help the process along. I called the manufacturer and it definitely spread up the process. I was so please with the end results. I had a big smile on my face as soon as I pulled up and saw my car!!😁😁😁. Thank you so much

P & N did an amazing job fixing up our car! Customer service was top notch, and they helped us out right away with navigating the whole insurance process. I cannot fully express how friendly everyone was, while also delivering fast, excellent service! The car looks better than it did before it got hit, and it drives perfectly after the repairs.

Where do I start (big smile), P&N Auto is absolutely the best auto body shop in East Orange NJ. Amado and his team is absolutely professional and friendly, I got hit in the rear back of my car, this is my first car and I never been to an auto body shop before, I did my research online come across P&N Auto body shop. read the reviews and decided to go with Them based on the incredible reviews I saw. And let me tell you, Amado and his wonderful team is who u wanna have working on your car they did a fantastic job on my car!. Amado even called me in two weeks to follow up to see if everything was OK with my car, and I think that is an amazing customer service. Love this place I recommend anybody to P&N Auto shop!..... you won’t regret it.....

This place is one of the best Auto works that I have ever been to all my life. Amado is the best. He makes you feel like you're not a customer you're actually family. I recommend people to go there without any hesitation. Amado doesn't see money first, he sees his customers first and wants to see you happy. He takes pride in his work. Go go what are you waiting for.

During the last weekend of August, I was driving home from a social gathering in Warwick, NY, on a dark, desolate and unlit road. A deer jumped out in front of me. I did not see it until it hit me on the front passenger fender. I was able to drive the remaining 50 miles home without any issues. Next morning I surveyed the damage. Fender damage, hood dented, headlight smashed. I put in a claim with my ins company and they directed me to bring the car, a 2019 Mercedes S450, to P&N roughly 5 minutes from where I live. As you may imagine, I was very despondent to have the damage on the car and was under a lot of stress and on edge. I met Amado, the owner of the business. He looked the car over and advised that he would be working with the ins company rep and everything would be fine and taken care of. Amado put me at ease and I was relieved knowing I was in good hands. He gave me updates along the way, and several weeks later I picked up my car and it looked like it rolled off the assembly line. I highly recommend this facility. Very professional and they ensure that everything is done correctly.
