I am not happy with the customer service at all with this company. I’ve been trying to contact them for over three weeks and they just goes to voicemail. I will be disputing the product as it is incorrect and not complete.

I've used Newark auto several times on my current project. They delivered a custom headliner and carpet for my 51 studebaker commander. Quality products delivered quickly and with a perfect fit. Ship and lead were fabulous along with their customer service who kept me in the loop in every step.
Please, do yourself a favor and don't mess around with anyone else. Newark is the best of the best. Product quality, fit and finish, customer service, all are outstanding! They are my "go to" from now on.

I am very happy with the product and with customer service. My 66 MG Midget is still in process, and the carpet makes it look amazing.
I had to do some trimming and cuts, but they tell you that. Had an issue with one of the pieces, and they sent a replacement.
Newark Auto is a great place to do business! Their products (1967 MGB GT carpet set for me) are well made and they're savvy about design changes from year to year. Their service is terrific--Lucas, the owner, wants his customers to be satisfied and I, for one, am. Lucas worked patiently with me to sort out my own mistake in ordering and I'll have a better car because he cares. I can't recommend them highly enough--they're partners, not vendors--it doesn't get any better than that.
Recently I restored my 1968 MGB and recarpeting was an important part of the project. Instead of using the expensive Moss kit, I used Newark Carpet's black kit. They shipped quickly, saved me money, and all the pieces fit properly. Be smart and finish your project properly - use Newark Carpet!
Great customer response. I ordered a carpet for my 65 F100 and it came quickly. I received the tall transmission tunnel ver when I have the low transmission tunnel. Newark customer service sent me a replacement quickly. The carpet is a sewn version and the fit is decent and the price was great.
I purchased the carpet set for a '63 Studebaker Avanti to install in my '75 Avanti II. Due to slight differences in the fiberglass molds '63 to '75 I also ordered the 40"x40" square of extra material to fill in the gaps. The overall fit is incredible! Pieces were included for A/C equipped as well as non A/C. These carpets were a fantastic look for my Avanti II. In my opinion, in my application, these carpets look better than original. I will buy from Newark for my '55 Studebaker President when I upgrade that interior.

After an extensive search and research, I came across Newark Auto for my Full German Square Weave RS Carpet kit and Frunk Kit for my 1987 Porsche Targa 911. I couldn't be more happy. Shipping was super fast, customer support and samples were top notch. Not to mention I DID THE INSTALL MYSELF! The pieces fit and are shaped at an OEM level. I took the old dated black interior and revived it with Gray square weave and I get so many compliments on the look and finish. And their pricing is much more realistic than the overseas companies. I want to get another porsche just to work with them again haha
Have a 1973 chevy vega.parts are very difficult to find. Looked for carpet for awhile that looked good and would fit. I found what I needed at Newark auto. It fits and looks great.
Hassle free returns that’s a bunch of crap they kept 20 pct and I paid shipping back they say made to fit there are no cut outs for console it was for 1986 trans am don’t do business with them they are horrible
Was impressed by turnaround.....not so much on quality. Had to do a lot of trimming just to slide the bows in. Going to be a lot of trimming on the edges of the headliner where it tucks in. And stitch straightness leaves a lot to be desired. I'll be able to make it work and it'll look decent but for what I paid I expected more than a buddy doing it in his garage quality. Material is nice

Ordered a carpet kit for toyota pickup truck for sema build. The carpet kit they sent me is 22.14” too short. I sent them pictures, karen, says can you move the carpet forward so the plastic is under the feet section. Then the whole entire platform under the front seats would not be covered. Now theybwant me to pay shipping and a restocking fee. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You can find the truck in hallway A it has the big sign that says newark carpet kits direct fit. Now i have to do a chargeback.
All businesses talk about "Customer Service" most don't have a clue what Customer Service really is. However, Newark Auto; not only talk the talk, they also walk the walk. A company that wants to communicate with their customers and want us to be happy with their products!
C3 Corvette carpet terrible fit, mostly flat, not molded at all around floor pans and rear wheel wells. Been working on it for 2 days. It will be a mericle if I get it installed halfway decent. (Also not my first carpet job. )
The carpet don’t even fit. Way over size. Its mostly flat carpet no seams not don’t right to fit at all They only made 2 seams around the trans shifter so it’s a bad bad bad product and not worth any money. So my advice don’t buy it from them you are wasting your money
