Walked in with only 1 customer in the store. About 5 workers sitting there on their phones with no sense to ask if they can help me. Went to AutoZone instead, will never go back.
Today is 07/28 went in for a quick in and out purchase. Almost 25 mins later finally the slowest possible help def not a place for that understands real customer service. Who ever was working this morning date needs a refresher on multi tasking. Just saying
I am COO of Mikes Service Center in belleville and I deal with PA everyday I buy a ton of parts and supplies from them and there very respectful on point and prices are fair I reccomend for any business customer service is great I had a problem with a parts delivery person at my shop and made a phone call to complain and I never seen that person again and they took care of the issue asap if I need a part very quick they pull it and I pick up and they have it in stock 90 percent of the time very good and the online app saves a ton of time and you can see inventory if they got it or where the part is and how long it will take very convenient when you have limited amount of time and shop bays it makes life easy you can't go wrong with PA this is a five star review and a thank you...
UPDATE: after reading their response, you can be 100% sure that this is not a PROFESSIONAL company. It looks like they just copy/paste responses to each review. If you read my review which is below I clearly stated that your rep came to my business to open an account. You are trying to blame me that I am doing business out of my house. That’s just a made up story. Your company has no legit customer service.
If you are looking to deal with a professional part store just run away. These people seem like don’t wanna do business with new customers. Plus they dont know what they’re doing. I’ve been trying to open new account but they always give run away. On the phone I was told stop by to open up an account. Never had a chance. Then I called again they said call the rep. Rep came I did fill out all the forms. Rep said it will take a few days. I went to store they said there is no account.
Who works on register, he had attitude and, he has what i need but he told me i have go to other store to get my stuff, i don't know what purpose from it
