This was such a fun place to walk around. So many shops inside with so many different things. Definitely put it on your list of places to see in Cape May.
You hit up here and Washington Street Mall and you have done all the shopping you need for Cape May.
I love that it's a mix of local brands, local artists and unique antique/vintage finds. A trip to CM is never complete without a walk through ❤️
Super fun place to shop!! They have some things that are very inexpensive and some things that are very expensive! They have things that are new and things that are old. Laid out very nicely. Great experience!
Nice variety of vendors and cool items. Experience tarnished by checkout. Took me days to decide to purchase $120 of unique items, and the blonde older lady at the checkout just threw them in a bag. No cushion. No paper. Nothing. Second time with the same experience with this same (unfriendly abrupt) woman. Vendors deserve a better final impression of the place.
My favorite shopping spot in Cape May. Lots of variety, and a wide range of pricing because it’s full of different vendors. I always leave with something cute!
It’s a nice place with a good variety, but some of their vendors need to be sorted through. One booth is selling AI art. No effort put into it and yet they have the audacity to take up space and charge money.
Great place, but they need to moderate their vendors.
Bought a ring from a stall with a bunch of jewelry. It was a little spinner sun ring for 20$. I bought it.
Later, i lost it. Sucks, but unrelated. The important part is that when i googled to see if the seller had a website, i found the same ring on shein for $2. I get that it's not exactly their fault but you'd think they at least try and see if the seller are scamming people. Not buying anything from there again without researching first. Smh.
What a selection of products to look at and choose from. So many small shops under one roof. I spent over 2 hours in here looking around. When in Cape May, you definitely need to check it out.
I really enjoy visiting this store every year especially because there is such a great array of stuff, from antiques, to clothes, to hand made items, to artwork, and much more. However i left feeling disappointed because a few booths had garbage AI work. Being an artist myself I can't support a business that allows this. There might have been more that I missed at least 2 booths had AI work. One had a bunch of sheets of metal with AI printed on them. The other booth was a booth that had been there for as long as ive been going, it had a bunch of clay frogs and animals however this time there were horrible AI images printed on canvases that were very pricy (between 30-60 dollars, this price is understandable if they were prints of REAL artwork). For a location like this AI shouldn't be allowed through the door. Some people can be tricked by AI and believe they bought a real piece of artwork or print. Not even to mention how bad AI is for other working artists. My review will stay up till the AI is removed, love the store tho just can't stand AI slop.
So many cute nooks and crannies to find the perfect treasure or gift! Espresso drinks are pretty yummy but pricey. Shops don't open until 10 but you can grab breakfast earlier.
i really love coming here with my family. There is a lot of really unique items in here! unfortunately this time we came across this one booth (i believe it was the Small Wonders booth) that had a lot of really cute polymer clay frogs. super cute and handmade! unfortunately this same booth had its walls filled to the brim with AI Slop art printed onto its canvases with stupid sayings underneath that were all being sold for $60 minimum! not only is this AI garbage being sold for more than stuff produced by Humans at the same store but it’s also horrifically ugly with tragically unfunny captions. AI art steals from actual artists and shouldn’t be sold in the same place that wonderful handmade items. if you’re too weak to draw without a computer making it for you then maybe it’s time to pick up a pencil and learn instead of charging absurd amounts for something you contributed zero effort into!
I still love the uniqueness in this store and the wonderful human artists they platform and showcase! i just wish there was some type of policy in place to prevent ugly, low effort AI garbage from being sold.
Great place to spend time indoors if needed in Cape May (rain or a sun break). Loved the variety of shops and the café connection and also that it's dog-friendly. My favorite discovery was the local The Flying Fish brand who has a studio/store just across the street. Thankful my cashier told me about it!
I didn't expect to like this place, but it's a nice little shop. I ended up buying a few things and my wife got some really nice yarn. If nothing else they have bathrooms, and as a lifelong diabetic, I appreciate a business that makes facilities available without having to beg.
This conglomerate of stores has a lot of nice things for sale. Do not get confused - it does not sell antiques (well, barely, if any) but advertises as antiques store. Each booth sells quality various items you cannot find at most stores. I bought two handsewn rugs for my bathroom that I absolutely love; I almost bought a sling bag but decided against it (and wash I had bought it now). There are jewelry booths and clothing too. The staff is helpful, kind, & pleasant. All sales are final.
A must-see perusing activity to meander around all the small stalls with various crafts. There’s definitely something for everyone as we usually get gifts for various family members (pottery, art, linens, clothing, sea glass, jewelry, etc). Even at noon on St Patrick’s weekend (off season), lots of people were walking through. Note that all sales are final (they do accept credit card which is good for the pricier art items!)
A nice collection of shops! This spot is well worth the walk from downtown Cape May, offering a diverse mix of antiques, clothing, original art, photographs, and unique Cape May souvenirs. There is also an excellent coffee shop to enjoy. Keep in mind that parking can be a bit challenging during the busy summer season.
This place has something for everyone. Absolutely adorable and unique items that you won't find anywhere else! Also great for gift shopping. There is an in house Cafe as well. Great place to shop, it's a must if you are in the area.
I love shopping here. It's full of unique things that are usually hand-made or hard to find. The coffee shop is also very good! I highly recommend checking it out just to find something different!
We love stopping into the West End Garage on our visits to Cape May! The West End Garage offers many personalized and hand made items located in the kiosks located in the building. They have so much decor and gifts to choose from; you name it and they probably have it somewhere! The staff are very helpful and the cafe located on the side of the garage offers very nice drinks and pastries.
You must visit here. This is one of the coolest shops in Cape May. You will find clothing, some new and some vintage, accessories, beachwear, antiques, jewelry, and more. The layout of West End Garage is easily navigated, clean, organized, and restroom facilities are available. Plan on spending a couple of hours and then when you’re done, you can head over to the café for a light snack and cup of coffee.
Lots of vendors under one roof. A great place to pick up unique gifts or something for yourself. There are locally made items as well. A good place to go when it’s really hot or rainy.
This was one of my favorite places to shop in Cape May. There were tons of small shops selling a wide variety of different things. The coffee shop here was the best I had during my visit to the area. The pastries at the shop were way above expectations. This i feel is a cool must visit spot with a lot to see and shop for.
What a great way to see many unique and varied antiques, custom crafts, jewelry, art, food and more. Beautifully set in a repurposed garage, this shop is alaways a place I want to stroll and shop when in the area. It has a decidedly beach vibe, but the items to purchase aren't beachy tacky. The quality of the artist work is impressive. The layout and design of each kiosk is lovely. Please visit and support this lovely business in West Cape May.
Absolute must go! Had a great time antique shopping while drinking the tea I bought from their cafe. The hybrid boutique store/antique/thrift style stalls were fun to explore and come back to when you ultimately decide "you do" want those coupe glasses after all.
I found it visually stimulating, organized & clean but the prices were SO inflated. I bought 1 item & then lucky for me it even rang up 1/2 price. I would've bought so much more if the prices had been more normal, but I also felt that way about most of the stores on the pedestrian street.
