Every time we visit Cape May, my hub and I visit Cape May Antique Center. What a great shopping experience! We always find items that we love! There are wonderful buys at this store. We are never disappointed. Every time we are there, we cannot get out of the store because there are so many great items! We just love it and we recommend a trip to this fabulous place!! ?

The lady who was at the counter REALLY needs to work on her customer service. When I first walked in, instead of being blown away with all their great merchandise. All I could hear was her loudly talking about all of her opinions on everything from, police, local politics, and anything else she felt like. At one point I was the only person in the store, browsing all of the great historical pieces, instead of saying, "Hi, how are you?" She instead followed me room to room sweeping as if I was going to steal something. I left without making a purchase because I was so turned off from the whole experience.

The last thing I want to hear when I go into a business is their political opinions being voiced loudly. Doesn't matter what side of the fence.

I'm been trying to contact you guy via email for the past 4 days about a certain item in booth 5. The magic Johnson mcfarlane nba figure I wanted to get a price on it because I might stop buy to pick it up this Thursday. I'm giving you 4 stars because I didn't get a reply back yet. I deeply apologize for bothering you guys.

Found some great pieces and generally enjoyed shopping here! The only downside was the experience with a staff member who took a loud phone call while I was in the store. She was complaining about how younger generations don’t work as hard as hers, based on a single anecdote. It felt inappropriate and disappointing, especially considering most customers in the store at the time were millennials or Gen Z. Seems to be a common experience with the staff as other reviews.

So much to see. Very friendly staff. Parking is a bit challenging but that's everywhere in Cape May. We found some nice additions to our home.

I always visit to search through vinyl records and outdoor patio pieces. There's classic children's toys always available.

Very cool place with lots to check out. Great place to hang out and visit. We walked away with several good finds.

Decent selection of antiques, quite a bit of smaller items military memorabilia and metals. Interesting place to walk around but nothing that I felt was particularly interesting or unique. I’m sure the selection improves during the summer season.

Neat shop near the docks. We enjoyed looking around and seeing all the nautical and ocean themed antiques.

The best place in Cape May for a wide variety of antiques, collectibles and unique items. Many surprises and things you didn't know you wanted! 70+ dealer booths offer both vintage, trendy, modern and pop culture items. You can find handbags, vintage vinyl, jewelry, kids books, home decor, nautical, unique furniture pieces and collectibles. Since there are so many dealers, there is new merchandise weekly. You can spend $1 or $1,000 here. Open all year, but call the store or check online for winter hours.

This is such a cute place. I sometimes just make trips to Cape May to go to this shop. It has a variety of items. I love the way it brings me back to when I was a kid. So many reminders of my grandparents' home items. They have a wonderful jewelry section. I love the stained glass. It's great if you're a coin collector also. As I said so many different items, you have to stop in there if you're in town. A must see.

A nice antique shop with many kiosks offering a wide array of vintage items. The Cape May Antique Center is one of the shops we like to visit. While on vacation in the area. The staff are friendly and the finds are eclectic. There can be anything from old prints, furniture, games, toys, and other collectibles. We especially enjoy looking at some of the antique furnishings and lighting fixtures!

Owner claims I have the wrong store, but I am fully aware of which store I was at and this definitely happened, considering other negative reviews of people saying the employees made them uncomfortable, I can assume I’m not totally hallucinating. I would give negative reviews if I could. The lady working was extremely rude, like to the point where is was actually bizarre. The man in front of us tried handing her a $50 bill and she refused to give him $20 change because she “didn’t want to give away her 20s” she told him that if he really wanted it he would send someone back with smaller bills. My mother was standing by the exit about to leave and she full on screamed at my mother to move without even asking politely first. Like screamed MOVE to the point where I could hear it across the store. Actually disgusting behavior with expensive yet low quality junk.

The place had great stuff however the owner is miserable. Didn't realize the place was closing as were finishing up looking at things & instead of politely saying we're closing soon was rude & nasty when my husband asked to see something in a display case. The second & probably most important thing is there is a giant American flag (painted or stained on wood or another heavy material)outside her store displayed with other things for sale which was upside down. Now if she meant to display it like that, ok she has her own view but when brought to her attention he was annoyed we said anything & said well it's too heavy for me to fix it, I can't do anything about it. Even after offering to help put it right she remained "put out". GUESS THAT FREEDOM YOU ARE SO FREELY GIVEN ISN'T WORTH IT TO YOU, I BET SOME SOLDIERS WOULD DISAGREE..................................

Although I wasn't really shopping (someone else in my party was), they had a wide variety of items that were all well displayed. The shop was very clean, the staff was helpful and the parking was convenient. It's well located and very accessible from the road traveling in either direction.

Very cool pieces from interesting places. Loved the lighting & fireplace mantles. But so many jems to many to count. I will be back there again. Proprietor was extremely interesting and knowledgeable.

The woman at the front desk is very rude. She acted like I was disturbing whatever she was doing on her cell phone. Twice! I was aggravated and left. There are other antique stores in Cape May. I took my business and my vacation spending money elsewhere.

The staff was rude and followed me around like I was an alien. I ended up not purchasing a thing! I am at Cape May to spend money and just went somewhere else.

We loved the many pieces in the store as well as how organized and spaced out all the booths were. We were thrown off though, after noticing that we were being watched by an employee. I found it kind of odd that the lady came from behind the counter to stare at us from the end of the aisle. I proceeded to ask if they were closing, thinking and hoping that was the reason but she stated they weren't and that she was just checking to make sure everything was ok. She must have been standing there for about 2 minutes watching us which made us uncomfortable. It weren't for the the type of store and knowing that these were unique pieces, I would have walked out.

I try to go to this antique mall every time I vacation in Wildwood Crest and it gets better and better every trip. I just bought a old vietnam era m1 helmet in ok shape from there and fixed it up. I would recommend visiting their store.

My wife and I LOVE this place! It’s the perfect mix of: “Man-Tiques” (Need some sports stuff from the 60’s....You can find it! Your favorite comics....Covered! Beautiful original and restored toy trains? They have them! Toys! They even have things for the grandkids!) She loves the fact that from jewelry to housewares to records to high-end handbags that are “gently used” are sold at *very* used prices! We do a LOT of antique hunting (As a senior Jewish couple tends to do!) One thing that we’ve noted is that a lot of other antique malls have gone over to rubbish and reproductions...Tin signs and t-shirts with a helping of everything else found in a garage sale. Not the case here! It’s really neatly organized and everything is quality! We’re what you could call “frequent flyers” here-I’m a retired teacher, but my wife ran a children’s boutique for 25-years and we both agree that the staff is always *super* nice and patient-Even if they have 20 people waiting to pay and someone jumps right in front, waving something in front of their faces demanding that the world stop at that moment so they can see if there’s some additional discount. They’re really professional people from the wares they present to their customer service-And that’s only part of the reasons we keep coming back!

Horrible! Not helpful at all! We were there Sunday, May 20 around 1pm. The ladies were the rudest people I ever experienced. Not helpful with my questions. Of course this wasn't the first time i had a bad experience there. My husband experienced the same rudeness last year. They were too busy eating their lunch. They lost $100 worth of sales from me, plus the sales of my five friends that were with me at the same time. Shame on you!!a

Love this place. We've bought a lot of cool old things here, including a wicker table, a lovely cafe set w 3D bird decirations, a birdbath, baskets, and more. As with any such place, stock varies from visit to visit, and some things are overpriced, but overall, I'm still giving Cape May Antiques 5 stars.
