I stopped by this Dollar General location around 10:05 PM, well before their posted closing time of 11:00 PM. While I and a few other customers were still shopping, half the store lights were abruptly turned off without any announcement or warning. This made the shopping environment not only uncomfortable but also felt unsafe, especially considering how important visibility is when navigating store aisles or making purchasing decisions. I understand staff may want to start closing procedures early, but cutting the lights while customers are still inside, well within business hours, is unprofessional and gives the impression that customers are not valued. I hope management will reconsider how they handle closing time protocols for the sake of both customer experience and safety.

We love this store. Everyone is so nice. Sam the Manager is an Amazing person. She is so kind and always talks with us when we stop by on Sunday night for our goodies.?

I needed assistance finding something when I recently went to this store, and a man by the name of Angelo was really helpful. The professionalism and helpfulness of this gentleman really surprised me to be honest. They need more people like this. Plus, I love that fresh produce is finally available!

This is a very convenient store but I don't like the fact that they turned themselves into a grocery store and got rid of all of the other items that I used to love to buy there. i e. Clothing The biggest thing that I don't like about this place is the self checkout. I feel if I use the self checkout I should get the employee discount. What I don't get is if you use the self-checkout, an employee will help you do it. If the employee can help you at the self-checkout why can't that employee just open a register and be the cashier???

Prices are never as advertised, staff turns off lights at 10 pm in hopes no one will come in yet they close at 11, extremely disrespectful staff, when you mention why stuff aren’t in the right place, they accuse you of moving it. This place is right down the street from me so the store was convenient, but I’ve never seen a staff so lazy and rude in my life. Corporate needs to review their cameras and see how terrible this store is ran. Never stepping foot here again.

I never write reviews about any store but after what I experienced today at Dollar General I just have to write a review. Today I went to buy some laundry detergent and there was a nice young kid at the register who was trying to help me but he couldn't so he called over the manager whose name I didn't get but she had dark red hair who reeked of Marijuana it was so strong and she was as high as a kite, she did give me my dollar off but I have to say how unprofessional she is and rude! I haven't seen her before so I'm not sure if she's new but I highly encourage her to stay off the blunt or edibles while on the clock!

This dollar general is the cleanest and most organized dollar general store I’ve stepped foot in, yes Saturdays it could get busy with long lines and you’ll have to wait a few more minutes than usual put it’s nothing too serious! The blonde hair lady who’s an assistant manager always has a smile on her face and very friendly with everyone! Her whole energy is just awesome, I’m a regular customer and I’ve seen how calm she stays even when customers are rude! Great job lady and keep up the great work!

One of the best DGs around these parts. They get very busy though, especially around rush hour, so I wouldn't go in here if I'm in a rush per se. You can almost always expect to wait in line at the register.

This Store I never visit ever again ,yesterday I went there to buy a Alarm Clock in that Store.The price on the Shelves mentioned that $6.00 ,so I went through Checkout try to pay the item .I realized that it's coming up $12 instead of $6.Later they mentioned that, item is in wrong place ,I also went there with them to check the item.When I look back again all the items are in the sameSpot with price tag of $6.A Customer service lady who serve me earlier, she mentioned that you will get that item of $6.00 instead of $12, because someone put all the items in wrong spot.she mentioned that to visit the Manager.After 10 minutes waiting in the long line and again to chance visit manager( "MIKE") .I have explain the situation what happened ,if you want refund of $12 ,I will give back to you ,he told me he don't have accessed to changes the price for the item? How come he don't have accessed to change an item ?I didn't understand why he can't able to do that ?Almost more than 30 minutes of discussion to get refund for the item ? and also staying back in the waiting line unnecessary couple of times to get refund ? I felt so upset to treat me( customer )like that ? I never and ever face situation like this before and also wasting my valuable my time because of their mistake putting all the items in the shelves in wrong Spot ." ITEM :SHARP LCD MULTI FNC "

This place is a hidden gem and I go here almost all time when I need something. If you need something, it’ll most likely be here and for a good price. The employees are nice and the place is always clean. I’m sure if you go here, you’ll want to return next week

Okay, I give then credit for bringing more food more products to the store but the lines are horrible especially the weekends the line go all the way to the back of the store. Sometimes they only have one or two register open. That's something they have to work at or hire more people if and when they fix that, then I'll give them 5 stars but for now I give them only 3 stars.

Very bad. Rude. There is 0-1 cashiers at a time, there is long lines and chasheirs come and go, and are very slow. If i want to pick up 1 quick drink, i would get out of the store in like 7 minutes.

Let me start by saying one of the employees is very rude he has such a nasty attitude. Every time there is a sale they never give you the sales price. I tired doing the bogo on toys sale when they had it and I had to pay full price on all the toys, but when I would scan on the app it got the sale and when I showed them they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. The prices are going up as well. I use to love shopping there but I refuse to now because how bad it has gotten. The lines are always so long because they only ever have 1 cash register open. They have a clearance section as well and nothing there is ever on clearance, the sticker says clearance but for the same piece it normally is.

This isn’t a dollar store. They sell things for like $15. If I wanted something that costs more than a dollar I would go to a regular store. Anyway, I give three stars for cleanliness, store organization, and ease of parking. I’m sure there are good deals here, just not for what I was looking for. I wanted to buy simple things that I’m only going to use once for a party. I recently went to Dollar Tree and bought 20 small items for exactly $20 plus tax. That makes sense to me. Here at Dollar General I got 3 small items for almost $5. Not a big deal, but still not a dollar store.

I just have to stay over yet I’m looking for the Scotch-Brite soap wand refills that do not have this ridiculous large hole in the middle you have just found what you have been waiting for and looking for for so long I know for myself even the ones I purchased on Amazon came and were different from the picture they clearly showed a double pack of wand refills with no hole & then when they arrived they were the newer version with the big ridiculous hole in the middle! Aargh! Finally, I was able to locate them, of all places, on Dollar General.com! I received a great deal, free shipping & I was even able to use a promo code so I was able to get 12 double packs (NO HOLE in the middle) for a song!!! What a great little company and their online service is awesome! They have a lot more to offer than you might think, online. I’m not saying that they’re as well stocked as many other very well-known chain stores, which I’m sure I can’t mention in my review but for a smaller chain store, they really do have some great little products that sometimes you can’t find anywhere else because they’re being purchased in such high quantities, by everyone all the time. Consequently, no one thinks to shop here. I believe that their online service & their online store is greatly underestimated!!!

It's clean, organized, and you can't beat the prices in Dollar General. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plus I love the 5$ coupons on the receipt for the next week,so if you spend $25 you hand in your coupon and you get $5 off the total. It's a GREAT incentive to shop there. They also have a large variety of items from food to toys to home decor to electronics...you name it & I'm pretty sure you'll be able to buy it in Dollar General!!!???

They have lots of stuff at really good prices. It isn’t really never very busy in there. The only downfall to it if I couldn’t find what I was looking for exactly. And I give it three stars because when they do get busy there always seems to be just one cashier and the the line backs up.

Good to run in for last minute stuff like milk, soda, bread. Open until 10 pm. Pretty much a little of everything. Prices are reasonable... Bathroom facility not too clean. Parking in front of store. Take cart if you see one outside because a lot of times none in store.

Always a bad experience when I shop @ this location! The lines are too long, the female cashier today was rude. She had a long line of customers, walked away from the register to help a customer before her without requesting back up. Customer service training is much needed and recommended!?

It's good for reasonably priced merchandise. However, the lines can get out of control. In addition you always have to pay attention to your bill. They are notorious for their prices ringing up higher at check out than what's on the price listed on the shelf. Then they'll try to say you didn't read the description correctly. Which can take more time out of your day because you have to prove they made the error. The brighter side is all of the sales associates are nice.

This place never lets me down. it is more of a store than a dollar store, you can find a lot of things that are over a dollar. They do offer good pricing on hair care and clean supplies. They also dollar deals aisles so that is the safe bet when you know you just need something for a buck.

Store is neat, clean and organized. Overall inventory is fully stock. Diary products nicely stock. Cashier was very pleasant. Easy in and out. My overall experience satisfaction. Will shop 20 more times. Kudos.

I love this store because it's convenient and it saves me alot of money in product. Vitamins, hair products, socks, flip flops and groceries. I like to go here when I don't want to deal with the Walmart crowd. You're in and out over here..as opposed to wandering a huge discount store. Plus their home decor section has a really cute selection.

I just. Had the most rude experience in my life while shopping in this store my daughter notified me that we were being followed in this store I stop here every now and then and I work in retail so i know how you should approach and react if you suspect customers stealing. I have never stolen anything in my life ! I have too much integrity for that! So I almost assume they were following us because we are black! I will not be shopping here anymore and I will let people know about my experience here!

I shop here very often because I like their products and prices. The management at this store is very poor. There is always a long line and not enough cashiers, especially on the weekends. If someone from management would address the lack of cashiers then this review would be a 5 ?.
