Wow. I am in disbelief of the mind games and poor service provided here. I took my car here in early November because my coolant was low. I trusted when they said I need a new radiator and 2 hoses and that’s the reason for the leak. I agreed and paid the $1800 in cash since they also charge a 3% card fee for service. After picking up my car I assumed the problem was fixed. Ever since coming here there’s been endless problems. A literal day after getting my car, the light came on saying oil was low, because my car was burning it off. I brought it in to advise. After arriving they tried to open the hood, however, were unable to because they broke the lever. I was patient and understanding, things happen. Two weeks later the coolant was low again. They blamed this on an air pocket. Frustrated but understanding, I had them refill the coolant because they said there’s no problems. Every 2 weeks since November (total of 5 times) I have taken it back due to the coolant leak and being low. Meanwhile the manager Henry acts like I’ve only been a couple times and dismisses the absurdity of this. I provided sufficient documentation (on two occasions) of a literal leak on my driveway and showing the coolant was visually low in the bottle, in addition of course to the dashboard light beeping endlessly due to coolant being low. They said there was no leak that they could find, probably is a sensor issue. The photos literally show it’s low. I’ve even had alternative mechanics support my observations. Yet they’re still acting like that’s not true? The gaslighting is crazy! It’s clearly not a sensor issue, my literal eyes see it’s low I don’t know how a mechanic is confused. They continue to refuse a refund because they “can’t find a problem” and “isn’t related to the radiator.” How convenient. So just saying you can’t find an issue is your nonsensical excuse out of the refund? If you don’t have the skills to determine an issue then you are clearly not qualified and should return the payment so I can take it somewhere reputable. These mechanics do not take this work seriously, having an unsafe car can put myself and my children in danger. I brought it here to have the low coolant issue fixed. It’s like if I came to change my tire and instead they charge me to do an oil change. Like yes you changed the radiator but didn’t fix the issue I came here for. Rather than solving the problem they ultimately said after over countless times being here to take it to another Meineke for warranty and refund. When I did that, the other Meinekes said it has to be from the same location. My favorite part is the last time there the manager tried to address me for being upset yet after being a part of this literal circus, I’m not sure why I would be happy and keep being patient. Still have a problem and have missed work and wasted money and time here to no avail. Stay away!!!

They were very helpful. I went in for an alignment and I had alot more issues then I knew. The guys were so helpful and explained everything to me and what was wrong and what needed to be addressed so I could be safe in my car.

So I came in with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee having a clucking noise from the drivers side and I explained the problem. It cost me a little more but they fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend this shop. They were very professional and helpful with my situation. I would definitely go back with any other repair. Thanks again

I brought my car there because it needed an oil change. They promised that it would take one hour. It was 1 1/2 hours. No big deal. I was pleased with the service. I thought the price was a little high…. But. everything is high these days.

Had some work done on my car, came in a day before to get a quote and was able to come in the next day in the morning and had my car back in ≈2 hours at a very fair price point, mechanics and service staff were all very kind and showed the process - thank you I appreciate you guys!

This place is awesome. I’ve taken 2 different cars there with different issues and both times they were fixed very quickly and professionally. Best part, the receptionist was very nice. Highly recommend.

Went in thinking it was one thing, they did a full work up and gave me options to address the issue(s) .. prices were competitive, work was superb, I’ll be heading back in the near future to address other issues

I brought in the family van to fix a loud exhaust issue. What impressed me was their detailed inspection report that was compiled and shared with me. It listed the serviceable areas and grades their condition. This was very helpful to determine what I should fix now and what can wait till next time I visit. Service took half a day and the van felt like a new ride afterwards. Definitely coming back... thank you!

I recently had my battery replaced, along with an oil change and filter replacements. The services were completed satisfactorily; however, after leaving the shop, I noticed that my car’s air conditioner began having issues that did not exist before the service. I could be mistaken, but the timing feels too coincidental to ignore. I doubt I’ll receive any assistance from the shop regarding this matter. After paying a substantial service bill, I now face another unexpected and costly issue.

Will definitely be returning for all my car needs. Everyone was kind, services were clear and turnaround time was so fast! The work is well done and my car is once again safe (and fun) to drive again.

They installed rotors and brakes a little over year and an half ago. They uniformed me yesterday they are warped again. I had to remind them that they fixed it and they said there is no recourse. I’ve been taking my 4Runner there for 10 years because I thought they use quality parts. I took car to Ribbon Auto seeing how this goes. In my opinion the parts at Meineke are substandard and the diagnostics is like a dealership. High priced and not worth the money. I think it has gone downhill

Arrived late to have a tire repaired. Informed that I needed a new tire which had to be ordered. Received call 2 hrs later that tire arrived. Tire changed 19am following morning. Curteous. and professional.

Scheduled an oil and oil filter change 45 minutes before service and got appointment. Technician listened to my instructions on how to use instrument cluster to check oil level and proceeded to change oil and filter element without any incidents. He was patient and professional and completed the job in reasonable timeframe. Excellent experience and will go back again with confidence.

Signed up on line to get oil change. Flash sale? Was to get 20 off synthetic oil change and 5 off for booking online. That’s 25 dollars. Got only 10 off in total . Checked On my receipt. Disappointed. Work was done quickly. However Honestly is very important to me. Not sure I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

I had the brakes changed on my minivan. The techs were great to finish the job on time and with quality. They let me know some other things they found so I could fix them or not. Kristin in the front office is really great. Thanks to everyone at Meineke.

This place is the best-hands down! The woman at the front desk is kind, considerate, honest, and fair. She goes about and beyond to communicate everything clearly. The mechanics are thorough and efficient. Brought my car in at 730am and it was done by 3:30pm. I received brakes and all that comes with it for my Jaguar, replacement of windshield wipers, they even did my inspection! I also needed an oil change with the works. Very fair pricing and no overly dramatic calls about how I need to get all the brakes done. They decided I only needed the front brakes for now. Who does that nowadays? This service is wonderful. It starts with proper communication! Great experience from start to finish again!

The service left a lot to be desired It was terribly slow. There were no other other customers when I arrived so I hoped I’d be able to get a quick oil change. (I had my baby with me, so if they weren’t able to get me right in, I was going to come back another time). I was assured they’d get me in and out right away. Then we waited over an hour. I’m not sure how or why it could take so long, but again, I had my baby with me and it was just too long to wait. I wish they were more transparent about how long it was going to actually take. I would have just come back. They also don’t vacuum the car, which I had grown accustomed to. Maybe that isn’t a standard part of their oil change service, but it seems to be at most places I’ve taken my car to. And it was the most expensive place I’ve ever gone to. Underwhelming oil change aside, the real issue came next. Later that day, the check oil light came on. And it continued to come on daily until I finally returned to ask them what was going on. It also appeared to develop an oil leak during this time. Without admitting too much fault, they said sometimes they get bad hoses and that was probably the issue. They offered to do the whole oil change again for free, which I appreciated. But within the next week or so, the oil light started coming on again. Not sure what they did to my car. It’s a newer, low mileage car that had no issues before I took it there. Now I have an oil leak, and the check oil light comes on every single day. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this place. Such an incredibly frustrating experience.

Had a great experience with Meineke. I took my truck in early in the morning for an oil change but upon my arrival had additional concerns that I wanted them to address and the staff was super polite and helpful. I ended up needing more than just an oil change but the inspection report helped to clarify some of the issues I was having. In the end, while not cheap, I was very satisfied with the service. The online appointment was easy and the inspection report that was provided with a link via text to review with all sorts of details concerning my service which was real nice feature. I had my truck back by early afternoon. Vehicle repair and maintenance is costly no matter where you go but the excellent customer experience more than made up for the out of pocket costs because honestly that makes a big difference for me. I had a pleasure of dealing with Sal and the new owners and the young lady behind the counter that knows every single thing about every single car by the way As owner of a local repair shop in the area, I’ve done some customization on one of our shop vehicles and the work was spectacular. The welds were perfect. Everything was done proper with consideration on the articulation of the suspension. Components, everything was done right and fast. I didn’t even have to leave the car. If anybody has any exhaust needs or is working on their project, bring your toys over here and I guarantee you you will be happy

I like these guys they are probably the most honest of mechanics in the area. Appointments are usually within a day or so. I used to use a great guy in the area but the last two times i called for service I was told i had to wait 2 or 3 weeks. Thats unfortunate.
