Our car with its story will be a ledgend - too long of a sad - but happy ending story- because of all of them and the coordination of the whole team.
The extra kindness, like shuttle the car and my family - offered and taken with gratitude - great unexpected perk - and helped me feel so much better.

Came from CT to purchase a truck. Called around and found these guys, told them what I needed and the mechanic gave me his honest opinion about everything and did a great inspection for a good price. Would recommend if you’re buying in their area.
I would not recommend this business to anyone. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here multiple times, but after my recent experience, I will not be returning.
After picking up my child from school, I noticed what appeared to be a non-working stoplight, and I saw another car detour through this location, so I followed. One of the mechanics initially let a car pass, but then came out and stood directly in front of my vehicle, refusing to let me through. The interaction left me feeling singled out and disrespected. As a woman of color, I couldn’t help but feel that I was treated unfairly in that moment.
Because of the way this situation was handled and the character displayed, I will never bring my vehicle here again. I do not recommend this location.

Quick and transparent visit. They sent me a link to a detailed report with photos shortly after I dropped my car off and had it back and fixed within 24 hours. Needed new brakes and rotors.
I'm surprised I've not reviewed them yet here! I've been using these mechanics even before their current location, when they were in Lyndhurst. I had great service for years at the Wayne Subaru dealership but used Sadowski whenever the dealership couldn't solve an issue. Once that dealership's service went terribly downhill after some kind of reorg, I've used Sadowski exclusively. Such friendly, knowledgeable and honest service. I would only go somewhere else if Sadowski closed. Let's hope they never do!
I can’t thank Sadowski Auto Care enough for helping me with my car’s issue that I’ve been dealing with for almost a year. I brought my car to other places, but had no luck. When they told me the great news on Christmas Eve, I was so happy I could cry. The Sadowski team literally accomplished a Christmas miracle! Excellent service from my initial phone call with Cici to when I stopped in and explained my situation to the Toms to them finally completing what my car needed. I love how each person I came in contact with took the time to review everything with such patience. I don’t know the mechanic’s name who completed the EGR drive cycle, but please express my eternal gratitude for his service!! My only regret is I did not find Sadowski’s sooner. Highly recommend them!

Professional, clean office. Brought my car in to diagnose what was wrong with the trans. Got a reply back, much sooner than expected. Rep sounded like he was having a hard time delivering the bad news that the Trans was shot. He recommended not repairing the car because of the cost vs value of the car. Sounds like an honest shop to me. Would bring my car back here for service.
This is the best place to get the service you need for normal or emergency repairs. Tom and his staff are the best and provide exactly what needs to be done to get you back on the road. Communication is always there throughout the job,explaining the work needed and the cost,you are never in doubt about anything.
While I no longer live close to Sadowski Auto Care I continue to return there for service not only because they do excellent service at reasonable prices, but when they get the opportunity they go above and beyond, as exemplified by my latest service. I brought my car in as the check engine light was on, and I decided to take care of some other items I needed at the same time (brakes, tire, shocks, battery). They told me that the check engine light indicated a Coolant Control Valve and even though my car had 80,000 miles and was over 5 years old that Mazda might still cover it. After they did their usual great job fixing everything else I went to Mazda and they replaced it for free (would have cost me at least $1,600). That’s why I go to Sadowski.

My car needed a tire replacement and an AC repair, and their team handled both issues with professionalism and efficiency. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the process. They replaced my tire and repaired the AC quickly.
The shop itself was clean and organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I’d highly recommend Sadowski Auto Care to anyone needing reliable auto repairs. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely return for future maintenance!

Sadowski is the most professional mechanic shop around. I have been a customer of theirs for years and they have been able to handle problems that others could not. Communication is excellent and they go over your vehicle thoroughly and give it a complete health report sent by email with pictures of areas that need to be fixed. I have not had any other mechanics that I have gone to in the past that have done this. And they are very pleasant and polite to work with.
We recently bought a new car and took it in for a PPI (pre purchase inspection). Sadowski’s always does a great job being very thorough and then explaining things to be aware of and how to best maintain the car. We felt confident with the purchase of the car!

My first experience here made me a repeat customer. Just recently I needed to go back for a replacement tire and they were friendly, and speedy. The auto shop itself has a very clean waiting area and they are wonderful with communicating, giving you updates and such. They’ve never tried to upsell me, and they’re not just customer service friendly, they’re neighborly friendly. So if you’re looking for a shop in town I highly reccomend!
Very happy with the service Mr. Sadowski provides. I have taken my vehicle to him for years and trust his knowledge, as well as the rest of his staff. They answer any questions I have and do a fantastic job. It helps that I have gone there a few years, so his auto shop knows the history of my car, giving me confidence it is in good hands.
My car was towed to Sadowski by AAA after my car battery died unexpectedly. I was not sure what to expect as I did not pick this mechanic, AAA did and I am unfamiliar with the area. Sadowski Auto Care went above and beyond with my car and their customer service. Their staff was friendly and they took such good care of my car, going as far as putting protective mats and covers on the inside for me while they worked. My battery was fully replaced within 24 hours of being towed and I was charged a fair price with no hidden fees! I would definitely recommend.
Service was excellent, as it always has been. This is my 5th car over the years that I have brought to Sadowski, some domestic and foreign. Tomas & Heicy are always knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. A week ago, a friend asked me why I bypass other auto places closer to me to go Sadowski. I thought about it and my answer was simple, "they take care of me and most importantly, they stay in training so they know their stuff"!

Tommy and staff are amazing! I went to two different mechanics prior to coming to Sadowski Auto Care to help take care of my check engine light issue. They were able to notify the issue and address it immediately. The work was thorough and explained in detail what services were provided. Their services and customer service are top notch, definitely recommend them for your car care needs!
