Ordered parts online only to drive there and they didn't have it. Why charge my card when they didn't have it. Perhaps Autozone can invest in an electronic inventory system instead of guessing

I came here to check my battery and my alternator. I had just gotten a starter put in, so I knew it wasn’t my starter the problem. Andres Helped me check my battery and alternator; he was very patient and helped me find out it was not a problem with my battery but my ground wires . He talked to mechanic on my phone and was working very hard alone also checking out the customers before he came and checked out my car with the machine . He was very sufficiently and fast working alone, even though there were two other employees there who were doing nothing. Andres was working the whole store alone and doing a great job at it. He deserves a raise. I know there were two other employees hiding out in the back. If it wasn’t for Andres The store wouldn’t be run properly.
I stopped by AutoZone and Brian helped me diagnose my car issue, recommended the exact part, and even explained how to install it. He was patient, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. Great customer service from someone who cares AutoZone is lucky to have him.
Brian is such a helpful zoner I came in a few days ago to buy some calipers and a new battery and he attended me with such care and and resolved my issue
Brian was so helpful he welcomed me as I walked in the store and asked if I needed any help he proceeded to help me with my oil change needs by getting me the right parts the first time perfect store experience
I had an excellent experience thanks to Brian. Right when I walked in, he acknowledged me and offered help without me even having to ask. He really took the time to listen to what I needed, asked a few questions to make sure we got it right, and walked me through my options instead of just pointing me in a direction. What stood out most was his attention to detail—he double-checked everything and explained it in a way that made sense.
It’s not often you find someone who’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly all at the same time. He made what could’ve been a stressful stop feel quick and easy. Honestly, that kind of service makes me want to come back to this location anytime I need something for my car.

Just walked into AutoZone on Ridge Rd. Came here to pick up all my auto parts for my brake job. They were completely out of brake cleaner. I asked if they had it in the back. The attendee said yes the load came in. It’s in the back in boxes. You’ll have to come back later today when we put it out. Question! Is it that hard to walk back there and get a box of brake clean? I’m here now to pick up my parts. I’m going to do the job now. I’m not coming back later in hope you have the break clean out so I can start the job. That said, I went and picked all my brake parts up down the block.
Excellent staff !! Overall Hands down the best!! but customer parking in handicap parking very disrespectful, inappropriate with white hair ponytail. I believe the employees know her well bcus I told the employee and he knew who the lady was. Avoid her at all costs

Out of no where from back of store, heard it came to do his job, installed my battery, every one stood around. Everyone should do there job, and be grateful to have a job. And jump on the band wagon do your job

I’ve been to the store twice to check the code on my car, get a tool that I was completely clueless about and get oil which also I was not knowledgeable on.
Byron assisted me both times and he is efficient, pleasant and helpful. I appreciate him taking the time to explain things to me and making sure I didn’t purchase the wrong type of oil and transmission fluid. He even asked if I had another pan for the transmission oil which I did not think about. It saved me a trip back to the store.
Eric was also helpful assisting me with the oil pan I was trying to walk in the door with. I was struggling to get open the door with the oil pan in my hand and Eric immediately came to my aid.

Had such a wonderful experience with Jon about a month ago. Came into the store, and really needed someone to check out my vehicle. Turns out it was my alternator! He went above and beyond to help me, advised me on what to do next, and made recommendations for an mechanic in town. It is SO hard to find nice, trustworthy people, and he was amazing! Jon, I hope you see this, THANK YOU!
Stephanie at this location was one of the most helpful customer service representatives I’ve encountered in several years at any store. I was stranded in the rain after my wiper blades broke off with an eight month old baby, and she assisted in the pouring rain, helping me reattach the wiper blade and ensure I had the correct model. I can’t recommend her highly, and I wish everyone in this world was like Stephanie.
We bought a set of front wipers and tried them on but they didn't fit properly. Stephanie came out to check them and then recommended a different set. We ended up trying two other sets and each time she helped us install them and then find a better fit, if needed. AND it was cold outside. We cant thank them enough. Def recommend them to anyone!
Jerry was AMAZING! His bright smile greeted us when we needed help with a headlight that was out. He helped us put our headlights in, was quick, efficient, and super friendly. If you need something, definitely ask for Jerry! He will make your day!
I have been to several AutoZones to get assistance with my car. After several trips to different AutoZones; I finally found one with an amazing and knowledgeable employee.
Stephanie P acknowledged me the second, I walked in. She took the time to answer all my questions. She truly seemed to care about what I needed and how she could help me.
She found all of the items I needed and if they weren’t in the store, she ordered the parts for me. The items arrived in a timely fashion and I was called immediately to notify me of my items arriving.
Stephanie P. helped put my wipers on, change my headlight bulbs, she showed me where to put window wiper fluid, she helped me find the fuses I needed, and she even checked if I needed oil.
I always got cheap wipers, but Stephanie P convinced me on a better brand and I have to say the work so much better then the ones I used to buy.
Stephanie P is friendly, pleasant, extremely efficient, respectful, and not once did she make me feel like an idiot about not knowing about cars.
Even though she was helping me, she made sure to acknowledge any customers that walked in and assured them that their needs will be addressed as soon as possible. There’s nothing worse than walking in a store and the employees won’t even say hi, I’ll be right with you, and have you standing there feeling ignored.
I will be sure to send my friends and family to this location.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Employee named John helped me find a car battery, replaced 2 fob batteries and installed the car battery on a rainy day, composed professionally and friendly the whole time. Other staff there has also been great in the past.
Store Manager Mark was very professional and helpful in locating the correct car battery and replacing it with a new one. I appreciate the time and effort he put in. Very friendly and understanding, exactly how a manager should run a store. I’m very pleased and satisfied with the service that was provided.
Great for 90% of my automotive needs. Does not always have parts for my BMW, but that is my only complaint (which is not really a complaint). Excellent car cleaning products and friendly staff
