My husband and I came to this location for a simple oil change. It seems the tech may have misplaced my oil plug and replaced it with one that has a bigger thread. I bought the original to replace the one they swapped and now it does not fit. No pre-threading was done. It looks as if some time was invested in their clean up as the plug they used was modified/grinded to fit in the oil pan hole and forced the rest of the way. Metal shavings are still on the plug and was also coming out of the oil pan. The owner was advised and said this could not have happened at his shop. With my husband being the only person who does our oil changes, it wouldnt be logical for it to have happpened anywhere else. We have 2 honda pilots where we have parts that match. Absolutely 0% chance they were not responsible. So sad i will now have to replace the oil pan due to this locations negligence. Pictures will be included of their modified plug, my 2 pilots and the replacement i purchased that no longer fits. A tech who cant do a simple oil change shouldnt be classified as a mechanic. I now have the pleasure of coughing up $300 to replace my oil pan. Thank you to the guys of A.N.Y.

Owner of this place is nice and easy to talk to. That’s why they get 1 star. The employee who changed my oil switched out my oil plug with one that left my engine leaking and with some type of paint chip hanging off of it. He didn’t even replace it with a size 17 socket Hondas use. I called and advised the owner of what occurred. He said it couldn’t have happened there. I do my oil changes on my own. I was there on vacation from Florida and needed it done before coming home. THEY WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE TO TOUCH MY VEHICLE. Shouldn’t be any debate with that being said. I have been dealing with Tony for years, I’ve followed him from Nutley, Belleville and now North Arlington. It’s hard to find a excellent mechanic who is also honest and fair I never hesitate to leave my vehicles with him and just tell him to fix whatever is broken. Both Tony and Jay are extremely knowledgeable and easy to understand, they explain everything in detail and all work is done beyond what is needed . I wish all mechanics were as responsible and honest

Based on the one interaction with the owner of this business dealing with my sister’s car, I can’t recommend this shop. As a customer YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ENQUIRE TO THE MOON AND BACK IF NEEDED!!!! for clarity when your hard earned money is being spent…….which business establishment gets annoyed when customers ask questions???? Doesn’t make sense, Tony you are very unprofessional.

Professional until you decide to ask Questions. I was a loyal customer there for about a year or so. Very friendly and respectful to the workers and boss… trusted their work and rarely asked questions, Until recently. I had a Gas smell coming through my AC vent, took it to the shop to check and the owner (Tony) checked it himself. Upon opening the bonnet we visibly saw Gas leaking from the high pressure fuel pump. I left the car at the shop as it was not advised to drive and later received a $1300 quote for replacement. I decided to ask questions after I noticed that the part quoted didn’t match the part shown to me when checked and the price was higher than online prices. Upon asking for clarification, The owner then became super defensive and felt I was accusing him of charging higher prices and belligerently stated that he didn’t feel good about this and that he’s not working on my car, etc. This concerned me as I was in no way being accusing, but simply trying to clarify what it is exactly that I’ll be replacing and paying for. I eventually uplifted my car and got it fixed elsewhere for a fraction of the cost, not to mention the issue wasn’t even the fuel pump, but simply a cracked fuel line that needed to be replaced. Had I paid to replace the pump, the issue wouldn’t have been fixed and probably costed me even more afterwards. This just goes to show that it’s always a good idea to ask questions and get 2nd or 3rd opinions when possible. As a customer you’re entitled to be properly informed about products or services you’re paying for and to be treated and dismissed the way that I was, was just plain disrespectful and unprofessional on every level. Never again will I ever go back or recommend anyone to this shop.

My first time here. Heard alot of good things about this place online. Came in for something simple that 2 dealerships wanted to bankrupt me on. Tony was a pleasure to deal with. Whole experience was pleasant.

Tony and his staff are always welcoming and helpful. Their customer service and communication is great. I know my car is in great hands and always leave satisfied.

A.N.Y did a great job on my car that needed new suspension and brakes, Tony was great to work with he is very honest and does great work and fair priced ,my car rides great now, he actually asked me to come back in a week to recheck to make sure the suspension doesn’t need adjusting and the wheel alignment is correct! Great customer service! I Highly recommend A.N.Y auto

Tony was nothing but impeccable from the first moment I spoke with him. Brought my car in at 7am and I had it back the same day. All communication was clear over the phone and in addition all diagnostic work was sent out over in PDF form for me to review. All work I had to sign off on before anything was started. Prices were very affordable and the quality of work done was flawless. I would go back again for any auto service. I love the way they do business.

Have taken my car to Tony a couple times over the past year. He has always explained everything to me and provided an estimate before proceeding with the job. It is nice having a neighborhood mechanic that I can trust.

There aren't enough words to describe how great this business is. Tony is the best. He's come through for me several times & even came to pick up my car when my transmission died. Tony is always available, always fair priced, always quick with service and always sends you away with a smile...even after being in an accident like I was today. I don't have one complaint other than to say that all businesses should treat their customers this well.

I have been coming to A.N.Y. auto for my vehicle repairs and maintenance for about 2 years. I know I can be difficult sometimes but I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. I've had many services performed here and Tony and his crew Jay, Jose and Carlos always go above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience with them and leave 100% satisfied. It's always friendly wave and a smile when I run into them. I've been driving a car for about 40 years now and I have never been this satisfied with my auto repairs as I am now. When we move, I fear that finding a replacement will be impossible. If you need repairs on your vehicle, you won't go wrong here. They'll make every effort to make sure the job is done right and an affordable price.

Only good things about A.N.Y auto service Antonio has been extremely helpful servicing my car. He makes sure I don’t break the bank and explains every single detail of service. He is so honest he would recommend where to get the part and only charge for service when he knows the parts would be expensive. He accommodates around my busy schedule and never find the “extras” that some mechanics use to find in order to charge more. I’ve sent many people from town to his shop and everyone is always pleased. My in laws came from Canada and Antonio was able to fix their car within the day, they left happy with the service and price since he’s very reasonable with his prices.

For 5 years, I've been going to a different mechanic just down the road from me and I will admit, I loved him but the vehicles I had were older. I recently got a 2021 Trailblazer and was having issues with the steering/alignment. I brought my vehicle to my regular mechanic and got a very weird answer from him..."i don't want to take your tires off with my machine because its older and might damage your rims," and he recommended I try a shop with a newer tire machine. A.N.Y Auto is also right up the street from me so on a whim, I stopped in there. I spoke to Tony (Antonio) and he was shocked by what my regular mechanic told me. It was later in the day when I stopped in to see him so he said I could drop my vehicle off the next day, to which I did. I thought he was going to have my vehicle all day but to my surprise, him and his crew had my vehicle done in just a short time. So, I walked up to his shop with my 2 big dogs, walked right in to his waiting room and he couldn't care less that I had my pups in hand. He was so accommodating and kind that I'm going to go to his shop from now on. Just scheduled my brakes to get done by them!

I was extremely pleased with Tony and how organized and how he communicates so you can understand. I have been trying to find a mechanic in town that won’t take advantage of me being a woman and senior and find this place and when he told me what I needed I checked with my son first and he said it was a great price for what I needed and he was so impressed that he toke his truck there to for improvements. So happy to find such a nice and honest guy.

I’ve been going to Tony since 2016, I never had any problems with him. I don’t trust any other mechanic with my car. Tony is fair and honest and he will work with you. I recommend him to anyone 10/10 service

Tony has my trust, nothing I have had him fix for me has given me issues again, and he is a solid man in general. Tony has worked on at least 6 of my cars in the past 13 years and is currently working on a project car of mine. He is very fair with his estimates and is an honest, reliable mechanic. Job well done. Since I started getting my cars serviced at ANY Auto Services, they have done a stellar job each time. They take the rime ro make sure my car gets the proper attention. Very satisfied with they work they do. The owner is very reasonable on repair cost and will work with you to make the price right. He did an awesome job on my E500 Mercedes Benz.

If you need a mechanic, look no further. A.N.Y. Auto Service and Repair is the place. I have a 2002 Ford Explorer it died and would not restart. I purchased a new battery and it worked for a few day and it turned out that my alternator was done. I called Tony and explained he said bring it in. I had it towed. I explained what was wrong he said he would look at it and email me an estimate. Within the hour I received the email and approved the work. A couple of hours later I received another a text message stating the car was ready. When I walked in to get the keys Tony went over the itemized invoice and explained it to me. We’ve been looking for a mechanic in town for sometime as my Wife’s car battery died and we didn’t have a reliable mechanic and have been happily sharing one car during the pandemic. It wasn’t until the Mayor highlighted Tony and his business that we decided to reach out and needless to say we found our mechanic. After reading reviews, Tony and his team were commended for their work, but being reasonable and good-hearted; this is all true. Called Tony to see if he can come to our home jumpstart the Civic and get us back up. Tony and team were there within the hour and we had our car back within 48 hours.
