Don't use this place. Car towed from accident 1 block from my house. I asked to have it dropped there. Driver kept insisting I pay and I agreed. He drove off with the vehicle. When I called and left message I got no call back. Jerkoff driver did this just to charge more for storage fees. They shouldn't be a town tower.
Dave was very knowledgeable, provided seamless service and followed up every step of the way with our towing and repair. Thank you for going above and beyond. You provided an excellent customer experience.
By far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. He made me pay $710 in the middle of the street with no formal explanation about my vehicle. Then proceeded to lecture me about supermarket policy and curse at me!
This guys are the worse of the worse they tow my car because registration was expired,my car ended to his mechanic because they broke my left rear shock on top of that they charged me $ 250.00 no receipt don’t ever use this guys.

They were supposed to open at 9:00 am but no one was there and they made me wait there for 3 hours. I was late for work because of them.
They charged me $350 for towing my car and didn't give me a receipt.
They are very fast when it comes to towing your car, but they don't do their job very well.
Really BAD service over all, towed my car yesterday (On A Holiday) never answered the phone or call me back after I left a very detailed message with my information, disrespectful employees and owners gave me attitude and asked me questions to make me feel stupid, claims to be open at 9am didn’t answer the phone until 10am after I had to call the police to get in contact with them on a non holiday week day, at the end when he realized he was WRONG had the audacity to tell me “he gave me a discount for the inconvenience” which he didn’t!
I want to emphasize the importance and difference between a franchise and a family owned business. Walking into this shop I remember what it felt like to be treated like a real customer and family, not just another number or pay day.
Dave and his team of skilled drivers put my family and myself at ease the minute they responded on scene, when my family and I were stranded on a major highway in Bergen County.
Our vehicle was brought back to there shop , and we were able to get home safe that night because of David's Towing services.
The reason I'm writing this review is to express my gratitude to David himself. I want to thank his driver for the timely service he provided us, more importantly I want those of you reading this to know when I went to pick my vehicle the very next day. The first words out of Dave's mouth was " Is your Family OK?".
Those words are what separates David's Towing & Auto from the other businesses in the area.
