To the customer Mr. Awad I was in the store at the same time as you as was my son. And witnessed the incident as it happened and at no time were they unruly unprofessional or unkind they tried to accommodate you in every way. You just were not hearing or did not want hear. It is not fair that you can be allowed to post false statements when the unreasonable the unruly and the unprofessional one was yourself this is coming from a customer and believe it or not the customer is not always right. Those boys behind the counter have all the patience in the world. I hope that someone in upper management can read this. I love this place. And would recommend anyone here.
The worst customer service ever, big time disrespect and attitude.
One of them called me and asswhole because I asked for my company name to be corrected at the receipt I was given and was asked to get str3 or str 4 from my a accountant in order to fix the spelling of my company on his system and gave me my recipt back with spelling error not fixed .
I think this drama because I returned a unit with 1 year warranty on it and they didn't want to give me the money back

Confirmed via phone they had the LED lights I needed--by part number. They sent the wrong ones, cheaper ones that do not do the functions needed. $67.52 for two taillights that are the wrong ones, this is going to be a major hassle and delay.
Don't waste your time in this store! They said they have a warranty, they do a bad job and when you say that their part is faulty they say it's your engine or something else and they still treat you like a dog! I'm warning you, your part will break, and you'll have to buy another one!
I read through the reviews hoping to add something great that someone else hasn't said. But, I can't. this place is great!! Hands down the most knowledgeable staff I deal with. From fixing our Ac machines to identifying an odd part through a picture, they never cease to amaze me. 10 out of 5 stars as far I'm concerned
They rebuild the starter for our 1940 Oldsmobile. Excellent quality, I'm extremely happy. Thank you Joe, Tony and the Robert's staff. Outstanding price and workmanship!
While the company has great products with an exceptional warranty in good prices, the customer service could use some improvement and the location is a bit out of the way. Overall I give this business a three out of a five.
Was helped by an older gentleman who knew what he was selling. Very polite and not overselling anything and wanted to provide me with the best products at the fairest price for my application.
What can I say, they had everything that I had gone there for. The starter I needed was for a 46 year old tractor, THEY HAD ONE. Along with all the little odds and ends needed for the job.

We have used Robert's and Sons for probably 20 years now. The guys are unbelievably smart, fast and reliable. By far the best people in starters, alternators, motors. You can give them half of a part number and they will finish the sentence, it's mind blowing. Fast shipping and service.
Generator on my 53 quit right before a car show we were committed to attending. They had it completely rebuilt in less than 48 hours and for a fair price....many thanks !!! Highly recommend !!!
I apparently got the best starter ever my truck starts like you would not believe. How the old crank nice and slow whine whine whine the starter I got from Robertsons starts like turbo Zoom. I figured the guy was give me a little you know whatcha-ma-call-it but I figured it was worth a shot man did it pay off my truck is never started so quickly 6.0 diesel. if you need any electrical components I bet these guys have the best parts ever pick one up you won't be disappointed.
I've been a customer for well over 10 years, Robert and his crew are a pleasure to do business with. They have an awesome showroom with tons of truck accessories and tools. Their reman motors and alternators are high quality, we never have any issues using them for our customers. They almost always have the part in stock ready to go and if not they can most likely rebuild what you have. Great service!
Very knowledgeable staff on items that you may not know which way to go in a certain area. Prices are fair in the items come in when they're supposed to if they don't have it in stock. I dealt with Joe and he was very helpful.
I've been needing help on prices for parts every time I come to this web site if they got it they show me a price and a picture witch has been a very big help to me some of the prices I've seen are just great
