I just purchased a vehicle from this Enterprise location a few days ago and I will say this is the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I worked mostly with Jessica and she was great. Very nice and personable and extremely helpful through the whole process. The team did everything they could to get me into a vehicle that day and all were extremely nice through the whole process. Overall, it was a fast process, probably one of the fastest car purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. As a woman, it can be intimidating buying a vehicle alone, but I did not feel that way at all. I am extremely grateful to the team here and would definitely purchase from them again!

My experience at the Elmwood Park, NJ location was perfect. I received a warm welcome upon arrival. No pressure tactics was used. The Sales Consultant Hassan was a professional from the beginning to end. He was patient and addressed all my concerns and questions. I felt like I was part of the process. I selected the 2023 Nissan Sentra. I was given the opportunity to test drive the car. Every question was addressed about the inside, and out side the car. Hassan set up my audio system which was very helpful. The car was presented to me very clean inside and out. Looked like it just left the factory. I had a very good driving experience home. The staff were very kind and attentive. It is a car dealership after all, but no one pushes you over the edge to make a decision you don’t want. I believe they do work in your best interest - but what made my experience over the top exceptional was the saleswoman Nedji ! She was SOO sweet and patient with me during this process. Being quick and responsive to any questions or concerns I had, her bubbly spirit and expertise made making this decision and getting over my FOMTRD (fear of making the wrong decision) a lot easier!
