Caesar took great care of me and my vehicle. Explained everything, no up sell... got brand new tires at a great price. He is a great manager and the work was done perfectly.
A friend of mine recommended this location to me after my car started making a horrible noise and smelling of gasoline. The manager, Cesar, ensured I was well taken care of and that he thoroughly explained the issue/my options to me. The service was quick, efficient, and they communicated with me every step of the way. Would highly recommend this place for their honesty and efficiency!

2nd review 5 months later. Decided to get tires and didnt realize the day before a storm Firestone is like homedepot a mad house. I talked with Cesar letting him know I can come back at a later date, his words were if you have patience with me we will get you in and out today. After a coffee and some enjoyable conversations with staff I was out and back on the road. Thanks Cesar and the firestone team!! See you soon for when i need the tire rotation completed as recommended.
Stay away from this place, i got ripped off because i, as most women , don't know much about cars. I went in to do maintenence on my Lexus which only had 10,000 miles at the time. The mechanic told me after inspecting the car that i needed my 2 front breaks replaced. I believed him and got taken for almost $300 for breaks plus the cost of oil change and filter. A few months later i was talking to a different mechanic and told him about the breaks being replaced. He told me that there is no way in hell the breaks needed to be replaced at 10,000 miles.

I always try to use local people to give back. However due to past experiences I finally caved and went to a “Corporate Company” and all I have to say is I never felt so heard and understood. Cesar made that experience so effortless and would recommend that you go to this store and deal with him. Extremely Patient and you can truly see in the way he speaks and acts. His team is good but he is just Great! GO SEE CESAR!
They finessed me into buying the most expensive tires for my car. Also didn’t even give me a warranty with them. If you’re young with a nice car don’t go here.
It's always the best here. The manager and staff are amazing at what they do. They take time and care very seriously. I feel at ease knowing they're able to make sure that your safety is at the top.

The Associates hage given me the best customer service I provided me with the best possible tires and sales for my F150 truck also to include a lifetime wheel alignment which had $40 off of a discounted price… Overall, my experience it's A1 who would recommend anyone here but they set me up appointment for my truck to be serviced the same day but better servicing you asked for all in one!!

Came here for the first time an amazing service. The front desk people were great specifically the store manager Cesar definitely will be coming back to do more work.
This place doesn't know how to do a simple oil change.. after they changed the oil and by the tome o got home my car was smoking and the oil spilled out all over my driveway and they tried to blame my oil cap and not their mechanical error... i gave them 3 chances and never again.. they take advantage of woman and try to rip them off every chance they get. do not go here

I recently had my tires replaced here and I was very impressed with the service. Cesar was friendly and answered all of my concerns, helping me choose the right tires for my car. They were also quick and efficient. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing new tires.
Called in the morning with a tire emergency (Needed 2 rear tires) and they helped me navigate an appointment and give me an out the door quote which never changed during the process. I was assisted by Jose in the office and Travis in the shop. They were fantastic and explained everything in detail so I could understand what was going on with my vehicle. They were open and honest about what I needed and what I needed in the future. 10/10 experience and I will be back for all my vehicle needs!

I am not one to write bad reviews on any bad situation. There are times the truth needs to be said. Here is one.
Today, I went to purchase some tires. I needed two for the front. I shopped online the last few days and settled on this company. I was lied to by Antonio, about a store policy and other issues with the purchase. I went for some inexpensive tires for my jeep. Only because I wanted to have something, before I make a decision on which way I will go with the vehicle. I had setup an appointment for tires I wanted. Never showed on the screen. I came in before my appointment and explained that I wanted inexpensive tires. I drive less than 100 miles a week. I was offered $96 Bridgestone Destination tires. Since BF Goodridge had issues, I will not be buying Bridgestone Firestone tires. When I explained that I wanted cheap tires, I was told I cannot mix and match tires on my jeep... But, if I have 4 Nexen tires on my jeep, wouldn't the Destination tires be a mix and match? That is when I told him, I am a mechanic and that was pear BS. Then he told me, that I would have to match all my tires because I have a four wheel drive vehicle and that it is company policy. I was getting very annoyed. I explained to him, that that was BS. I called corporate and asked them. As they stated that policy applies to AWD (full time All Wheel Drive) SUVs. Like the Acura MDX AWD. Finally, I got the tires I needed, after having the tires shipped from Saddle Brook. I could have driven the few minute drive over there. Took 45 minutes. I get the tires, told them I had a lock for the lug nuts. All was good. I get my jeep back and was never told the key was twisted when they were working on it. Antonio looked me dead in the face. No one mention of it. I get to my jeep, they never placed the new tires on the rear, as they company display said. I was never given a wheel alignment check, as company policy said. I had to file a damage report for the key. I have to go back for the free wheel alignment and to have the tires rotated.
This has been, by far, a horrible experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone. If you do, please do the following. Remove locking lugs (if you can), ensure that everything is spelled out on the paperwork. Know what the company offers. Ensure there aren't damages to your vehicle and before you leave, make sure the job is completed as asked.
