I have to say my experience overall was great. Thanks to Omar who was my sales rep who made the process as smooth and seamless as possible. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you have the opportunity to pick your sales rep I highly recommend/encourage you to ask for him. Thanks to him and Kamel I was able to leave in my new car. They fought and worked to meet my numbers without spending hours of back and forth negotiations.

Our experience was wonderful. The salesperson and financial manager were very friendly! We believe they did everything they could to help make this process smooth and affordable. We are very happy with our experience and of course our purchase!

FEB 21st 2026 Saturday ——Let me start off by saying that I went to this dealership just by random search on the internet based on CARGURU.com My girlfriend who’s Dominican and I am Indian had a fantastic experiencing because we met some friendly , knowledgeable and professional sales team members . The number one spot has to go to NOEL the most helpful and resourceful salesperson . He was the super star of the show because even after i bought this GLC AMG bad ass SUV as I was driving home at night , he still answered ALL my questions i had with the mechanics of this awesome vehicle . Also, thanks to the sales manager Mr. KAMAL who tried to make the deal happen the same day so i can have the car for my woman. My direct sales rep was Adel and he was respectful which is important at any places where professional business is conducted . And on this final note , Now tha my girlfriend is happy … I will do myself a favor and have Neil find my dream PickUp truck at CarTopia46 in New Jersey. Review by Amit ( Customer )

Car had issues since i got it and now the engine siezed. Absolutely terrible service and would not recommend anyone to shop here. It’s a long story, but I’ll shorten it up. I came in last February to purchase a BMW X5M 2018 which has been my dream car since I was young first they ran my credit without me authorizing it. Also in the process of purchasing the car, they tried to add $5000 in at Dealer add-ons and tried to tell me that they were necessary to buy the car which is a total lie. I ended up buying a car for a good price at the end. I Driving the car back I got a driving error on the display. I called them and told them about it. They said that they would Fix it. I live in Philadelphia so the drive is about one hour and half. I took time out of my day to come back another day so they can fix the car, A couple weeks later they told me the car was fixed and that they replaced the bearing. I drove all the way back got the car and the car had the same issue. I told him about it and I left the car there so I had to drive all the way back home with no car they ended up staying with the car for about three months telling me that I needed a new steering rack. And they said that they had to order it, and the part was on backorder all this b.s. I bought the car in February and didn’t get it back till about June or May when I got the car back. The car still had issues with the steering. I took it to a BMW near me and one of the hoses were leaking so I had to bring it back so they can replace the hoses on the steering then I drove back home and the AC wasn’t working. They told me to fill it up with freon and they’ll reimburse me. We had agreed on a certain amount of reimbursement and at the end when it was time to pay, the owner did not want to pay me the full reimbursement. A couple months after that, I’ve only driven the car probably less than a couple thousand miles the engine seized up. Now I have to figure out what I’m gonna do with the car to get a new engine on a brand new car that I bought less than a year ago from a dealer. During the process of the steering rack being defective, the dealership was very very unresponsive, I would call every week because I didn’t wanna call every day to bother them because I was extremely patient but every time I call to try to talk to the owner, the lady in the front would just say that he is busy and that he will give me a call when he is free. I never received a call from him. I had to call on my own to get an update on my car that I just bought from them. And they would tell me the same thing every week. The salesman here are cool people as well as the employees very nice people although the owner and management sucks and don’t know how to take care of customers, especially in a situation like this. I would give them a zero star if I could

This car buying process can be a nightmare historically most dealerships don’t have stellar reviews and unfortunately I understand why. I came here for a specific car that was listed within my budget. When I arrived, they made up some lie about the car I wanted and didn’t want to show me the vehicle and immediately tried to push me into a different car that was overpriced and had high mileage. I left that day because something didn’t feel right and also because I wanted my brother to check it out prior to purchase. The dealership tried to push me into financing through them at nearly 30%, which was a major red flag. A few days later, my credit union approved me at 15% interest. They attempted to put me in a high-mileage Subaru, which my bank ultimately refused to finance due to the mileage. I then inquired about two other vehicles listed at $14,000 — a 2016 Honda Civic and a 2018 Mercedes-Benz. The moment I made it clear I would be using my own financing, the invoice suddenly increased by $9,000. When I brought this to their attention, I was told directly that since I did not want to use their financing, they could add whatever additional charges they wanted and would not sell the vehicle to me at the listing price. When I stated that this felt predatory, I was told that we simply “weren’t seeing eye to eye.” Strangely, there was no price increase added to the Subaru invoice they were trying to push me into under their financing. I also made it clear that I wanted my brother to inspect the car before making a decision. Instead of respecting that, they repeatedly tried to lower the price on the spot to pressure me into taking the car that same day. I will say the front desk associate, Dee, was kind and professional, and the car selection appears decent. However, the financing tactics and pricing practices were extremely predatory. Women should be especially cautious and make sure they go with a male counterpart and they feel fully informed and supported during the buying process.

The car was a very fair price, the showroom was clean and the staff was friendly. Would recommend this location to someone in the market for a new vehicle.

A very nice clean dealership with nice selections of cars. Test drive and salesman knowledge top unfortunately I would not recommend because it’s one of these places where they advertise a low Internet price to get you through the door and they hit you with five-year paint protection for 3K plus low jack for 3K which makes the experience not professional.

“Beware of Hidden Fees & Scam Tactics” I visited CarTopia 46 to see a 2022 BMW 540i that was listed on CarGurus for $41,340. I planned to put $6,000 down, and since I live in NY, I calculated that even after 8% tax and standard registration fees, the out-the-door price should’ve been around $45–46k. Instead, they presented an out-the-door price of $52k. Even worse, after putting $6,000 down, the paperwork showed I would still be financing $46k — which makes absolutely no sense. They added multiple unnecessary warranties and packages after I clearly told them I didn’t want any. These add-ons were slipped into the contract without explanation. I also asked 3–4 times for the final price before they ran my credit, and they kept avoiding the answer. Only later did I learn that this dealership is known for listing cars $4–5k below the real selling price to lure people in, then stacking hidden fees and forced add-ons once you’re there. Their “finance manager” also didn’t seem knowledgeable at all and couldn’t explain the numbers properly. Overall, the experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and like a classic bait-and-switch. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Save your time, your money, and your credit score — do not buy from CarTopia 46.

I purchased a vehicle from them on 3/22 of this year but I am still trying to work through a paperwork issue since then. I've been trying to reach the owner but he's not there much. I will say, that he answered the phone while traveling to help with the sale. I see that he responds to these reviews, so I'm hoping he sees this and can help with my issue. I'm Scott's friend that bought the Orange BMW. I will edit and complete this review when the matter is resolved, one way or another. Edit: Well, I've been in touch with the owner for a few days and he has actually been super helpful. Mistakes were made, and I was thinking that these were bad people with nice cars, but the owner (Al) stepped in and cleared up the issue. Even after the issue was resolved, he continued to assist me with refinance advise and even offered to take back the vehicle. If not for him going above and beyond, I would've sought council, but he was easy to work with. Thank you Al. Just to be clear, the car itself was not the issue. It's actually been checked at BMW and passed. My only advice to anyone buying used, at any dealership, is to look for something with some factory warranty left and make sure you check over and understand every page of your paperwork. In the end, I got a good car at a fair price. 4 stars because of the car and the owner.
