Very nice and professional staff. Although, I would caution anyone who is thinking of selling their car to them for a few reasons. You’ll enter all of your information online, including your VIN (which gives them all the CarFax info ahead of time) and give you a fair offer. They’ll still find an excuse to lowball you when you come in, blaming the modified offer on the CarFax even though they have seen it. I went to 7 different places to collect offers and their offer was the lowest. They also claimed that there were “fees” associated with selling my car, which is not the standard. I mentioned the other offers and they automatically upped their offer by a thousand, funny how that works. I ended up selling my car for almost $3,000 over what they offered and had no fees taken out of my sale. Unsure if this is because I’m a younger woman and they thought they could get over on me, but please beware. EDIT/UPDATE: Jeff Capaldo from webuyanycar.com reached out to me about my review and apologized profusely for the problems I encountered at the Elmwood Park location. He was extremely professional and handled the issue with grace. I truly believe my experience did not reflect poorly on the company as a whole, but rather on this location. My experience with Jeff was amazing and could not have been better.

Before you trade in that car, rethink and sell to WBAC!! I purchased a new car and needed to sell my 2015 Chevy Malibu. WBAC made the process SEAMLESS!! My mobile rep was Legend Ferreri and he was the sweetest and so AMAZING!!! Legend was very professional, he explained everything as he went along with my sell and answered all my questions. The whole process took about 40-45 mins from the time he arrived to my home, to the test drive, paperwork, and handing me my FAT CHECK!!! WBAC gave me a price that was more than the dealership quoted me on a trade. Legend advised that a tow company would pick up my car in 5-7 days. Overall, it was a great experience. Bernardo was courteous and hospitable, having the phone charger I needed and offering a cold beverage. He was personable and made the transaction easy, explaining everything and carrying the workload of obtaining the details necessary. My only gripe is the difference between the price offered over the web and then the final price offered after submitting the details -- it was about 30% less. To be fair to Bernardo, I believe he has no control over this. My original offer was much higher than any of the other websites from which I received quotes, leading me to believe that they do it purposely to compete. I debated whether this should cost them a whole star concluded that pricing is too important to not cost a star. The final price paid was probably right so it's just the estimate being high that I'm knocking them down for. Again, a smooth, pleasant experience otherwise.

The final offer showed the breakdown of the final offer price and I accepted on the spot. I think this validates being clear and honest about the state of your car when getting the original online quote. Bernardo, the site manager, was courteous, welcoming and transparent.
