Went to Duponts Auto center as a New customer to swap out my winter tires for my summer tires. What i got was very Disturbing and frustrating to say the least. They drained my car of the fresh 1 week old oil and filter and charged me for that. Put the tires on, didn't balance them properly, and here's the real kicker, the car door was damaged while the car was in their possession and the Manager said "because he didn't find anything on the cameras, therefore he wasn't paying for it. So now I am stuck Spending time/ Money filing paperwork for small claims court and lawyer fees. Let me ask everyone reading this. Is this something you want to go though? Spending all this time and money, because you trusted Duponts Auto center in Dover, NH. With your automobile? Think about it

Jackie, Dan and the rest of the team there at DuPont’s Auto were wonderful to work with. I went there to get a nail in my tire fixed from all the construction in Dover. They found a second one in one of the other tires! They were so efficient, friendly and so helpful! Highly recommend them for services! Give them a call!
Had new air conditioning compressor installed on our 36 year old car after previous unit finally wore out. Everything works like new and Dupont’s has been keeping this car running like new for decades in spite of its age. It makes owning a classic car as easy as a new one.
Dupont's, now Auto Care Plus, diagnosed the source of my wheel noise easily, and completed the job quickly. I have been trusting this company with our family cars since 2002. I always feel like one of the family when I am there, and feel their prices are fair. They offer a free "taxi" service if you live or work in the area to get to work (or home) and back when you choose to drop your car off for the day. Super convenient! I've never had to wait long for this service, and enjoy the company of the gentlemen who drives the transport van. Thank you, Dupont's/Auto Care Plus!

Charged 100 dollars for them to do no service on my car. Requested them to look at wheel bearing replacement and got an estimate that factored in many different services that I did not ask for and don't have anything to do with the wheel bearing. Will not be coming back.
I truly appreciate the service I’ve received here every time and have always felt that the pricing is very fair. They have taken good care of me, always providing a complimentary loaner vehicle any time I have asked, and have even not charged me for services that they could have. Highly recommend this shop for any vehicle needs!
I really like this place. We were new to the area and I was worried about being taken advantage of (another place blatantly tried). DuPont has been thorough, reasonably priced, and above all, honest and trustworthy.
Update; I am not removing this review Your response is unprofessional and angry. I guess that's what We can expect from a large, corporate owned repair shop masking themselves as small town community focused. Maybe the other reviews are accurate. Does Dupont service center have a predatory culture that operates outside federal and state law? Does federal and state law stop at Dupont service center's front door?
I took my car to Dupont's service center based on a coworker's referral. I have not been here in years. I moved to Denver and very recently moved back. I needed an inspection. They quoted me almost $2800 of work and would not pass my vehicle. I took it to JDR and they said I needed wiper's and that was all. I feel the women at Dupont's was trying to take advantage of me because I am a female. After reading the other reviews, it seems they predicate on females. I would suggest that you find another place to go.
I was referred by AAA, had my car towed due to lack of brakes. Dupont was exceptionally helpful diagnosing the problem and fixing it. They also provided shuttle service to pickup my vehicle. I will refer anyone to them for their car work.
I took my 15 year old car to DuPont knowing it needed major repairs. I had always had repairs done by the dealership prior to this visit. From the moment I enter the DuPont office I was treated respectfully even though I didn’t have an appointment. I was told I could leave my car and they would look at it. They graciously offered a ride home and the reassurance they would also pick me up. Laterthat I got a call from Jordan ( Service Manager). He broke down all the crucial repairs my car needed. He took his time to educate me on the why it was important, how it would be done, and a time frame as to when the repairs would be completed. I was also sent an email with the same information and videos with details. Jordan kept me informed every step of the way. He was patience and knowledge. The happy ending was my car was fixed and came in under the estimate. I highly recommend DuPont and especially Jordan. Judith Slonka

As a new customer! I was pleased at how well they first checked my vehicle out! Then gave me the the estimate! Then asked me when I wanted it done! Got my serpentine belt on my Jeep fixed rite away! Jeep runs great now! During the safety check they found a wheel bearing that needs to be fixed in the future! Was very pleased with the job they did! Help was very friendly and very professional! Will go there again soon to have my hearing fixed! Thankyou
I had a good experience with Dupont's. They were friendly and have great communication. They also offer courtesy vehicles and shuttle services for those of us who need them.

Every interaction I’ve had at Dupont’s has been very positive. Everyone is friendly, honest, and so helpful. They were able to take me last minute and have my car taken care of within 48 hours. I highly recommend to anyone in the area.
I had a terrible experience at Dupont’s Service Center. They failed my inspection and told me I needed to replace both my inner and outer tie rods, and that I’d need an alignment afterward. Their quote? $1,165.16. I knew immediately something didn’t feel right.
Thankfully, I booked a second opinion with JDR Automotive in Rochester. They were able to replace both tie rods and do an alignment for $280 total. They saved me $885 compared to Dupont’s quote. On top of that, they even offered to give me an inspection sticker at no charge just to save me the hassle of going back to Dupont’s.
Dupont’s markets themselves as a family-owned business that treats customers like family, but based on my experience, that couldn’t be further from the truth. I left feeling taken advantage of, and I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone.
Had an unknown squealing/squeaking on my RAM pickup, was stumped. I believe the mechanics name was Mike, he found and fixed it, decided to get new struts and basically a whole lift kit to renew everything @100k miles. Jackie was especially helpful in providing timely updates and walking me through everything. She even brought me out to Mike and I was able to talk to him and have him show me whats really going on and what he recommended. Very good service.
Have used Dupont for multiple issues now after having been disappointed multiple times with poor service and arrogance from Sullivan Tire.
Night and day difference here. Great communication and updates. Always courteous and convenient. I had a recent issue with my breaks that they confirmed was not a safety issue but one of comfort with a price of $700+ to fix. Other places might have insisted it needed doing. But the honesty here was very welcome.
I never thought I'd say getting a car fixed is a great experience until the team at Dupont's took our 2013 Impreza, which we thought we'd need to replace, and fixed it beyond good. It runs like new. Our service advisor Josh was great, explaining everything clearly and in detail. Hats off to Andy, our service tech. He's TOP NOTCH. Very, very happy with our decision to take our car to Dupont's.
Absolutely outstanding. I'm a transplant from Texas and just blown away by how incredible their service is. They're clean, fast, efficient and even have a free local shuttle service. Everyone that comes in seems to be a regular, and while you wait they have videos of employees performing maintenance on vehicles, showing off their methods and high end technology. It's hard to believe places like this exist in today's service standards, I cannot recommend this business enough.
Edit: in response to a review about treating women unequally, I literally just watched two separate female customers come in and get helped just the same as everyone else in the time I've been waiting. (I'm too cheap to get an Uber and didn't realize the free shuttle service was a thing till I got here.)
