My car was hit along passenger door. When I went to Colony I was not sure what was going to happen. Todd was very helpful and gave me options and suggestions for the damage. I needed body work from an accident. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. I was delightfully surprised when I picked up my car that they had detailed the inside as well, down to the dirt in the floor mats. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any body work done.

Luke did a fabulous job doing the oil change and it was a reasonable price. so I appreciate them they've done many things for my car over the year and they do a great job. Overall, my experience with Colony Auto was excellent. From the initial estimate through completing the repair, the staff was courteous and professional. The repair was completed when promised, and the vehicle was clean throughout. The repair itself was superb. After the repair, it was not possible to tell that the vehicle had been damaged. Colony Auto is by far the most professional and well-detailed auto mechanic, and body works maintenance in the area. I have brought my 2020 Camry to them for roughly around 2 years about, and the communication style they utilize is amazing between the client and business owner. They show you and discuss the breakdown of the maintenance, and a well-done description of an analysis of the work done as well. Same time, I had previously gotten into a car accident where my bumper was damaged, they worked very well with my insurance, and in the long run, they performed an outstanding job. Excellent care, great attention to detail, and great communication in terms of the status of the work being done as well. These folks are very professional and honest as well, they can work with your schedule to perform the maintenance required that you need to be done, and the mechanics have very great experience from the years they have worked. I can say, that I would recommend them highly based on their amazing reputation and high-quality work. The staff provides excellent customer service.

I have nothing but praise for Colony Autobody. I have been going there a few years now for regular maintance and service and they go out of their way to explain all that needs to be done in a way that I can understand them ( not being a auto gouro). They are fair as far as pricing and do there best to service you in a timely manor.

John and the crew at Colony Body Works are great. I brought in a very solid 15 year old Hummer H3T with numerous small body problems. They preserved and found parts that were hard to find. I am very pleased with the results.

Update: These guys have surpassed my expectations for a second time. 5 star review stands! I hit my truck with my tractor. Pushing the side wall of my bed out and breaking my tail light housing. They pulled the side wall back in, replaced the tail light housing, and cleaned it up real nice. Looks brand new again. This did not go through insurance and the total cost was right on with the quote which was more than reasonable. Actually, I didn’t know this when I got my quote, but part of the quote was for removing my truck box. I removed the truck box myself before bringing it in and to my surprise, it saved me a couple bucks. They easily could have kept to the original quote and I wouldn’t have even known. Honesty like that is hard to find. They replaced my tailgate. Quality paint job. Everything lined up and the new tailgate and accompanying electronics function like new. Easy to work with and professional. I’m hard on my truck which makes me picky about making sure everything works right so I can depend on my vehicle. Colony surpassed my expectations. I’d absolutely recommend them.

Several months ago I had to have some work done on my car. This was not a cut and dried claim with the insurance company because the person who owned the company that started the work suddenly passed away. Colony stepped in and worked with my insurance company and got all the issues resolved. Not only did they handle my insurance problems, but they did a bang up job repairing the damage to my car. Came here after another car t-boned me to get my car fixed. As soon I walked in I was greeted and helped out instantly with the utmost respect. They walked me through the whole process, got me a rental delivered and helped me deal with the insurance company. The professionalism from John his other employees is what I look for in a company. Got my first deer! Unfortunately it was with my car. Hit the headlight/fender rolled up on the hood breaking the windshield and some how ripped off my door mirror when also destroying the door. Everything was fixed to perfection. John was great to work with. Not even push back to my add on repears the day I dropped it off. I am very picky about my car. To the point no one works on it but me. Other than body repairs that is. Even with my unrealistic standards for repairs I can't find amy flaws with Colonys work. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I've had my car there (last time someone hit it while it was parked) both times however the car has come back perfect. Will never take my car any where else (hope not to need any more body repairs). John was great to work with. Paul (owner) and the guys in the shop all keep a incredibly high attention to detail.
