Caring, kind and very responsive. While traveling out of state, I had an issue with my volvo vehicle driver’s window. Without hesitation, Don and his team quickly got me in, evaluated the situation and helped with a temporary fix until I could get into the dealership. Very touched by this experience and the help. Highly recommend.
This place is horrible, I drove my 2014 jeep into this buisness to get a diagnoses, of why my brake light was on. It drove fine just over heats, but I did not bring it there for that. I went to pick up my car, I drove maybe 400 feet, and all my tires frozen up. The kid did something horrible wrong to the brakes, im sitting on the side of a busy road with my handicap child in a wheelchair at that!!! they wont fix it , the owner said he doesn't know what the kid did and wont help me. The wheels were moving bringing it to them, and trying to leave they do not move!!! Shame on you, leaving me sitting there with a handicap child in a wheelchair!!!! Shame what a terrible place and terrible people covering up there mess!
Great repair shop. I have been coming here for my yearly inspections as I live close by. When I recently brought my car in for a rattle they were upfront and honest about the issue. I will bring my car here for all future issues that may arise.
This place is incredible! My car had an awful rattle, and I wanted it to be safe, but I'm also selling it in January and don't want to pour money in. Another shop said I needed $1100 in repairs. Depot explained why they'd do it that way, and why they (Depot) did it a different way--for $10! I won't hesitate to go back.
These guys are terrific. I have had many issues that I've brought to them and always felt like they took care of me. Honesty, integrity and willingness to listen to my theories (YouTube mechanic here) as to what I thought was the issue. I'd recommend them all day long.
Quick, easy and friendly! So nice to find after experiencing so many shops that try and give you the run around, especially as a woman. I drove 45 mins and it was the easiest time at a mechanic I’ve ever had. Well worth the trip for friendly and caring service, that won’t break the bank.
I just got my car inspected here this morning. It was quick and easy! The place I went to last year took over an hour and tried to tell me I needed $300 worth of maintenance to pass inspection. The gent at Depot Square didn’t try to sell me a thing, just got me in and out! Super appreciative and will be back in the future!

These guys are honest, hard workers, fair priced, reliable, and get you in quick. I told them what I needed done and what I had to spend and they took care of me above and beyond. I will be a returning customer and will highly suggest them to anyone that needs work done to their automobile... Dan if you see this, thank you for being a blessing when I needed one the most.
This is my go-to automotive shop. Unfortunately, they don't do everything, but for most maintenance and inspection issues, they are trustworthy and reasonable.
Always like supporting local businesses and this place is great everyone was very helpful I was able to walk in and make an appointment no problem and they were ready for me when I arrived and didn't have a long wait. Very professional. Highly recommend this place.

I had to drop my car off with out ever talking to anyone in person and they were honest and helped me out and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I did need a new tire and they were a little pricey on that but other than that my car hasn't driven this smooth since the day I bought it about 300 for a steering shaft on my saturn ion parts and labor
I would just like to say what a ripoff 2 front wheel bearings that cost $56 online including the hub they charged $459 not including labor. These guys took advantage of an elderly woman and charged $637 to replace two front wheel bearings. Please be careful where your mother or grandmother go to get their car fixed these guys cannot be trusted!!!
The guys at Depot Square are top notch. I have been taking my cars to guys here for over 20 years. Fair and Honest is what you'll find. Can't endorse them any higher!
I've been using Depo Square Automotive as my go-to place for car repairs for 5 years now Don the owner is always very friendly and accommodating I would highly recommend Don and his crew of technicians for all your car repairs a fair price and honest work.
These guys are great. Their shop is just like it was forty years ago. They don't try to sell you anything. They just fix your car. They do it right the first time every time. Where have I heard that before?
This is the first time I've found a mechanic I trust entirely. Don is one of the most stand-up guys you could ever hope to have around, and his assessments of needed repairs are always dead honest and never embellished. Every time I go I'm surprised how cheap it is, and wish he included a tip section on his credit card receipts! I highly highly recommend bringing your car to Depot Square; the Hampton community is very lucky to have him!
