Run run run from this place! Scammers! If i could leave no stars i would! They are LIARS. Never called me to tell me there would be a charge for “looking at it”. Told me it was a 30.00 charge. Just checked my account they charged me 38.00. I should have read all the AWFUL reviews about this place before i had it towed there! Not to mention it was over 100.00 more than other places to get the work done! Dont give them your business! Place is a joke!

They went way beyond to help me get my vehicle out of a bad jsm, and towed it 30 miles to my repair garage. It took three techs to get my car out of where it was, great service, great attitude and I highly recommend them . Thank you Dan & your crew. ??

So I’ve had a couple of issues with batteries. Due to the cold and older Vehicle that hasn’t driven in a while. Currently getting a jumpstarted here and there they’ve been very professional and very helpful. Keep up the great one.

Rude! Every time I “think” I want to use them they remind me of why I don’t. Every interaction is just RUDE! It’s pretty bad when I am more than happy to pay a reputable tow company from Methuen Ma to come pick up my truck rather than give these people a penny! O Stars !

Someone below said “they prey on people in stressful situation.” Perfectly said. I would bring my business, for auto repair or towing to other companies on the seacoast- maybe ones who have maybe just a bit of compassion- a LITTLE BIT goes a long way.

STOP, RUN FROM THIS PLACE. This is a scam company. Read the reviews! They ripped me off years ago. Broke my windshield in transit and refused to pay for it.

Stay away from Dana's repair. They lie to you about delays and parts that need to be ordered. After 2 month of delaying our repairs we towed it to another place that fixed the car within 2 days. Total scam

HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO AAA, IF THEY DONT WANT TO TAKE CUSTOMERS FROM AAA SAY THAT SO THEY CAN FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY. ON TOP OF WAITING HOURS My car battery died because I left my lights on by accident(it was raining and I was rushing) when I came out my light were left on and car wouldn't start. Danas towing put 2 battery packs on (1 big one and 1 small one on my car rushing me to start my car, which is not good at all for the battery. AAA USES THEM AND FOR SOME REASON IN THE SEABROOK NH AREA THEY ALWAYS MAKE YOU WAIT 1-2 HOURS SOMETIMES MORE.

0 stars is more appropriate. 24/7 towing is a load of crap. AAA can't even get them to help you when you are stranded on the highway like what happened to me this morning. Luckily Premier Towing from Brentwood came right out ASAP to help

Great Guys and Shop, They went through Our Pontiac from front to back, called with frequent updates, cared for the car( hasn't been in rain for 15 years) still hasn't Thank You! Fair pricing and top notch work! Would recommend to anyone for auto needs old and new vehicles

This place is by far the worst garage in the area, Rick the gentlemen that operates the front counter is rude and very unhelpful. They keep you waiting and waiting with no answers and when you ask questions or timeframes Rick snaps at you, this guy is the wrong guy to have upfront and dealing with your customers. Andy A.K.A Dana should get rid of this guy before he drives your shop into the ground. Mechanics are hard to trust as it is but when there out and out rude its even harder

Broke down on my motorcycle at the beach on Saturday night. Through AAA, Dana's got their man Ken to me in about half an hour, in the absolute thick of beach traffic. Picked up and carried my bike like it was a newborn baby in the arms of the Stork and dropped it at my house without incident. They were even good sports when my cats got declined at first. If you're gonna break down, break down within their range ??

Google please omit all the one star reviews as this is not an accurate representation nor description of this institutions quality of services rendered… I do find the findings to be true and certify them as true… Google please remove the indiscriminate reviews as they’re misleading and not an accurate representation of this persons services… Thank you for your considerations into this matter once again, google search console…

Absolute scam artists. Got towed less than 10 miles and somehow ended up with a bill over $800. They sneak in ridiculous labor fees that were never mentioned up front — $200 just to “load” my car, another $150 for “waiting,” and even more mystery charges. Nobody explained the fees until I was standing there with no choice but to pay. This place preys on people in stressful situations. They take advantage of the fact that your car is already in their possession. Zero transparency, zero integrity. If you want to get robbed legally, this is the place to go.

One of your men came out to tow a vehicle out.of a condo parking lot which I was renting for the week. I wasnt.tols about assigned parking when I rented until I texted the owner at that moment. Which wasn't fair to us... The guy told my grandaughter at first.it would be $205 cash which nine of us have on us..when u went down to see what was going on the guy at first.told me $205, then he said $250, then he tells the kids $275.. excuse me? The kids called her boyfriends.mother who sent them the cash to.take out of the ATM. He was handed $280 and he didn't even give them the $5 back.. he couldn't even get the price right and kept going up.. that's ridiculous. They were ripped off and shouldn't even had paid nothing because they moved the vehicle. Of my grandaughter looses her baby because of the stress she was under you will be hearing from my lawyer and better business bureau.

Used them from a AAA recommendation. Was quoted a price for towing the tear drop trailer separately when they were going to be using 2 trucks. They charged the same price even though they ended up towing it all together with 1 truck. The truck needed a new serpentine belt which they said would be done that day. I called multiple times throughout the day all with gruff responses and was informed they had to order the part and would let me know if it got in and the truck was ready before closing. They didn't call and it wasn't until the next morning when I called for the 4th time that I was informed it had been finished the night before. They knew the whole time we were waiting, we were in a nasty park and ride parking lot, in our teardrop trailer. With 90+ degree heat for 3 days and no AC. They gave varies excuses for not calling from they didn't have my number to they though someone else called. Extremely poor service with dishonest practices. Avoid this company at all costs!

Dana’s provided a great experience with helping me put air into my tires, when my tire notification came on unexpectedly! Bob was so kind and diligent to solve the problem and fill the correct tire! The gentleman at the front desk was also helpful and kind! I was in and out of there fast and happy to have been able to be seen and helped immediately!

THE WORST MECHANIC!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! This shop is completely incompetent and dishonest. I brought my car in because of a noise underneath, and they charged me an outrageous $1700 to "fix" it... only the noise is still there! To add insult to injury, they slapped a safety sticker on my car without even mentioning the severe rust underneath that another mechanic has since told me makes it unsafe and should have failed inspection. Had they been honest about the extent of the rust, I would have never wasted $1700 on minor repairs. They clearly prioritize ripping people off over providing honest service and ensuring vehicle safety. Stay far, far away from this place if you value your money and your safety!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This place is complete betrayal of the customer trust! I trusted them to get my vehicle to a location and record accurate information. These people will rip you off! The drive was a simple 13.5 trip and they billed me for 17 miles and a $10 toll fee. They told me they had to get on the high way for traffic reasons. Even if they took the highway it was still only 15 miles for the trip. When I brought this up they had nothing to say. They will lie to you about how far they drove so they can charge you for more money. This is absolutely disgusting to see happen. When I talked to them on the phone I asked "wow you really don't have your customers best interest at heart, do you?". Their response was "Well, no of course not". These people should not be trusted for anything!

Went thru AAA. Starter was toast but they said battery was dead. It had a low readout and we bought a new battery then and there. Car still wouldn't turn over. Guess what, starter. Tow guy recommended a local shop which charged us 3x the normal cost for the part and labor. I'm sure 2x of that charge went to the tow guy.

Dana's Towing and Repair in Hampton is by far the most organized and professionally run repair business in the entire seacoast region and you'll realize that the moment you step into the shop. Dana is extremely knowledgeable and personable and takes the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle. From the front desk, Rick and Dan to the numerous outstanding mechanics on his team they'll fix your vehicle at a reasonable price relative to other shops in the area. I highly recommend Dana's to anyone needing a vehicle serviced.

They are amazing. From the time I requested a tow, till the time they did the job, nothing but professional. Zach was amazing, it was a complicated situation. Zach made the experience as best it could be. He was understanding and represents Dana’s towing in a great way. I would highly recommend Dana’s to anyone who needs a tow. It is never a great day to have your car just stop running, especially on the weekend, and, big surprise - it didn't die exactly in the greatest of spots! But what are you going to do then? We called AAA and luckily got Dana's assigned to our situation. They called ahead to ask what was going on so they knew the issue. When they came to get the car, they were reassuring, and very helpful in getting the car on the lift and on its way to our mechanic. Even though they had been busy all day, Zach took the time to take care of us, our car and make a stressful situation less stressful - just what was needed. So big thanks for all that.

15/10 for Dana’s. My battery died at the beach and I needed my car moved quickly. I submitted a request through AAA, not even 5 minutes later Dana’s called me and said they’d have a tech out but he had 2 cars in front of me. I asked if there was any way they could expedite it, he said absolutely, and sent another tech instead. Zach arrived in under 10 minutes, immediately knew I needed a new battery, jumped me to get me started, and had me follow him back to the shop to get a new battery. His coworker came out and immediately started replacing my battery. Amazing service and amazing customer service. Thank you Dana’s, I’ll send everyone I know in the area your way!!

We had driven 1,000+ miles from Chicago to Portsmouth for a family gathering. Our van would not start Friday morning. I did a little research and called Dana's towing to pick-up the van late Friday afternoon. We borrowed a family car to drive over to Dana's shop Saturday morning to check on the progress as we had to drive back to Chicago Sunday morning. His mechanic was just buttoning up everything after replacing the distributor cap & rotor that had corroded over time with zero electricity going to the spark plugs. This story has a happy ending as the repairs were completed as they were closing at 1:00pm on Saturday. As a fellow mechanic, it was delightful to meet such well organized shop with excellent staff. The entire tow & repairs was handled efficiently with a perfect outcome! These guys are great!

Dealt with them through progressive auto insurance. The roadside policy goes through Arizona. Three representatives the third one got it right. Finally was able to get a hold and get an appointment. Two hours and change later. I called the shop. And I’m sure with progressive there is a lot of drop off on the paperwork. They were nice enough on the phone but busy. And they sent a person out right before they closed. From 10 o’clock in the morning to almost 5 o’clock in the afternoon I had to wait for progressive people. I am very grateful to the shop so I awarded them five stars. Not only was the driver respectful for being at the end of his shift. I understand the stress level they’re in. Lol hopefully progressive doesn’t keep stressing them out there roadside program is horrible.
