Bought a “heavy-duty” set of snap ring pliers from AutoZone for about $25. Took them home and the tip snapped in half within minutes of first use. I immediately drove back to the store—same employee who sold them to me was polite but before I could even reach the tool section, a manager loudly stated they would not take the pliers back. The product failed almost instantly, and the way the situation was handled was disappointing and unnecessary. No attempt to inspect the tool, no discussion just a flat refusal. I left and went to O’Reilly Auto Parts. Not only did they have a better selection of tools, but they clearly explained their return policy and stood behind what they sell. It’s good to have options out here in the valley. O’Reilly will be my go-to from now on.

To be blunt. Your website sucks. Every time i try to check out it just loads and loads and loads and never completes the purchase. And i end up scraping the order and just go to the store myself. You're losing business because of this because other parts stores websites dont have this problem. In my opinion the entire website needs to be redone. Just my opinion.

Called in to check the availability of a part I had quickly looked up on line to see if autozone carried it. The website said it did. It was very easily found on the site. For my part I didn't write down the part number. I guess that was my mistake. When I called the store the guy said they don't carry it. I said that's kinda weird because it's on your website. I asked if it might help if I had the part #? In a very condescending tone the guy said " you have the part # ? Maybe you should have started with that." I let that comment slide and began looking up the part # for him. When I gave him the # he repeated... " maybe you should have started with that." Now I'm not parts counter guy, but I'm pretty sure with the same 15 seconds it took me to look up the part he could have done the same without the attitude and disregard for customer service. Autozone you might want to have a little training session with your employees. We are a small company with 7 trucks and several other pieces of equipment that need constant service. We will be buying from O'Reilly from now on.

Went to pick up a part, but even though they were supposed to be open, doors were locked, and the lights were off. After waiting for a half-hour service guy, he finally opened the store and was really nasty to my husband.

I ordered parts curbside pick up, drove 50 miles in dyer need of the parts to fix my own vehical my one chance at it and autozone acted like they had no idea . Then I looked at the tracking and it said already been picked up .wow thanks for screwing a faithful customer .

I went to this auto zone location for help with my tire. When I tell you I was met with the most amazing customer service Nick was able to help me through and through and provided all the information I needed. Such an amazing experience Thank you so much Autozone

I stopped at the AutoZone in Lemmon Valley several times... Justin passing though. Now I live out here so it's a toss-up between O'Reilly's or guess who AutoZone. I choose AutoZone hands down here in Lemmon Valley. Now they vary as you go across town... They have all the stuff that the other ones have and they never have the parts that you need you're going to have to order them no matter what parts store you go to if you're getting some performance or old school parts. I like the staff at AutoZone in Lemmon Valley. Most of them are adults and very kind and everyday people. They're are always eager to help out and lend their knowledge. At the same time they're not the type that's going to be pressure in you and on your head like a toupee the whole time you're in there. That's my biggest pet peeve is if you ask me for help and I say no I appreciate it thank you however that means leave me alone

Went in to ask if they sold headlights and was spoken to disrespectfully by the man at the counter who asked if I meant a lightbulb…. No, I meant headlight and said headlight. He proceeded to show me some and after thanking him & telling him that the ones sold in store were out of my price range and I would look online, he scoffs “you get what you pay for.” How rude. I didn’t say they were too expensive - I said that I couldn’t afford them. They’re just headlights and I need working ones to drive. This is an auto zone…. Not a performance vehicle shop. I shouldn’t be shamed about what I can afford or spoken to as if I don’t know what I’m talking about when I came in asking for exactly what I meant. Never coming here again or recommending auto zones to anyone.

Nina always seems to have the knowhow and desire to serve her customers with the highest level of service possible. I now drive past a closer parts store and a big box store to buy things at her AutoZone. Retain and promote above peers.

Called ahead to confirm a battery was in stock. It was, so I headed on in. She had the battery on the counter and ready when I arrived . I was back up and running fast. Awesome customer service!

Best experience EVER in an AutoPart store. And trust me, I’ve been in almost everyone there is. Luis at this store has the best customer service out there. Helped me with what I needed and overall gave 110% while helping me. Thanks a bunch!!

Needed a new battery for my little truck. Cruised on by my local AutoZone and got what I needed. Dakota, Nina and Louis were awesome! I learned how to replace and monitor my new battery. We also purchased a battery for our other vehicle here last month and the fellow who helped put it in was awesome too. Every time we come in here, everyone it super helpful to us ol ladies!

I asked for the holy in the store to check my car with his code reader to find out what was wrong with my car and why it was showing a check engine warning light. Unfortunately it means that I have to buy a new Cadillac converter however at least now I know and it didn't cost me a dime. The guy was really nice about it and as soon as he could he came right out to my car and plugged it in and it told me what I needed to know. So hopefully I'll be able to pass my emissions test so that I can do what it takes to register the vehicle.!

I came here for a bunch of stuff: oil, coolant, break pads AND roters for my front and rear tires. Naturally, this cost a pretty penny. (I knew it would, so I definitely dont mind.) The men in there tonight, whos names I should have gotten, were excellent! Knowledgeable! My experience with my car isnt like one of a mechanic, but they helped me figure out what my car needed. I came in right before closing. Being a closer myself, I knew they would rather be leaving, but that didnt show, they were kind, helpful, and there was no discrimination in spite of me being a woman as I have experienced in other establishments when shoping for my at home vehicle repairs. I recently got a concussion, so my ability to process and recall information is slower than it used to be as my brain heals, but they were very patient with me while I got my thoughts together. Loved it. I even drove home and wrote a review, that's how satisfied I was! When I think of customer service, and genuine humanity, this is exactly the type of treatment I picture in my head. This is probably the nicest interaction I'd had in a while. Excellent.

Went in for a Popping noise in my turning at low speeds in my Silverado. Demetri personally checked my suspension and found a loose nut on my upper control arm. Paid for a socket that matched and he let me use a torque wrench to fix the issue on the spot. No popping noise or vibration. Demetri went above and beyond to make sure my truck was safe and road worthy, in the process saved me hundreds of dollars in a diagnosis and repair I'm sure. Thanks bud!

Stopped in because my engine light turned on. They borrowed me their code reader and I was able to reset my computer and the light turned off & there was no charge!! I am so grateful for this as money is tight. The employees were very professional, friendly & willing to help I must say I am very happy about the service I received here Thank You Great Job!!

Manager would not provide service to take new battery that failed and denied warranty carry out service to my vehicle. I have just had back surgery and cannot lift over 5 lbs. Gave me a cart said her ya go. Workers in my opinion are not very well trained. Poor service bad attitudes from counter workers and manager. Battery still needs resolved warranty due to failure of the Zone workers not placing purchase under phone number. Was asked to purchase a new battery $159.00 taxes. On top of the $160 dollars I just spent weeks prior to their product that failed verified by Auto Zone battery will not charge. Accusations made at counter in front of several other customers without cause. These accusations still need to be resolved due to falsely accused.

I am very happy with the service I’ve received with this company, in particular the Lemmon Valley store recently. From the phone etiquette, to the prompt service and genuine interest in helping me diagnose my car issues to get it right the first time! Also, thank you for having my part at the best pricing! I will recommend this store to others.

I have always had positive experiences with this store location, but yesterdays experience exceeded them all. Yesterday I had gone in to buy new bulbs for my headlights, Ryan helped me take the bulbs out of my car and replaced them with the ones I had just got. When the lights didn't turn on he went out of his way and looked at my fuse box and even a compartment on my passenger side. In the end we couldn't figure out the problem however Ryan took the time to completely look at everything he could think of for me. He really went above and beyond to help me and it was greatly appreciated :)

I've been here several times - to charge a battery, get some tools for a friend to change brakes, buy miscellaneous items and to get help with a key fob. Most recently, to get new windshield wipers for a car. I must say that each time, I've been helped by friendly and courteous workers. For example. when I brought in a key fob, a short Latina (sorry, forgot her name but she still works here) helped me and she certainly went above and beyond trying to figure out what's wrong with my key fob - water damage. Most recently, I went in for new windshield wipers and again, the short Latina looked up the correct ones for my vehicle, then Diana helped me with the sales transaction and installation. She struggled with the second one because it didn't bend outward, but instead of being frustrated, she stayed calm and figured out a way to install it (I popped the hood and she got to it this way). I appreciate this kind of customer service and that's why I'm writing this review. Don't want to leave the guys out, they're friendly as well, just wish I could remember their names. But suffice it to say, the staff here are pretty friendly and courteous. Useful 2 Cool 2

Staff here seem occupied with other things. I was looking for parts for my daughters car. They staff here were more interested in their phones then to help. We left and went to O'Reillys. Where we were helped and even given a brief example of how to do the work. I will never return to this store.

I went in there to get a low beam headlight this morning. The kid I spokewith had no idea what he was doing. Absolutely NO HELP at all. He didn't know which one I needed or how to help me replace it. I will NEVER go there again! Terrible customer service. Please get people in there that know what they're doing!

We were passing through when our muffler fell off. The employee at AutoZone was kind when we called and told us he'd take a look if we brought it in. He advised us, let us use his tools and we are happily on our way!
