I had a headlight go out and called the O’Reilley’s in Lemmon Valley to make sure that if I came and purchased the bulb someone could help install it like it says online. I spoke to Rey and he said yes as long as they weren’t busy. I showed up and he came out to look at my car. Without even popping the hood and fully inspecting he determined that my car had riveted bolts that he would need a special tool and wasn’t sure he could do it. I ended up going to Walmart buying a bulb and a friend with no automotive experience was able to successfully change the bulb without any tools. If Rey doesn’t know how to do something or just doesn’t want to he should just say that in the first place because now he looks like an idiot!
Everyone was sooo helpful here. I needed help changing my wiper blades and the new arm that holds the blades. They spent a half hour changing everything out and made sure it worked as it should. Can't recommend this place enough.
2 months after I just replaced my battery in my Jeep, of course, as life does, my Nissan Titan battery dies. David helped me purchase and put my battery in my truck. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Thank you so much for your help, David! Nothing to stress someone out by having to purchase 2 batteries within 2 months! Haha
My husband and I were traveling from Utah to Oregon and our pickup we went into limp mode out side of Reno. We stopped by this O'Reilly's to figure out what was going on. David and Kerri both helped us out, and got us back on the road. This store has the nicest people! I would give them higher than a 5 Star rating! We appreciate the great service and kindness they showed us!
Horrific customer service. This girl, could have cared less about me being there. Bought over $80 in parts and I didn't even hear a thank you. I won't mention names but she was a much younger girl. You could just tell, she wanted to be anywhere else but this place. A smile and a how may I help you goes a long ways. It was so bad that I didn't want to go back for more parts instead I went to a different O'Reilly's in Reno. Everyone has bad days but if I'm spending money at your business you might want to try to act like you want to help me. Don't get me wrong I like O'Reilly's. But I don't like being treated like I'm a bother.
My local auto parts store and access I find a lot of things there that I can't find at the other stores I don't know why but it seems like they carry a pretty good stock of everything
The workers are busy, but when it's your turn, they give you friendly and super knowledgeable service, she even showed me that the Best wipers were on sale, so instead of the cheapest, I got the best for five bucks more. Service and knowledge of product are the two cornerstones of good business.
MOST IMPORTANT...they have a mature woman who is working there, wish I knew her name, whatta sweetie and she knows her stuff, cold.
Angel, Jay, Stephen and everyone else at the Lemmon Valley store are always super helpful and polite. These guys always do their best for me. Highly recommended! Angel went out of his way tonight to help me and didn’t need to.Jay knocked out a quick order for me as always.
Not to happy with how I was attended explained my self basically to a no one, just was here to pick up an order walked in with a receipt ( Angel From Oriley) “ Said I’m not clocked in yet I can’t help you” In a very rude way, didn’t only do it to me but did it to someone else and Infront of other customers coming from a business owner weather your working or not I would want people with pride standing behind my business.
Very helpful with my problem. Thought I needed a battery but tested my current one and found it was fine. Allowed me to use tools to tighten a loose cable.
Chevy and the team here are definitely good people, always willing to help, and always going above and beyond. :)

I had to stop at oreillys in Lemmon today and while I was there, a gentleman named chevy, who works there asked if I needed help, I politely declined help. He then asked my daughter if she liked princesses, or course she said yes , he told her to come with him to the counter. I was thinking he was going to give her a sticker, but no. He let her pick out a princess toy and let her also pick out a monster truck toy for my son and then bought the toys for them. I about cried. What he didn't know was that today has been a rough day due to a death of a very close relative of ours . This simple gesture meant so much to us. 😭 thank you a million times over, Chevy! you put a little bit of positive into a very sad day for us. 💕
I had an issue with my truck on Sunday and stopped by here. Morgan at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Didnt try to upsale me on anything. Knew what he was talking about and sold me the part that I needed (I figured that it was a couple of different things), and it worked. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable.
All the employees were amazing. Nicholas was the one that helped us and he went above and beyond. He help us change out the battery and our new windshield wipers. Great experience and will definitely will go back!!
I always get great help at O’Reilly on Lemmon Drive and my most recent visit was no exception. Nickolas helped swap my truck battery even though the posts were stripped out and were being very difficult to unthread. It was obviously a pain to complete the task but he maintained a great attitude and happily took care of it while joking around with me a bit too. He has only worked there a few months but he has fantastic customer service skills and is an asset to the business. Thank you Nickolas for a job well done!
I walked into this location just a few minutes ago, and I walked right back out. I asked for my vehicle to be looked up to make sure that I rent the correct item for MY piece of mind, this is something that I did as a service for ALL of my customers wanting to rent any of the rentables when I worked for O'Reilly Auto Parts for several years. The man "helping " me decided he didn't want to waste his time inputting my plate # that I was actually giving to him at the time he pulled the register mat with the rentables and just started looking for the part that I asked for. After locating a part he then told me it was basically universal. Basically is not good enough for me and it would have taken two extra seconds to put his numbers in the system and input my 6 digit plate. This is poor customer service, and I will make sure to stay far away from this location, ladies, beware, there is a REAL chance you will be ignored. I'm taking my money elsewhere.
O'Reilly's used to be one of the last auto parts stores I would go to do to they always seem to give you wrong Parts however lately it doesn't seem to be the same. Going back so I've been going back and giving it another shot and haven't had one single problem to complain about. Great job guys keep up the good work
Thomas was super helpful in finding me a replacement screw I needed for the crossbar of my roof rack! Went above and beyond with a cheerful attitude to make sure I had what I needed! I really appreciate it!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although the lemmon valley location didn't have the part I needed in stock, they were able to call another O'Reilly's location and hold the part for me.
The service that I received from the terrifically polite and punctual staff was nothing short of top notch. These kind people even went as far as to lend me a funnel so I could pour my 5w30 motor oil into my Silverado. I will be back again
I have not been disappointed by this place. In fact I've abandoned Auto Zone for their lack of caring for my safety! Great customer service here with them putting my wiper blades on my car, and more importantly making sure everyone wears a mask and practicing safe distancing. Thank you!
We had to stop by after the wind literally ripped one of our wind shield wipers off while it was raining. Thankfully, Zachary was incredibly sweet and helped us find a good fit for our car, and even when the store ended up not having the right wipers, he referred us to a nearby O'Reilly where we could pick up the ones we needed. He helped make the process smooth and our whole night better. We'd definitely come back for any other car needs!
Poor customer service. Not know products as was given the wrong part then tried to say it was me but I had my mechanic with me.
After being given the wrong & going to the car with it, I called to tell them & he said I was wrong. I gave him my phone & he asked for 10 minutes & he would call me back. This is the next day & he still hasn't called. Now I have had to get my son involved.
I wouldn't deal with company again if I hadn't already paid for 4 brand new brakes & some new calipers. I needed some new hoses so that is where I got them, too.
Wouldn't deal with them anymore if I could, but I have lifetime warranty on my stuff!
Parts are usually in stock...thats all i can really say is good. The employees in the store every time i walk in act like thet hate their life and are miserable. Very short with the customers and tgey make it feel like your an inconvenience to them. I have found that its easier and less irritating anymore to just order parts online.
Awesome customer service. We had just bought my daughter a use jeep. We needed to get some things fixed. And went to the other parts store first, big mistake. When we arrived at o'Reilly they greeted us and helped my daughter with everything she needed. It made me happy they took the time to help her and gave her the knowledge of what she needed to do to get her car in working order.
Best customer service! I got everything that I needed for 3 different vehicles. When one of the parts were stocked at the Prater store, Jordan got it delivered to his and I was able to pick it up before closing. I will always come back. Thank you O'Reilly team!
