this guy charged my friend (a girl 850 to tow 5 miles and one night in his yard. he said if she gave him 400 and the title hed take it..she did and changed he mind..next day charged her 150 more..this girl has no job and not much money..thats taking advantage of women..be carefull
My car got towed and for 3 days they charged me $1200 to get it out! The receipt they gave me was only for $600. They charge $300 an hour from when they get the call to pick up the car until it's in their yard and it took them 3 hours to get my car to their yard! Something shady is going on at this place DO NOT USE THEM!!! The driver was very professional and polite however the owner was rude as hell though!
These guys helped me out when I was in a bind. This is not some big company trying to steal your money when you are in a bind. They came out when it was inconvenient for them and charged me almost nothing. Thank you very much Roadside Rescue!

This company, and especially it's drivers, have no respect for other people or their property. I watched the driver of this truck hit my neighbors trashcan, move it up onto the curb blocking a different neighbors driveway and then go about his merry way. I highly recommend finding a better company if you're not interested in your property getting damaged.
We had a truck stolen and a friend found it. That helped to recover the truck. It had to be towed since the guys who stole it wouldn’t cough up the keys. (Stolen of dealership lot while running). Nico was the tow guy he was very understanding and helpful. Trish called to let us know they went through the truck and there was keys found. She also went out of her way to take pictures of it the truck inside and out for insurance. Trish and Nico were great to work with. Will for sure use them again. You don’t find good customer service like this anymore.
Great customer service. We're able to make it happend with in a couple hours, what other companies would take over a day. The price was good as well. Nico was awsome as well as the lady i spoke with on the phone! Thank you guys.

Would never use this tow service based on experience with their reckless driving tow truck employee. Tow truck driver drove recklessly put my family and other drivers in danger due to driving style and then proceeded to flip the middle finger and hang out his window to me and my young children
Had a major overheating issue with my car.. so quick to pick up the car!!! Felt like 15 minutes. The gal in the office was AhMazing! She was professional at a casual level and friendly beyond words. She helped within her ability to help and never made me feel unwelcome! (Car wouldn't re-start, waited couple hours for help to arrive) if not for her, this would be 3 stars. Thank you young lady, for being kind in a chaotic situation.
Never been..but they charge u to receive ur property even though you were not at fault. Still have to come out the pocket over $1000 and rising $50 a day.
We were travelling through Nevada/California when we had a blow out on a tire of our tent trailer which caused vehicle side wall damage and we were unable to tow it on down the road. We needed the flat bed truck for transport and after several calls from our broken down location we were referred to Roadside Rescue and they took care of everything! Blake came to our rescue in that remote location within 20 minutes and took us to the repair shop of our choice in Reno. Trish and Blake very professional, confident, oh so helpful and we felt we were in good hands! Thanks to them both for a good ending to something that could have been very bad!
I would give this place 0 Stars!! Horrible customer service and very very rude!!!! The way the person on phone responded sounded like he was annoyed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wouldnt recomend the treatment they give customers big NO NO.
I called about a strange truck in my driveway. They came soon after to remove the truck, approximately 10:45 that morning. The driver was purposely slow as he and I were hoping the owner of the truck would come out to retrieve it. No one came out, so the driver proceded to hook up the truck and take it away. I received a call from my son, about 2:00 pm about a truck in my driveway. He proceeded to say a neighbor had a dumpster delivered and needed a place to park her truck. I felt horrible, I had no idea it was her truck. I looked for a note or anything, indicating who it belonged to. This neighbor had lost her husband a few months earlier and she herself was also sick with a terminal illness. She went to the tow yard and explained her financial and health situation. The lady at the front, understanding her situation released her truck at no cost. I will be forever thankful for the kindness of the lady at the tow yard. ^j^
My experience so far with this company is more then gracious and understanding. My case was very interesting to say the least. I was given a donation van via a party on offer up however I was waiting for the title from the original owner and she had agreed to let me drive the vehicle under the current status of registration with the tags being good until May of 2020 and insurance in good standing. The day however I set up to go get the title from her I was stopped and told by the Sparks police that the tags were turned in an put in as surrendered plates I looked at the officer like huh that's not true cause they are right there on the vehicle and I'm going to pick up the title to take the vehicle to DMV at 4:15 pm on that day the 14th well along with that I was arrested and then released on my own recognisense because of the whole ordeal.I waited two weeks for the lady to respond to my calls and emails and texts and just today she finally got ahold of me saying that she needs to turn the title over to this tow company or she will be sued for the charges. Well I called over to roadside rescue to get a very understanding sweet and thoughtful Trisha on the phone that made a quick note to let me know that once the lady gives her the title she will call me and I can come get my property and belongings out of the van pretty much everything I have left in my life after my divorce is in this van is important to me that I need to thank Trisha to the bottom of my heart for her patience and understanding with all her help with this matter thank you Trisha you are a gawd sent thank you thank you thank you. I will see you tomorrow I hope after you get the title as I'm coming up in the morning from Sacramento to be there again thank you for your time and consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated and I will have to refer you to the many people I know with their towing needs.
Your driver just violated a multitude of traffic laws in order to be next in line - at a red light-on Harvard Way at 2:15 today. All while the road was filled with children. Way. To. Go.
Update, per your response. No, sir. I am not mistaken. It was most certainly, yours. White cab with red letters saying "Roadside Rescue" with a long bed, towing an old blue truck. Your driver made a right onto Plumb from Harvard and got into a lane to get on 395 N.
Friendly staff, easy to work with. My truck had been towed here after it was disabled in an accident. The staff was helpful and guided me through the process to get it towed to a shop for repairs.
Save your time. I waited 2 hours only to call them asking if they had sent a driver, and they told me i would have to wait another hour. Bad experience.
I called other tow companies in town to move my box truck redicules prices and attitudescame with the service. Roadside was the best in attitude and price thanks guys.
THE WORST towing company I ever dealt with. They impounded my vehicle on a police call and wanted to charge me over $500 while in the morning his wife told me $238 THEN when I asked why are you charging absurd prices he started to get rude and hung up on me. They are total rip offs and take advantage of people especially if your vehicle was stolen and you're in need they will rip you out of every dime you have. DO NOT USE THESE SOBs.
Fast, Professional , Great Customer service!!! My car slid off the road during a bad snow storm, went down a steep ditch, I called a few companies and everyone literally hung up on me. Roadside Rescue really lives up to their name! 15 minutes after I called, a tow truck showed up got my vehicle out of the ditch the tow truck operator was extremely friendly. Would definitely use this towing service again!!! Thank You ROADSIDE RESCUE!!!!
They stole my car, and are demanding 700 to free it, or 250 and title to surrender it! Struggling college student going to have ruined credit and probably lose job. What a nightmare
They will take your pink slip and never take responsibility of changing ownership once you give the pink slip to them. They then turn around and sell your vehicle to pick and pull and hand over the pink and still leave you as a registered owner of the vehicle. Once you give your pink slip and sign it over to them it is their responsibility to change themselves as the new owner not leave you as the owner. You call and the lady is so rude and say well we sold it and we gave them the pink. I said the pink was signed over to you, so you became the new owners, and not me. She hangs up and refuses to deal with her errors. So rude and very unprofessiable.... never trust them to take care of letting dmv know you signed over your pink slip to them, cuz they don't want to deal with the cost to transfer ownership, only leave it in your name and make money off the car.
Never do business with this company. Their advertising is false and when you call to price service they will hang up on you if you don't just tell them where you are and get slammed by undeclared rates. Any business who won't tell you their price doesn't deserve to exist.
