If I could leave zero stars I would. We were refered this place from family friends, and everything was alright, to begin with then we got the transmission back that we had sent to be rebuilt. Come to find out the transmission was handed off to several different people and we weren't informed at all. He was dishonest, very disrespectful, and unprofessional. He took advantage of a 19 year old girl and made off with 1000$. Very displeased with his service.
Very unprofessional and dishonest, got his info from family friends and he was supposed to fix my transmission, come to find out my transmission was actually handed off to several people without my knowledge. parts were split, transmission was taken to a place in arizona and converter was taken to a place in vegas (which I still don’t know for sure if it was even worked on). Doug told me my total was $3200 cause that transmission was $2900 and me being a 19 year old, in college working 2 jobs, that was my whole savings. come to find out the transmission guy only got $2200 and I still don’t know if my converter was even worked on so Doug stole $1000 from a 19 year old girl and thought I wouldn’t find out! Dont trust him, afterwards, I heard he scams people all the time. Wish I knew this before my truck is now ruined!! * ALSO when I confronted him about stealing my money he BLOCKED ME!! Don’t do business with this man 👎🏼 0 stars
Do not do business with this man he’s a liar. He ended up shipping the parts out to many sources without any prior consent or knowledge and intern, ended up scamming his client of almost $1000 over actual fixing price
