They broke my wheel straight off when offloading the car and when I asked for insurance they told me to call metro, when I called the store to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me
I don’t give reviews. Ever. But I feel the need to express the experience I had with Larry’s towing to help save another person from wasting 12 hours.
Avoid this company at all costs or at least if you don’t want to waste your time. They are not worried about you and will lie multiple times.
When you call them out on their lies, they get angry and hang up the phone.
Bottom line childish. The lack of ability to take responsibility and own up to their failures, draws me to a zero star experience.
Horrible service, illegally towed my car and won't even work with me on the cost. The service is rude and I will be suing them and can't wait till this is resolved
Waited for 3 hours I was told it would be an hour wait, called back after the first hour was told a driver was on his way and would be to me within the hour, spoke to dispatch again and was told the driver was down the street I wait another 20 call dispatch. If this is how they get down I absolutely don’t recommend this business I wish I could give them 0 stars.
Be careful they act a little shady. I called to get a tow and asked for an estimated total cost, several times with no response... They responded to other questions quick though. I ended up cancelling as not responding to that seems like they're trying to set you up for overcharging.
I'm sure they can get you towed wherever you want fine and they respond quick, but you might get bilked on the price when they show up
I called him to tow a 65 GTO Convt. He showed up with a fork lift truck instead of a flatbed. His response, "they didn't have flat beds in 1965." (They did) It's fine if you don't have flatbed trucks. But you should know better then to think anyone would want THAT car on anything other than a flatbed. I even said on the phone, "I'll need a flatbed." Just hate people wasting my time.
Larry and Carlos took care of business and got our RV back to Los Angeles from Las Vegas in record time and at midnight to top it all off!!
Lots of other reviews about delayed service but good things come to those who wait and are realistic . Keep up the good work fellas!!
What a joke.... the guy drives over 3 hours. Should of been 1 hours 45 minutes. ( well when your charging $175 / hr, why rush and you got someone on the hook.)
Worse part is driver does NOT bring proper tools to hook the truck on his tow truck....
Then he stated it will be higher what.I was initially quoted.

Garbage respect for people. I'm not from here and had a mechanical issue at night so I'm stuck across the country and tried to get them everything they need and they were jerks to me. Thanks a lot after my dismay! Really, that's how you treat people? I was not rude to you in any way. What the heck?
Pretty rude and just unprofessional.
When I call and ask him how much for the distance I need he asked what the best price I've already been quoted.
When I reluctantly tell him he tells me to call that person back . No problem I will never call your business again.
I called and waited an hour for them to have me call back and ask for the ETA, well that turned into them telling me it was a 15 minute more wait. After about an hour I called back and they told me again to wait and for 30 minutes this time. Called an hour later and I was told 40 more minutes due to traffic. Then again was told 15 minutes, then I was given the driver's number and called in 30 minutes and he didn't answer. Then called the dispatcher back and he said he couldn't get in touch with the driver too. Don't touch this place.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I called them yesterday to get my car towed and informed them that I had a baby with me. They told me they would arrive in a hour or less. An hour and a half passed by and I called them back, they informed me that they weren’t too far away. Then it turned into a two and a half hour wait. I called once again and told me they would be there in fifteen minutes. Three hours passed by and when I attempted to call them I realized that they had blocked my number. Thankfully I was by a grocery store and was able to wait inside with my baby. I can’t even imagine being on the side of the road with this weather and with my baby waiting for a no show. Please save your time and call some other towing company!!!
My car broke down and was stranded out of state. Called this place and they said they could get a tow truck to me at 8am. No communicated afterwards. I called multiple times, got excuses for the delay and ended up calling a different service after waiting for hours. Made it home yet still no update from this place. Would not recommend.
Fast and friendly service!! I had an issue with my insurance sending a towing company so I decided to see what I could find. Larry’s towing is literally right down the road from me and had someone here so quickly! Carlos was our driver and he was awesome! Thank you guys so much for making this such an easy process! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!
I would give this company zero stars if I could, I waited literally over 8 hours and no one ever showed up. I called and was told that the driver was finishing up on his last tow then headed my way. I waited since 8am until 12pm. This company is unprofessional to the highest degreee.
We needed an emergency tow when we got stranded on the 15N & we called Larry's towing & they sent over Juan. He was super friendly & arrived within the hour. Would definitely recommend this business. Thank you so much Juan!!
Mr Larry just needs to update his bookkeeping to a more timely manner. Otherwise very outgoing and friendly. He had a new driver he was training this day. I hope he stays and learns as much as he can about the towing industry and customer service.
Called for a tow as it was the closest one based to where I was. Had broken down in the middle of nowhere on 160 coming back to vegas from Pahrump. Dead in the water. Won't start.. Was told 60-90 mins. 2 hours later, no truck. Tried to call twice for an eta, sent to voicemail both times. 2.5 hours after call. No answer. No truck. Almost 3 hours later now still no truck. Gave up and called another company. Still sitting on the side of the road as I write this. The fact that these people would leave someone on the side on the road stranded in JULY in the middle of nowhere for hours with NO answers to communication or callback ETA tells me all I need to know about these clowns. Save yourself the trouble and call a trustworthy business. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
I had a tire blow-out on my RV off of I15 north near the Nevada boarder and found it near impossible to find any towing company to help me move the vehicle. On my 3rd day of trying to get help in this remote location, I found Larry’s Towing. He was professional and knew this area very well. He helped when no one else would. He took to personal to get me safely moved and sent his best man for the job. Carlos went above and beyond to secure the vehicle and was able to get us out of harms way on the side of the freeway. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I had a flat today, I called this company before reading the reviews… first mistake. They told us they would have a truck out in an hour so we took them up on this offer second mistake… we waited two hours expecting a truck to come driving down the interstate. We end up calling them they said they had an issue with the last person so they are on their way so we wait some more. All the sudden 4 hours pass. We are still stranded so we give them another call they said the driver would be arriving in about 20 mins. That 5th hour has passed. We try to call them no answer. Called about 5-6 times each no response so we came to conclusion that there was no truck coming. We began to read the reviews and of course everything that had happened to us happened to others! Please read this review. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! FAKE COMPANY‼‼ ZERO STARS
Literally worst experience with customer service I have ever had. We waited for over three hours, getting calls from different employees with a different excuse or story each time. Stranded on the side of the highway when our car broke down. DO NOT USE THEM. Seriously. So infuriating. Not to mention it was midnight on the side of a highway so we were worried about our safety.
One week ago today, I called this torn service at 7:57am. He got the descriptive of my vehicle, told me the fee, "boom", I can relax now. 2 hours gone by. I inquire about the status. He said, "my driver on the way, he's 4 blocks from your vehicle". I'm feeling somewhat eased. 5 hours gone by. Again, I inquire about the status. He says, "my driver had vehicle problems. Soon as he get it fixed, I'll call you". 7 hours gone by. He STOP answering my calls, and send me to vmail. I called a couple more times, still no answer. I'm being sent to vmail. Now!!!!, I'm really fed up because my vehicle is parked awaiting tow service, and I'm in fear of my vehicle being towed for prohibited parking. I get the key to my vehicle, in hopes it hasn't been disturbed, so I can drive it away. BLESSED BE THE NAME OF JESHUA HAMASHIACH!!!It's still there. 8 HOURS GONE BY, STILL NO WORD FROM LARRY'S TORN SERVICE. I SEND A TEXT TO BOTH NUMBERS USED BY THEIR TORN SERVICE, TELLING HIM TO CANCEL MY REQUEST. Best believe I'm calling BBB to report fraudulent and impersonation of a business. I read the reviews after I picked up my vehicle. Every complaint written, WAS the identical thing I experienced.

For the price of $85 I was able to get my car towed home! Granted it was a short distance but the amount covered the first 5 miles, they worked fast and carefully! Very happy with their service!!!
David from Larry’s towing was a Godsend to my elderly parents that were stranded 10 miles away from the California state line for 9 hours today!! There was one issue after another with different towing companies but David came to their rescue and was beyond pleasant to my parents throughout the entire ordeal!! I’m pretty sure his shift had ended but he still took the call after hearing about my parents situation. Thank you David!!!

I put in for a tow at 8:30 in the morning and was told it was a 90 minute wait. Then when they hadn't shown up by 11, I called an was told that a driver was 4-5 blocks away. At 11:30, I called again and was told that my call was cancelled but they would have someone out in 30 minutes. Now it's 1:00 and I still haven't been called or seen a tow truck. Terrible service. Unresponsive. Do not use.
I Was moving houses and needed a tow for my 70 chevy Nova,
I called to Larry's Towing and was answered by a really nice lady.
she got me a tow guy in about 45 min period like she had told me.
He showed up, looked kind of hot from the day, (it was a hot day) but
very cool guy named William. Great driver and was very careful with my
vehicle during the transition.
At the end he backed it into the garage for me, which was amazing how
he maneuvered the two vehicles.
Anyways had great service and great response time.
