Actually the process was smooth. I brought the car total with me. But my kid got her car towed so hard to give anything positive about that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is contracted with my apartments. They do not mark vehicles in accordance with notice standards, the owner is very rude, unprofessional and has blatant disregard for law, and for the proper handling of vehicles. They have damaged and voided the warranty on my car- we are filing the unlawful tow to ensure its release and are filing for damages thru the courts. The owner seems to find this funny. You would think a company that tows cars would not directly ignore the manufacturer’s specifics for EV or other luxury cars but they do here. Their employees are rude and even attempted to hit us with his tow truck when telling
Him stop you cannot use a t tow truck for this car or
It will damage it.
His response “the tow truck company will pay for damage I don’t care” mind you have have cameras. Can’t wait to see how this goes in court.Jan 26, 2026 -
they are super unprofessional. left a sticker on my car when they weren’t supposed to and when i called they apologized && now my window is messed up - definitely shady buisness going on

Had purchased a vehicle from auction called Monday morning at 9:35am to see till when I had to pick up my vehicle. representative informed me I had till Wednesday 2pm. I called back at 3:30pm so see till what time I had to pick up my vehicle on Monday and was informed they closed at 3:00pm and that I had lost my vehicle because that was the last day. Be careful with this scamming company now they have placed me as a bad bidder wanting me to pay a fee and I lost my vehicle for misinformation from them worst company in town to call for a tow as well be careful call someone else go to other better auctions

Worst experience ever! They took my boyfriend's truck from outside my house, and the lady the work at night shift is really aggressive and don't want to take any responsibility on the windshield that they broke!

Went in with my dad to get his car out. Prices are extremely high. But service was great, Priscilla was amazing. She helped us a lot. Thank you Priscilla!

Be aware! They will give you a price over the phone, and will charge you more when they drop off your car.
The girl on the phone asked all the questions, I described what is the reason of towing, and what happened to the car, when the driver arrived at the drop off location, I noticed he wanted to charge me more than what I been told on the phone, when we called the office to ask why, the same girl said she didn't know that the car have 2 flat tires, which I literally told her that on the phone, and she even asked me which side.
I wouldn't recommend to deal with dishonest service.Nov 16, 2025 -

Predatory Tow Company at The TOW COMPANY 3975 W. Hacienda Ave, Las Vegas
If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this company. They don’t just operate unethically—they knowingly and intentionally prey on residents, and they’ve perfected the art of doing it legally… just barely.
Here’s what happened:
I had someone illegally parked in my assigned space, so I called the tow company for help. While I was momentarily parked in front of my own garage—waiting for them to come tow the actual violator—they instead towed my car, the victim’s car.
But it gets worse:
When I called the company during the tow, they told me the truck wasn’t there yet. I explained everything. I begged them to turn the driver around.
They could’ve easily stopped the tow. They knew the truth.
But they refused.
Because if the car reaches their lot, they get $387. If it doesn’t, they get nothing.
This is intentional, weaponized indifference backed by a rigged system.
Here’s what this company actually is:
• Predatory
• Dishonest
• Profiteering off honest residents
• A disgrace to legitimate towing professionals
Now I have to pay $387, plus get a ride across town, just to get my vehicle back—after doing everything right.
Let me be clear: this wasn’t a mistake. This was a choice, they chose profit over decency. And now I’m choosing to expose them.
THIS COMPANY IS BEING REPORTED TO:
• Better Business Bureau
• Nevada Transportation Authority (PUCN)
• Nevada Attorney General’s Office
• Clark County Business License Division
• Nevada DMV Tow Complaint Division
• Las Vegas Code Enforcement
MY ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC:
If your apartment complex or HOA works with this company, call a meeting immediately and demand the contract be terminated.
If you’re a Las Vegas property manager, and this is your preferred vendor—you’re complicit in letting them scam your tenants.
They don’t care about the facts. They don’t care about what’s fair.
They care about how fast they can turn your misfortune into money.
This is not towing—it’s legalized extortion!!!Nov 04, 2025 -
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Very crooked, scandalous and fraudulent. Towed my daughter's car with NO NOTICE posted and she had a valid moving permit. Than they wanted to charge her over $600 to get it out.
Oct 28, 2025 -
My guess is they drive around the town to slap stickers on peoples property even if you have valid up to date insurance and registration. When i called to confront and find out who gave them authorization to do so, they will be very rude. This company don’t even deserve 1 star.

You can’t file a police report for a stolen vehicle unless you proved ownership. Our bike was stolen and then later towed because they parked it illegally. Metro found it and let us know we could get it from this tow yard. October 14th at about 730pm we get there, and they said no, we can’t give it to you, metro needs to come and release the vehicle. So we reach out to metro, and they call the tow yard to say they can release the vehicle to us now. Then, the lady behind the desk keeps finding reasons not to let us take the bike. They looked at the bill of sale and said no, we won’t accept this, it’s not notarized. Who the hell has ever needed a bill of sale notarized? The DMV doesn’t even require it. Fine, we’ll go get it notarized. Then, within five minutes, she suddenly changed her mind. Actually, we need our name on the title, the bill of sale doesn’t matter. DMV appointments are hard to come by, but we had one set a week out to get registration. I asked if it would keep gaining additional fees while it sits there. They said yes, $40/day. Won’t let us see it to check if it’s even running anymore, see if it’s even worth the hassle or the $500 fees it’s now totaling out to, won’t let us check for severe damages caused by their improper storing, because it’s been sitting out in a dirt lot with no coverage while we’ve been getting heavy rain over the last week. Is it even worth missing a day of pay to try to walk in to the DMV and wait all day? We offer to give them the key so they can see if it runs anymore and they refuse. We had brought a copy of the police report listing him as the owner as well, because again, WE CANNOT FILE A POLICE REPORT UNLESS WE PROVED OWNERSHIP ALREADY. The exact same title and bill of sale that was provided to metro isn’t good enough proof for a towing company? I hope the bike rusts from sitting in that tow yard so when they try to auction it off it’s valued at less than the amount of money I was willing to pay them to get it back. The office workers aren’t trained properly and kept having to walk away and take pictures of our paperwork to send to someone that wasn’t even there and didn’t understand the full scope of the situation, just what they were choosing to tell them. Our bike was stolen, we filed a police report, the police found it, and now this company is being difficult about giving it back even though we’re willing to pay the full fees if it’s not damaged due to their negligence. Do better. Educate your employees.

I was helped by Kyree (sorry if I didn’t use the right spelling!) this past Monday and I wanted to just leave a review to express how kind, conversational, and professional he was during a highly stressful time for me. He was empathetic and made me feel incredibly comfortable for our short drive to the mechanic in what normally is an awkward ride. I hope his management team will recognize him for his excellent customer service and his ability to made people feel comfortable. Thank you so much again!

Landed in Vegas at 11am on 2Oct after a 16 hour trip from Ireland to find my Jeep Battery toast. Could not get it to charge so AAA i called. The Tow Truck company loaded me up and transported the jeep and me to Swantys Jeep in Bull Head City near my house. Conrad was my driver and went above and beyond. He was very professional, great communicator and just a salt of the earth good dude.

My vehicle was towed without notice and when I called to get information the lady told me apartment policy means more than the Nevada Revised Statute on towing without notice then she hung up on me after being slightly rude. And the worst part is I believe my vehicle was illegally towed because no notice was given but the tow company say it was a month before I lived at the residence it was towed from. I am seeking legal action as I've seen a lot of reviews about the scummy illegal practices of this company only making me feel more taken advantage of and reinforce my thoughts that they illegally tow peoples vehicles mine being one of them.

If i could give this tow truck company 0 stars , i would. This company is so shady and unprofessional. I got a sticker put on my car for improper storage. Mind you ! The car is legal to be on the street. The car is registered and has car insurance. They literally are just trying to find a reason to put stickers on the car. I called the company and was told if the car is parked on a private property it needs to be moved every 24 hours. How would you know if the car is being moved every 24 hours ? They don’t know my schedule. And then they put a spray paint on my tires and on the concrete to see if the car is being moved !! What type of sleaze ball move is that. And had the nerve to say it was just chalk. If it was chalk it would’ve came off a lot easier. That’s so rude and disrespectful and disgusting to mark on anybody’s personal property! I will be reporting this company to the BBB. And FYI ! The private property the car is parked on is my apartment complex who i have a lease with and my car is on the lease as well.

This company has came and towed my car twice for no “parking decals” mind you I am waiting on the decals to arrive and also seen over 10 cars with no parking decals nor a license still parked, but yet this tow company has came and grabbed my car twice costing me over 800 dollars and I reside where I park ! At this point they work hand in hand with HOA and are robbing people blind! Worst tow company ever !

A Story of Professionalism, Compassion, and Hope
I am writing to formally commend one of your drivers, Khyree, whose exemplary service turned a distressing ordeal into an experience of genuine kindness.
Yesterday afternoon, my car broke down unexpectedly after a long day. As a cancer patient returning from chemotherapy, I was especially anxious to get home and rest. I made a brief stop at Dollar Tree, only to find myself stranded in the parking lot. At exactly 4:34 pm, I contacted AAA for assistance, making sure to inform the dispatcher of my medical condition in hopes of expediting help.
About forty minutes later, a battery check mechanic arrived. This individual was both kind and helpful, conducting a prompt assessment, but unfortunately my car's problem was more serious—the alternator had failed, not the battery. The mechanic explained the situation and assured me that a tow truck would be sent to take my car a short distance across the street to my trusted mechanic.
That reassurance, however, was the beginning of a long and frustrating wait. I received an initial update and a “wellness check” call, which I appreciated, but as the minutes passed and no tow arrived, I called AAA several more times for updates. Each time, a different story unfolded: I was told various drivers had been dispatched, each with a promised wait of another 30 or 40 minutes. Sometimes I was assured that a driver was en route, only to find out later that no one had actually been assigned. During my final call, the representative admitted that a driver still had not been located.
The evening wore on and my anxiety mounted as darkness fell. Finally, at 8:16 pm—nearly four hours after my initial call—I received a voicemail from “THE TOW TRUCK COMPANY” stating that my driver would arrive in five minutes. The driver was Khyree.
Khyree arrived promptly, and though I was uncertain whether he was the third or fourth driver assigned, he explained that he had just received the request. Despite the confusion from earlier calls and the lateness of the hour, Khyree approached the situation with compassion and professionalism. It was now fully dark, and the area was quiet, but his presence was reassuring. He took care to ensure I felt safe and respected.
Khyree worked efficiently, loading my car onto the truck and transporting it – across the street - to the mechanic—a trip that took only a few minutes, but was executed with the utmost care. The remainder of the time was spent meticulously loading and unloading my vehicle, demonstrating his attention to detail and regard for both my safety and my property.
In total, I had waited from 4:34 pm until 8:16 pm for help to travel a very short distance. The lack of urgency and inconsistent information from AAA’s phone staff was deeply disappointing, especially since I have relied on their roadside service since 1996. My faith in the process wavered.
However, Khyree’s actions restored my trust in people. He treated me with dignity and embodied the highest standards of customer service and community care. His empathy, skill, and professionalism were a much-needed light at the end of a long, difficult day. I am deeply grateful for the way he conducted himself, and sincerely hope his dedication will be recognized.
It is employees like Khyree who elevate your establishment from a simple business to a haven of hope and humanity for those in vulnerable situations. Thank you for fostering an environment where empathy and professionalism thrive.Aug 21, 2025 -
I set up a tow for the morning. Now even though they called and said there was a few hiccups and would be late for the time I ask for.....it was them calling me and keeping me in the loop that I was very appreciative for. They let me know how long ...where they were at and how close they were to me. I glad they communicated with me and why I would use them again.

I have a teenage son. He had two tire blowouts in a month. This office was the nicest out of the previous experiences I’ve had with other towing companies. The staff of ladies they have working there were friendly, professional, and prioritized getting the truck out asap. I was in and out in no time. When your vehicle is towed, it’s not pleasant but I was very pleased with my experience.

Called at 1:50am to get a car with no handicap placard visible and parked in an assigned spot to my handicapped brother (clearly marked) at my apartment. The lady at the desk said her driver was just getting back and she would send the truck to come remove the vehicle. It has now been 2+ hours and still no truck. Idk if she thought I would just go to bed and she wouldn't have to send the truck, but I am going to send a complaint in, post this review, and talk with my property management because this is ridiculous...

IDK about those 1 stars.... but THEY CALLED ME thru AAA to RESCUE ME in the blazing heat.
I called at 430pm to get towed.... 715pm rolls around still nothing so I place in another request thru AAA and call them... turns out that 777 Towing (original service provider) did not phone me to cancel the tow.
In fact: they marked that they completed the tow while I was sitting in my car literally baking in 90 degree heat.
Corey from The Tow Truck Company is da man; he is literally the beginning the intermission and the ending. Period.
he took the effort to save me; he told me other company straight up left me hanging cold. well literally hot; my ass could have passed out from heat exhaustion.
anyways.... forget those 1 star ratings, they probably got their cars towed due to being late on their notes, but that aint an issue
got a flat, or car can't be ran mechanically they are the ones to call. I hope that AAA has them on speed dial because 777 Towing DID NOT COME THRU AT ALL.Jul 26, 2025 -
Tow Truck Company engages in blatant theft. I came out of the house to go pick up my oldest son from school this afternoon and, surprise, no car in the driveway! I'm a single mother in a one-car family, and Tow Truck Company had actually stolen my car OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY in the middle of the day while I was taking care of my sick 11 year old upstairs: I could hardly believe the sight of my empty driveway! It is a shocking thing to have happen, but the TTC are brazen as can be, knowing that our overstretched police force won't do anything about it. When I called Tow Truck Company and tried to explain their mistake, they refused to accept any responsibility, making the ridiculous claim that they are operating in accordance with a law which states that the HOA can give them authority to remove any car in that community which may block an entrance to anything in said community, and in this case they say that the "anything" being blocked was MY GARAGE. MY CAR WAS IMPEDING MY GARAGE (my house is paid in full, by the way, so it is indeed 100% my garage). What kind of erosion of homeowner's rights is happening here if a company can steal your most valuable possession off of your private property and ransom it back to you, all while the law does nothing? To add insult to injury, every time I said that I wouldn't pay to get back a car they stole, THEY hung up on ME, like I had hurt their feelings. This happened three times. Since Bryan, the manager (and owner, perhaps?) and his staff operate knowing they have taken what is usually an individual's most valuable and necessary possession, they are confident that they can behave as badly as they want to and all the while the car owners are forced to swallow the disrespect, the double talk, and the arrogance right along with the good old fashion extortion. I will definitely be petitioning my HOA to get these financial predators out of our neighborhood, writing to the DA about the seriousness of towing companies behaving like racketeers against honest, law-abiding, families -- taking their cars for ransom with impunity, twisting the law to try to justify their fundamentally unjust acts, and selling what they have taken for profit if the owner can't afford the fee. I had to pay $415 to get my car back today! I want to believe that the police and the property managers who may have contracted this company simply aren't aware yet of their disreputable conduct, and are not colluding with them in any way, because the voters of Las Vegas need and deserve local institutions that are operated with integrity and will protect residents from the menace of thieves, extortionists, and mercenaries like Tow Truck Company.

This company has threatened to remove my vehicle for an "expired registration." NRS 706.4477(2)(c) clearly states that that you "cannot have a vehicle towed (from apartment complex or private residence) solely because the registration of the vehicle is expired." This law was written to prevent tow companies from working with apartment complexes and engaging in predatory towing schemes, which is exactly what they're doing, preying on vulnerable people.
Management at my apartment complex claims that "the parking agreement reads; residents cannot have vehicles without a registration." Management was UNAWARE of the law which was passed in 2021 to prevent this exact situation. The vehicle DOES have plates, is fully insured, operational, and parked in a private space which I pay for, located on the property that I rent. The police could have my vehicle towed if I was driving without a registration, and the apartment could have my vehicle towed if I was blocking a fire hydrant or parked in a spot which doesn't belong to me, but as of right now, I am within my rights to have my vehicle parked where it is - my designated parking spot.
The Tow Company also back-dated the violation notice as "written on the 7th" but placed it on my window on the 9th. I'm assuming they've done this to other vehicles as well and it's entirely unethical. I have not given this company (nor my apartment complex) a reason to tow my vehicle, and if they tow my vehicle for an expired registration, standing in direct violation of NRS 706.4477(2)(c), they will be hearing from my lawyer. This company is engaging in predatory towing practices which stand in direct violation of state law, and as far as I can tell, the apartment complexes are helping them.
The photos (attached below) show the "Violation" warning they left on my window. The vehicle is authorized to be there, it has plates, and my parking pass is clearly visible in the window. They wrote "Expired Reg!" which brings us to the second photo, the exact law which states it's ILLEGAL to tow me. The third photo is my vehicle, parked in my designated spot, with my parking pass on display.May 11, 2025 -
WHY DID WE NOT GET A 24HR NOTICE PRIOR TO TOWING?
It is sad that you have employees who are disrespectful in the year 2025. Michelle should not be working in any customer service field as she requires training. While speaking to her she failed to listen to the information being given so much that I had to repeat myself multiple times. She also went as far as hanging the phone on me while I still had questions. She also insists that there is no Lorraine working at the company when we spoke to a Lorraine on 4/24/25 in which she had also told us that the vehicle towing my car had met into an accident after they had dropped off my car at your facility. We are working on getting camera footage as it was said that the tow company pulled my vehicle out of the parking spot and made it looked as if I was obstructing the entry to the garage or the road itself. I will be filing a formal complaint as you took almost $400 from a college student just to make end of month quotas. This company should not be in business or its employees Lorraine & Michelle. I appreciate Anthony being courteous and patient with us as the vehicle was towed unnecessarily. There are photos to prove as many vehicles have and still are parking in that same exact spot. We have been living there over a year and have never seen anyone being towed from that particular spot. ZERO stars to this company, you should refund my child her $344.50, she is a college student, and I am sure you had other business to attend to. STOP TARGERTING THE KIDS to meet your end of month quota. The car was towed in less that 10hrs and it costed us $344.50. That is total robbery for a Nissan Sentra and no discounts because your employees are horrible people, I am sure if this was their child they would have not been happy.Apr 25, 2025 -
Great experience from beginning to end. Called them after they were referred to me. Was hesitant because of the reviews.
For the semi truck heavy duty division they are 100% honest, reliable and will not nickel and dime you. The dispatcher David was friendly and efficient, the driver Tony out of this world! Their equipment was top notch see photos. I needed my semi truck trailer and oversized load moved off the shoulder of hwy 318 by mile marker 13. Called them and David answered. David was patient and asked for all relevant details.
Tony the driver was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and now makes me want to get into the heavy tow truck business!
FYI, their bad reviews are mostly because of 4 wheelers that were being towed away.
They might not be the cheapest, but they will get the job done. 120 miles for $2200. Well worth it when you have oversize load and the nearest turn around for them is another 30 miles.Aug 06, 2024 -
Just stole my car after saying it hasn't been driven! They took my wheelchair and my fiances only way of getting to work! We don't have 400$ to give to these people. This is a disgusting practice and layers WILL be called if my car is not given back to us.

Old Blue broke down in Beatty NV. Call after call to towing companies were met by extremely low bids and a week to ten days of waiting (requiring hotel accommodations) which by then Old Blue would have been towed off by the police. Another company gave us a reasonable bid only to tell us an hour before his arrival time that 'he took another gig instead'. A call to an RV park and they referred us to THE TOW TRUCK COMPANY. Joe answered the phone and immediately we could tell we'd be ok. First question was if we were safe. He listened to our predicament. Then it was on to business creating a plan to get Old Blue home hundreds of miles away. He quoted us a fair price AND SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD! Upon his arrival he & his truck was clean and professional looking....not grunged out. He asked all the right questions and made polite small talk as he attended to the task of getting Old Blue loaded. He ensured we filled out a the paperwork work correctly, confirmed the plan to get Old Blue home, gave us his business card, and was on his way.
This whole ordeal had been two days of HELL dealing with other tow truck companies. The moment Joe answered the phone that all went away. Joe took excellent care if getting Old Blue home safely. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. His knowledge of the area incredibly helpful. His understanding of situation was comforting. The moment Joe was on the job we knew we were in good hands and everything would be ok.
If you break down between Las Vegas and Reno.....call Joe and save yourself a lot of unnecessary aggrevation, frustration, and stress. He took excellent care of us and I'm sure he'll do the same for you. He's an incredible credit to his company and deserves a bonus and raise.Jun 26, 2024
