What can I say about this place? Unbelievable, everyone I tell about these guys. Tell me it's too good to be true. So I guess unbelievable would be the word, but it's true. They are that good and the deals on the cars are really that good. They are outstanding. The safety that they bring to the table is so important to me when it comes to big rigs and getting them out of a ditch or hairy situations that goes unseen a lot of times. It's at the top of my list. I have wanted to move to Vegas just to go to the auction every week. Honestly, one of the best companies, I've had the pleasure to do business up the good work. Great experience from beginning to end. Called them after they were referred to me. Was hesitant because of the reviews. For the semi truck heavy duty division they are 100% honest, reliable and will not nickel and dime you. The dispatcher David was friendly and efficient, the driver Tony out of this world! Their equipment was top notch see photos. I needed my semi truck trailer and oversized load moved off the shoulder of hwy 318 by mile marker 13. Called them and David answered. David was patient and asked for all relevant details. Tony the driver was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and now makes me want to get into the heavy tow truck business! FYI, their bad reviews are mostly because of 4 wheelers that were being towed away. They might not be the cheapest, but they will get the job done. 120 miles for $2200. Well worth it when you have oversize load and the nearest turn around for them is another 30 miles.
Went in to fill out an application for a driver. The office was upbeat and friendly. The camaraderie was stellar. I was laughing the whole time I was there. I didn't see too much interaction with customera but the girl at the window was super friendly. The back office girls were very accommodating. I wasn't a customer but the company seems like it's on it game for sure. As a life long native I have never heard anything bad about this company. And as a former tow guy the people I worked with say that it's a great company.
