My experience was really good. My son was in an accident on Friday . On Saturday I went to Copart and was greeted by Stephanie she was amazing She Acknowledged what I was going through she showed Empathy and resolved why I was there in a timely manner . Tanya and Araceli were just as Amazing . Exceptional Customer Service! They are a asset to Copart hands down!

I have been here since about 3:30. So far they have let two people cut the line that did not use the digital kiosk. Shermonique behind the counter said she would let me know when I can get my items from my car . She never did. I could see my car out th window just sitting here delivered over twenty minutes ago. Nearing 5:00 now they are about to close and I am still standing here waiting behind the counter for my license plates. However, Lindsey behind the counter is a good employee and will try to help you.

Copart Las Vegas great customer service, we arrived before our scheduled, and after few minutes one of the loaders approached us, and ask us for our docs to pull the car out, we tell him still have to go inside to finish paperwork, excellent service, inside great customer service,we purchased a 2015 Toyota prius V, with low miles, rear ended for a great price

THEY STEAL PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!! DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I’ve totaled three cars in the past four years and every single time I come to pick up my belongings things are gone. The first time they stole my iPhone charger, all my change in the center consul, and a 60$ glass weed pipe left in the glove box. I tried speaking to a manager and they gave me a false email that didn’t even work. I called a month later after various times of trying to get ahold of a manager through email. The ladies laughed at me and told me I took too long once I got ahold of a worker on the phone. All the front Desk ladies are very rude and disrespectful and don’t care about your things getting stolen from their associates. The second time one of my friends left their iPhone in the car, and I was never able to find it once I was picking up my stuff from the vehicle. I felt really bad for my friend and I had to reimburse him myself. The third time personal things were missing like my deodorant, phone charger, and lighters. I’ve learned my lesson and dont leave anything in my car after an accident. Hopefully Geico and All State stop using this facility for their clients

Hope you don’t need to come here one day ! Be prepared for - they will not tell you that you have to check in with your phone using a Qcode in the front. I was in the waiting room for 20 minutes and that is when one of them told about the check in process ! A lot of people where there before me and didn’t know either . - the waiting time is never acquired. Told me 14 minutes the first time and then jumped to 45 minutes and didn’t move . I ended waiting over 2 hours . Be prepared - the quick us out of the AC room even with the hot weather ! They cannot have anybody waiting inside. Super rude and discouraged - customer services horrible - look at the pictures . Is not an option be in here today . No choice .

We had our car stolen and the police had it towed to this place when we went to pick it up I told them to be careful and don't pick it up with fork lift . And what did they do picked it up and put forks through the front grill and the transmission. This was about 3 months ago. Well come to find out a useed transmission was put in our KIA Soul 2018 68ooo miles on it wouldn't give us name of insurance company said they would handle it in house. Long story short we got our car back ran for about two weeks and the engine blew up. They are so wrong in so many ways. Because of there carelessness in handling our car it's now cost us 8000 out of pocket. There was nothing wrong with our car just needed to get keys made . Shame on the owner of this place and his managers. No respect for other people's belongings.

My Car insurance sent my car there for storage between towing and repair of vehicle. Coparts completely stipped my car floor liners, even my spare tire compartment and . Took my license plate off and my garage door opener. Which I had Togo to N. Las Vegas and pick up. Thankfully the body shop wea able to put everything back together. Hugh painconvience. I would not recommend them for storage of your vehicle.

Also they don’t properly inform you what paperwork to bring so they can rack up a bill! SCAM Ripoff. Awful customer service. Never let them tow your car here . Total scam. SCAM Hold vehicles hostage for insurance money at owners cost. Have your car towed anywhere but a tow yard. True story.

Came by to get my personal items from my car after it was totaled in an accident. Many items came up as missing. Just little things like sunglasses, etc. I don’t have proof but no other explanation to where these items went. I believe someone at this place stole them. It’s not enough for me to file a police report, but just be aware, there’s someone working here that steals items from people’s cars.

I usually don’t like to write bad reviews but this place was absolutely terrible along with their other tow yard they bring other cars to. My car recently got totaled and was brought here. I came in the afternoon to receive my personal belongings from my vehicle. They have a QR code that you scan to be added to the queue (which I don’t mind, everything is online nowadays.) The bad part about the queue is that the countdown times are not accurate at all. I sat and waited in the parking lot (because I was rudely yelled at by the lady in the front for sitting in a seat inside) for about an hour till I was finally called. I go inside and show them my phone which says a representative says they are ready to assist me. The first lady nastily says “I didn’t call you.” When it was the representative that was next to her. They then proceed to tell me that my car was taken to another one of their lots that was another 20 minutes away. All they gave me was a packet that had my plates and paperwork in it. Could’ve easily been in and out. On to the tow yard. The lady working inside of the office there was the most unprofessional and so rude to other guests. There were two guests in front of me and she had an attitude, was sighing at customers, and also was very irritated that so many of us were inside waiting to get our cars/items. She also at one point makes a comment “Can all of you just not stand there? I hate when people are standing behind me while I’m working.” Yet the size of the office can barely fit 2 people to begin with. We ended up finally getting my car to the front so I can get my belongings. My whole car is emptied from the front and backseats and everything was thrown in my trunk. They took all of the coins from my middle console and some smaller bills that I had. (not surprised, heard this is a common thing. Hope you enjoy your lunch on me.) They take your battery out of the car and my trunk would not open unless there was one connected and working. Waited another 15 minutes to have someone connect one. Once I opened my trunk, there was glass shattered everywhere from a picture I had in my backseat that they carelessly threw in there along with all of my other stuff. Nasty business with shady and rude employees. Really hope I never have to return to this place ever again.

This company is terrible please ask your insurance company not to use them if you are in a wreck and need towed. Our car was totaled and while it was in their possession they ‘packed’ up all our stuff and went through it. They basically tried to steal my $130 license plate cover, and any cash even if was just change was gone. They had no right to go through our paperwork in the dash, they had no right to touch our things period. I think stuff is missing tbh and I will be filing a police report. Those guys had no right or permission to get inside our vehicle period. They are a tow and stow not a cleaning or possession removal service!!!! They seriously need to respect peoples property and things!!!

My truck cannot start or be put into neutral because thieves tried to steal it and messed up my ignition switch so I need a tow truck with wheel lifts not a flat bed. My truck has been sitting here for months because insurance sent this company to come pick it up. They just keep sending me a message saying nobody can come to pick it up and keep pushing the date. They asked me over the counter home if I have a friend that can come and drag my truck out of its parking spot for them to have it ready for pick up. What tow company asks that? I’m not dragging my truck on new low pro tires first off and just no. You have the tools for this line of work. I’m a plumber. I can’t imagine if a customer asked me to take a look at a leak somewhere in their yard and asked them if they can have a friend come by and dig around looking for the leak then I’ll be over to do the work…. This is completely ridiculous is what I’m getting at. Hopefully you never have to use this business because they are horrible.

Their Q scan system is far from being accurate. It tells you a 10 minutes wait where in reel time I waited 1 hours 39 minutes. The office ladies at the counter are extremely rude and have no consideration for waiting customers. Management should require front desk employees better customers service skills.and training classes should be offered to any employees lacking those skills before dealing with customers.

One of the worst experiences in customer service, it's like they go out of their way to try and ruin someones day because they're unhappy with themselves. No one forced them to work here? If it's so horrible? Quit, very simple solution, if they quit they don't have to worry about actually helping people who came to get information on their vehicle that just happens to be at a tow yard????? I was in a total loss accident and this just happened to be the place where my vehicle was transported to, this place doesn't deserve to have the contract for towed vehicles..... I feel for anyone who has to come in contact with this facility, if you do, be prepared for an unpleasant experience.

Absolutely unprofessional office staff. They are all more worried about their conversations with tow drivers and taking selfish then helping people. I had a simple question that needed an answer to and I was completely ignored and when I finally got the attention I was told they can't answer it unless I'm in the digital queue. It was a yes or no question. Why would I go in line if I'm not sure if they can help me or not.

But they were nice enough to tell me not to mail anything since they're about 2 months behind on anything that comes in the mail. I guess that explains the piles of mail.

Out of all Coparts this one is the worst. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, here I am still sitting an hour later and they still haven't brought out the car. No issues with appointments at other Coparts I've dealt with. Higher management needs to take a look at what's going on because the staff here clearly isn't doing something right. There's times I've waited 3 hours for one car before at this same location.

This facility closes at 5pm Monday through Friday, my Grandmother and I show up at 4:50, was told because we didn't get there in time and that we would have to come back? Mind you we live in Mountain's Edge, her reasoning was since the lobby was full that they would be there well past business hours to and that we need to arrive sooner??? Lol, for those that ever have to unfortunately go to this awful place to retrieve your vehicle get there well before 5pm because if you get there within 30 minutes of them closing you'll be sent away because no one wants to stay past 5pm. I'm seeing this more often where people work somewhere but no one wants to work.....

Was the most organized Tow yard I've seen extremely Clean. This place is run like a well oiled machine. From check-in through the entire process. Granted my car was totaled in a accident. Had to go retrieve personal items. They bring you Vechiel to the building on a forklift to office area so you don't need to walk around the yard to retrieve your item's

No help whatsoever with getting my stuff out of my car. Not to mention I was just in an accident and still in a lot of pain. The people here were overall pretty nice. But they are extremely expensive just to get your car out. And then on top of that, they don't have any of their own tow truck drivers. And they said they couldn't even recommend one. So I had to pay a fortune to get the car out and then find and pay for my own towing just to tow it back to my house. Try towing your car home first, if you can.

Forklift operators damaging another car during loading process, then management refuse open claims, for more details pls contact. Also communication manners can be way better...
