Sold my car to these idiots. They only put one signature on the check. It requires 2. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the payment to clear.

It was decent, signage could of been worded better and placed in a more strategic area. Otherwise you are just standing around until the very nice simoan receptionist tells you how to check-in via QR code. The wait is a bit long about an hour and a half to be able to retrieve your belongings from you vehicle. But otherwise very good, staff was friendly and helpful cudos for the simoan chick don't know her name but she was holding the frontend down, she needs a raise.

If you leave personal belongings in your vehicle after an accident, you might as well accept them as a total loss. Do not waste your time coming here, scanning a QR code, being given an 8-minute ETA that magically turns into over an hour, just to be led back to your vehicle with a brief moment of hope that you’ll recover what you know you left inside. Instead, you’re met with the harsh reality that they “pack” your car for you, and their employees apparently help themselves to whatever they want while leaving you a bag of scraps to claim. I know for a fact that I had a brand-new bottle of vape juice and freshly purchased edibles from the dispensary in my car. Neither item was in the bag when I retrieved it. On top of that, I also had lotion and body oil in the vehicle. Rather than taking any care, they threw everything into a single bag. And when I say “threw,” I mean it, the body oil opened and completely soaked the inside of the bag, destroying what few items I did get back. In the end, I waited over an hour for absolutely nothing in return. Not only did I fail to recover all of my belongings, but the remainder was ruined due to their negligence. This entire process was frustrating, careless, and completely unacceptable. I understand they have 100s of cars coming in that they have to process and do the same repetitive steps daily, but if you don’t have time to ensure people are getting their belongings back , then don’t pack it up. Leave it for us to do since we have to go out there and grab it out of the car anyway. Just because I was involved in an accident , doesn’t mean my belongings are “up for grabs” by copart staff.

My car was stolen on Saturday and I was told it was found and towed to our Copart on Tow Yard (Copart)- 4810 N Lamb Blvd Las Vegas, NV. I called to verify whether or not I needed an appointment and to make sure I have all the paperwork I need to collect my car. I was told I do not need an appointment and to just come by with my license and registration. I showed up and was told by other people (who were told the same thing) that I had to scan a QR code. There are 5 different QR codes. 4 of them did not work. The 5th one was hidden around the corner. There was no one available to help with this process. It was the most confusing appointment process I've seen. There are no chairs for the countless people waiting. I can't understand why they told me I didn't need an appointment if I did. I don't understand why that wasn't an option online. I don't know how older people without a smartphone would even be able to use this company.

No one wants to come to a storage yard after their vehicle has been towed but everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly. The staff at the lot were even friendlier. A crappy life experience but at least the people here were nice and efficient and it made the event slightly less painless.

I just want to give a gold star review for Faith. She assisted me with my car which was totaled. I surrendered my title to wipe clear my bill which had exceeded 800 . Thank you for your help!!

Worst Auction ever . Customer service is the worst. Fees are extremely high and just to be able to view a car it takes 1 hour!! This place was good 10 years ago.

I had my car there after an accident and the scavengers stole my door guards and custom headlight covers. These places are known for this. How is this ok? How has this been allowed to go on for years and years? Shameful because I guarantee, the property owners are very aware this happens. Disgusting

They had a long line with only one person helping people while other staff huddled up talking, another talking to her coworker, joking. No one said anything like we'll be with you shortly. Then I check my car and they stole some of my things out of my car and trunk. -0 stars from me if I could!

I got my car totaled last Saturday and was worried about it sitting in a lot and possibly getting charged for storage. I wasn’t able to get in touch with someone until Monday because part of the facility is closed on weekends. Once I reached a live representative, she was very kind and patient, walking me through the whole process, which really helped since everything felt overwhelming. One thing to note is that when you arrive, there are QR codes posted in several places that let you register. The wait time varies and can be up to four hours, but you get notified by text message when it is your turn. You do need to stay nearby because the system knows your location, so you cannot leave and come back later. I went around 11 a.m. on a Monday and was seen within about 20 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. Also, if you’re going to get your belongings, you cannot wear open-toed shoes. If you want your license plate back to return it to the DMV, just let them know and they will have someone retrieve it for you. If you have Geico, as far as I was told, you don’t have to worry about getting charged for your car being in the lot because this location is actually one of Geico’s inspection sites. I was nervous going in because of some reviews I read online expecting rude staff and a miserable experience. But the staff was actually nice and helpful, which made the process a lot less stressful. Especially when your car is totaled, having a smooth experience like this really matters.

I went there to pick up some stuff from my totalled car. It does take about 30 minutes in line to get to speak to someone. The place is clean and the office girls were nice.

We had a strange circumstance with my daughter’s car after she had her first accident, and the car was taken to 57 storage. Every single employee especially the manager (on 8/5/25) that I talked with were extremely kind and compassionate. They helped me navigate the situation we were in, and went above and beyond in helping us get my daughter’s car out of their storage. I cannot thank them enough for being such a beacon of kindness in an extremely emotional and stressful situation. While I hate having to have encountered them because of my daughters accident, if we ever find ourselves in this situation again, we will absolutely insist on 57 storage being the place we insist on going to.

I was concerned that it was going to take forever since most people don’t realize you have to scan a QR code to check in. The system didn’t seem effective and only half the employees seemed to be working behind the counter. I did hear some very good Tea though to entertain me while I watched Tiffany Carter do the work of 3 people. She is obviously a leader in the team and keeps the place running smoothly. She was able to multitask issues and had the answer for everything even missing items. She got us in and out faster than in thought. She is the only reason this gets 5 stars.

Don’t get your car towed here customer service is definitely a 0 and the worst part of it all is they have dozens of people waiting outside in extreme heat and there is nowhere for guest to be welcomed when arriving at this location The workers are placed in a trailer and customer’s are asked to wait outside where Everyone was standing or seating on the side walk waiting! This is very unprofessional!!!! After speaking with previous customers they said it has been this way for over a year !!! THIS ISN’T OK !!!!!

Got in to a car accident. My car was taken to this place. I called ask if i needed an appointment to get my things, they said no! Ok arrived at 8am first one, waited for an hour and half for them to get my car, they went through my stuff, who gave u the right to touch my stuff!! And what you think I wasn’t going to notice that you took my coins!?! I know what i have in my car!! Looks like you are not getting paid enough that you have to ripoff people with their charges!!

they went out of their way to help my elderly grandfather get items back from his car when he can’t drive. I was trying to run it all from Washington State and they were amazing especially Tonya. She went above and beyond.

I cannot say enough negative words in this review to express all my feelings. Just to get started, PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CAR TO EVER BE TOWED TO A COPART FACILITY! Ripoff alert. They charged practically $500 to tow from the location to this lot. 57 Storage & CoPart is the biggest scam ever. It's a complete money grab and they exploit the most vulnerable after the most inconvenient difficult part of someone's life. In most cases insurance will give you a hassle covering the full charge and not cover the costs endured by this facility. They move cars around with CAT forklifts like they are junkers only when a small fender bender occurred and your car needs MINIMAL repairs. Never ever allow a tow truck to take it till this lot, they are notoriously known for holding people's car ransom until you pay that hefty price to remove your car or forced to surrender ownership to them. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

4/5 Car accident they towed to this location. piece of advice during any car accident, it’s cheaper to pay the tow truck driver to tow it to your house compared to towing it here free of charge and pay the yard fees. Front desk agent was very helpful and nice. 2 weeks total $750 Total hrs spent here 2.5 hours (8:30am- 10am) (Didn’t know you can make an appointment to pick up your car, see pictures posted ) If any of you guys have any issues to the left of the desk are business cards with assistant and general managers contact info.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Copart. After an accident, the police arranged for my car to be towed to their lot. When I went to collect my belongings later, I discovered several valuable items missing. I reported this to the employees and was given an email address to contact. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response. Additionally, I made numerous phone calls to resolve the issue but was continuously ignored. Despite promises that someone would call me back, no one ever did. Based on my experience, I find the employees of this company to be untrustworthy. If they have stolen my belongings, they could easily do the same to others. I highly do not recommend Copart.

Was in an accident and unfortunately my vehicle was sent here by the insurance due to being totaled. After stopping at this location, I was told my vehicle was at another lot further away. The lot was difficult to find, but when I finally found it I had to sit there at the guard shack because no one was there. I got there to find all my items bagged in the back of the vehicle. I did a once over myself to make sure nothing was missed and all looked clear. When finally getting the chance to check the bags, I realized all my electronics for my phone and some of my tools I had in the truck were not there. Moral of the story, if you’re in an accident and have expensive items in the vehicle, beg the ambulance to load it up with you, because you won’t see it again. Thoroughly disgusted and disappointed that things like this are allowed to happen.

I usually don’t like to write bad reviews but this place was absolutely terrible along with their other tow yard they bring other cars to. My car recently got totaled and was brought here. I came in the afternoon to receive my personal belongings from my vehicle. They have a QR code that you scan to be added to the queue (which I don’t mind, everything is online nowadays.) The bad part about the queue is that the countdown times are not accurate at all. I sat and waited in the parking lot (because I was rudely yelled at by the lady in the front for sitting in a seat inside) for about an hour till I was finally called. I go inside and show them my phone which says a representative says they are ready to assist me. The first lady nastily says “I didn’t call you.” When it was the representative that was next to her. They then proceed to tell me that my car was taken to another one of their lots that was another 20 minutes away. All they gave me was a packet that had my plates and paperwork in it. Could’ve easily been in and out. On to the tow yard. The lady working inside of the office there was the most unprofessional and so rude to other guests. There were two guests in front of me and she had an attitude, was sighing at customers, and also was very irritated that so many of us were inside waiting to get our cars/items. She also at one point makes a comment “Can all of you just not stand there? I hate when people are standing behind me while I’m working.” Yet the size of the office can barely fit 2 people to begin with. We ended up finally getting my car to the front so I can get my belongings. My whole car is emptied from the front and backseats and everything was thrown in my trunk. They took all of the coins from my middle console and some smaller bills that I had. (not surprised, heard this is a common thing. Hope you enjoy your lunch on me.) They take your battery out of the car and my trunk would not open unless there was one connected and working. Waited another 15 minutes to have someone connect one. Once I opened my trunk, there was glass shattered everywhere from a picture I had in my backseat that they carelessly threw in there along with all of my other stuff. Nasty business with shady and rude employees. Really hope I never have to return to this place ever again.

Copart Las Vegas great customer service, we arrived before our scheduled, and after few minutes one of the loaders approached us, and ask us for our docs to pull the car out, we tell him still have to go inside to finish paperwork, excellent service, inside great customer service,we purchased a 2015 Toyota prius V, with low miles, rear ended for a great price

I have been here since about 3:30. So far they have let two people cut the line that did not use the digital kiosk. Shermonique behind the counter said she would let me know when I can get my items from my car . She never did. I could see my car out th window just sitting here delivered over twenty minutes ago. Nearing 5:00 now they are about to close and I am still standing here waiting behind the counter for my license plates. However, Lindsey behind the counter is a good employee and will try to help you.

Hope you don’t need to come here one day ! Be prepared for - they will not tell you that you have to check in with your phone using a Qcode in the front. I was in the waiting room for 20 minutes and that is when one of them told about the check in process ! A lot of people where there before me and didn’t know either . - the waiting time is never acquired. Told me 14 minutes the first time and then jumped to 45 minutes and didn’t move . I ended waiting over 2 hours . Be prepared - the quick us out of the AC room even with the hot weather ! They cannot have anybody waiting inside. Super rude and discouraged - customer services horrible - look at the pictures . Is not an option be in here today . No choice .
