This company deserves ZERO stars. I have waited, 16 months, before writing this review, to give this company a chance to resolve this but they still have not so I have no choice but to make it public. Back on 5-12-2023, I moved a piece of overweight equipment (car crusher) for this company. I picked up and delivered this on-time with no issues. Once it was completed, I invoiced this company and waited to get paid. My accounting department and myself emailed and called Peter multiple times to get this invoiced paid. The few times Peter did answer the phone he would say "I didn't receive the invoice so please send me the invoice and he would pay it." I would send it over and get no response. It is now 16 months later and still no payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL HIRE YOU TO DO A JOB AND NOT PAY.
Fair price for my vehicle and fast service. Took minutes over the phone to close the deal, dispatched the tow driver who was at the location of my vehicle within 15 minutes. Will use their service again if ever needed in the future.
