  I was dead in the water, trying to find someone with a flatbed that wasn’t outrageous in price. Called Tri State Towing. Didn’t catch the name of the guy I spoke with but he gave me a very reasonable rate and told me it’ll probably be 1 1/2 to 1 hour and 45 minutes but he’ll see what he can do to make it faster. Gave me a number to text the information. This was at 10:30pm and when midnight rolled around, no truck and no phone call. I even tried numerous times to call back but no answer. So much for being a 24 hour tow company. Had to find someone else and wait longer. But the best part of this, I found a cheaper rate.

  Stay away scammers! My insurance set them up we had to cancel. We were 13 miles away from home and they were trying to say we were 33 miles away! They use their own app not Google maps or Apple Maps. Thankfully my insurance got another company that weren’t scammers. Stay far far away

  Was waiting on another company from insurance. After 3 hours of waiting, we called and reached James. He said it would be a couple of hours but he referred us to another company. 15 minutes later, we were getting towed. Didn’t get the experience of Tri State towing us, but the customer service to take care of us was exceptional. They’d be one of my first calls next time!

  This guy's a rip off,and what a rude mouth, I would not recommend this place to my enemy....way over charged....and he still has the vehicle.....this guy's a bully with a tow truck.

  James and his crew are really people. Hard to find in Las Vegas. If you want honest people for a fair price this is your place. Other may have charged pennys more but I'm looking for a tow that will not damage my car and treat people with respect. Thanks for the help.

Im trying to get rid of a Honda CRX for free thats illegally parked infront of my house their excuse is always we are really busy I’ll call you back in 15 min they definitely do not stand by their word.

  James and his team were extremely helpful through the entire process. I was having some title issues dealing with an out of state DMV hoping to get my vehicle registered here in Nevada. At first, I was very skeptical. The car not only had sentimental value but I had a lot of work and money put into it and should anything had happened to it I would have been destroyed. Looking back on working with James however, I now realize now that my car could not have been in better hands. Part of my skepticism was a lack of reviews online. An independent tow truck driver recommended by word of mouth reaching out to James for help with my problem (Which I think speaks for itself in terms of their great work as a tow company as well). As of right now my car is 100% legitimately in my name and I never had a reason to worry, and that is why I am writing this review and giving him a 5 star rating.
