Basically a scam. Hung up on me too after I didn't immediately take there "final offer" immediately of $350. For those caring to read, let me share my experience. These place, like a few other places I call to get a quote for my damaged car, "run the numbers", get you a "guaranteed offer" of a low ball amount and then you have to haggle them. They offered me $250, and than a final offer of $350. I've been offered $400-500 for this car. Background: This car is worth $5000-6000 (see picture from today's autotrader search). It has $1200-1400 of damage depending on if they can do the repairs ($700-800 for parts only), or they want to salvage for parts they could probably get $2000. Beware of places like this, they talk smooth but can't step up to the plate with real offers.
Best and easiest car pick up in Vegas. No long waits, no missed appointments. And the cash deal was the right one. They offered me more than other junk car places
This place is a scam... they don't have a store. They are dodging your questions...don't waist your time with them....
