Extremely rude! Whoever I spoke to on the phone kept interrupting me when I was trying to come to an agreement that benefited the both of us. Never again
This place is awesome.Call them 1st.I talked to Luis when I called them to sell a car I bought from Facebook market place but the Dmv didn't want to change the title to my name because they wanted more information from the seller and when I tried calling him,I couldn't get a hold of him anymore. So im glad I called them.
Luis told me they could still buy the car from me without the title because they were just going to scrap it. So i told him ok because I just wanted to get rid of it.So he said he'd buy my car for 200 and tow it away for free the same day I called. So I agreed and the tow truck Driver called me to give me a eta and then showed up to my house and gave me the cash and took the car from my house like they said they would. So i recommend them 1st if you want to get rid of your junk car in Las Vegas,NV.

False advertisement it’s not with or without a title 2010 and up you have to have a title and the guy i talked to over the phone rude and very unprofessional they also get two thumbs down for customer service.

Sounds good but isn’t as good as it sounds they help who they want to help they offer me 100 didn’t even check nor ask questions all because I don’t have a paper title but the cars in my name they rejected me right when I called must be tired of buying cars , ehhh they took a lost good car just needed to get rid of it

I was sad letting go of my car as I really didn't want to, but had to do it. These guys are freaking awesome and they speak spanish as well. They made it very easy even without a car title. They were very humble. They made a pretty good offer on my car and ofcourse I said yes. They pay you fairly, not like others that offer little to no money. I called in the morning and within 2 hours they picked up my car - even without the title. All I needed was my registration and license. It was super easy and they gave me cash on the spot. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend these guys. They’re honest, hardworking, nice people who do fair business and give you a fair price for your car in cash. It took the tow truck guy 5 minuets to take my car from a fairly tight area which was quick. He was really nice and we had a nice conversation.
I realized a month later I forgot to do a Bill of Sale for the transaction and the owner of the business went out of his way to sign it for me. They couldn’t provide a better service or better prices.
