They are not good . They will charge you for the work they did not do. Mechanic said he will fill up coolant and power steering oil and he charged me extra for that when i get home i noticed he did not even put it any thing . And he put very less oil in to my car . Never go to this place.
Do not go here. They are incredibly dishonest and will do everything they can to take advantage of you. If you still think you want to go here, then take photos of every part of your vehicle beforehand. They scratched our vehicle. They scratched all up on down the sides. Most likely intentional because they got pissy our insurance got tired of dealing with them and told us we needed to go to a different mechanic. These nasty dishonest mechanics then lied to our faces about “checking security footage”. That’s right, our vehicle magically got covered in deep scratches with no evidence in sight. Petty, dishonest thieves that need to be closed down permanently.
They do bad work, they have an Attitude, and they Charge a lot, they treat you like Dirt, and they call you Liar , they are very disrespectful, and they have very bad attitude.
These people deserve zero stars! They are shady and completely destroyed my car! The same thing they did to Xavier in the reviews they did to me trying to put an air compressor in my car. The first deception was telling me that my credit inquiry would be a soft inquiry, knowing very well that won’t be. Their inspection showed nothing wrong with my car prior to putting in the air conditioning and then The air conditioning never worked. I’ve been in court with them ever since. A simple oil change turned into a nightmare! They never completed the service and tormented me while I was there! When I took them an inspection from another national company to complete what they started, I was told by the manager to lose their name and address and never return there again. They Destroyed the mounts on my car and put my life in danger. Beware don’t ever go to this place! I’m suing them and the bank that finances them in court!

A public record search will give you details as well as a search for the BBB which I did not do. I’m a disabled veteran and only chose them because of the red white and blue USA auto sign. Big mistake. All of this is affecting my credit rating and cost me way more as well as my peace of mind. They refused to take responsibility and continue to do this to other people.
I came in for a headlight bulb replacement. The guy said he needed to charge me $90 in order to take it in for a diagnosis which I thought was ridiculous since it’s just a lightbulb. Once he took it to the back he quoted me $700. I ended up walking away
If I could give them negative stars I would, brought my truck because they were running a special for $9.99 smog and decided to give them a try, they failed my 2022 truck for some odd gps wire and said my truck has been tampered with witch is false, the only mechanics that’s have touched my truck is from the ford dealership, then they up charge me for a diagnostic test which cost 500 dollars, but something told me to get a second opinion, took my same truck to a more reputable place like Jiffy Smog, passed with flying colors, there liars and will do anything to get more money out of you
Best service eveeeer!!! They also provide me a full inspection of the car and free tires rotations when I do my oil change, Sal the employee he showed me a few details in my car and I was able to fix it before was to late

I don’t know at what point , new ownership took over , but it’s the worst place I’ve taken my car for an oil change , I took it into get oil change and the pointed out to get new brake pads new drums for brakes , I said no only oil change , I took car home drive it for two weeks oil was leaking. I took it back to get problem fixed at that time they pointed out my steering that needed fixing , I said no , I took my car home and to work , my oil is still leaking, it never leaked before . I’m going to file a complaint with better business bureau. These so called mechanics are doing something shady . Now I need to take my car to a real mechanic
Went in for a smog check, which took only about 10 minutes. Had the most stress free and non pressure service. Sal, the manager has the best costumer service. I would recommend this location for your smog check. They really do have great customer service.
I went to another repair shop and they quoted me 3,900 I came here instead and Sal got it done for 2500 was extremely satisfied with there repairs lobby very clean
I went to this shop for convenience cause it was stated as an ac repair shop I went I was told I could change my ac compressor it could possibly fix issue It worked for a day then I went back in I was told that I needed to get an ac condenser thought everything would be fine after that not even a week or so later my ac stopped working and had to go back in I was told it was due to my back up camera blowing a fuse wich is after market so I say unplug it then withinin me turning my car off and getting in it next morning my ac doesn’t work again I go back and they said it’s blowing a fuse I asked if they unplugged part they say yes but it keeps blowing out so I spent over 1500+ dollars on ac I can’t use. Then I went in again to check the issue after every time they checked it my belt would squeak after. they started stating other issue that had nothing to do with my ac like my water pump I had a warranty on from different shop and they said my water pump is fine so after that trust kind of went out of window they said would repair fuse box if I bought it they would replace for free but after every time I went there for repairs another thing broke. So after $1579 dollars I have no ac . I have special needs son that I drive to multiple therapy’s he can handle the heat .
Came for the 1st time to do the smog, they attended me really quick took less the 10 minutes in and out. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to do their smog quick and affordable
Good place to get smog checked but just be wary of their upsell. Go and be done with the service. Don’t let them talk you into any potential problems your car has. If anything get it checked by a well reviewed mechanic. They attempted to trick me into a $1400 repair that was not needed when I cross checked it at a different highly reviewed mechanic.
Came to USA auto for the first time for a smog, they pulled my car in right away. Jose working the front desk was really helpful. I’ll be bringing all my cars here.
05/18/2025 ,,, I went to USA auto service center on 3101 N Rancho rd ,, in Las Vegas,, I met Sal upon arrival,,, I told him about my brake problem and that they are spongy and soft ,, and they didn’t seem reliable,,he asked ,,,is it pulsating in the brake pedal,, I said no,, there is no sensation in the brake pedal,,he then inspected my brake rotors and pads said you need Rotors and brake pads ,, Sal then said you only have about 40% left on your rotors ,,, he did not use any tool to measure my rotors ,, spongy soft brakes are not symptoms of a rotor problem,,so I said ok how much he said $489.00 and we will also flush your brake fluid ,, because your brake fluid is probably bad,, so how much it was going to cost ,, he $489.00 ok if that is gonna fix the problem,, it took about 2.5 hours and he said your vehicle ready,, I drove it two blocks and said to myself,,it is still doing the same thing sponge filling and pedal going to floor when you press and hold it with pressure goes to floor,,,3 of the other mechanics that work there said the same thing ,, they agreed with me,, they drove it,,and tested my brakes,, they test drove my suv they also bled the brakes assuring that no air was in the brake lines,, ,they said they did a complete brake inspection no they didn’t,, after another hour of re-inspecting ,,,Finally Sal said ok you need a master cylinder and it gonna cost $1,800.00 and $600.00 labor,, but I’ll knock off $300.00 off the labor so $2,100.00 out the door,, so the total he said now would be $2,600.00 ,,no way am i approving this amount ,, wrong diagnostic on my vehicle for sure,,, I already spent over $500.00,,,one of the 3 Mechanics that was there should of evaluated the brakes,, not Sal,,they should have looked at the whole picture ,,and they said Sal is a salesman not a Mechanic,, oh ok,,first time I have been to USA auto I just was looking for a good Honest Mechanic to fix my Wife’s SUV ,,let the buyer beware sorry I stopped there for real,, I didn’t need to spend $513.00 and still have the same problem as when I pulled in there,,
my belief is the brakes should have been bled,, brake fluid flushed ,,and possibly new pads ,, the rotors should have been resurfaced they have between 30 or 40% left which could be good for another year or two,, our brakes were not pulling,,squeaking or grinding or pulsating

I pulled up to this shop on a flat tire last Friday. Asked if they could put some air in the tire. These guys are a tire shop and actually denied me air - something I've gotten for absolutely free at other tire shops! Reputable tire shops. These guys looked like they were hanging around waiting to do drug deals. Then, after parking and jacking my car up, one of them thought they would come and help...after denying me! No, thanks, pal. You're shady enough. I don't want you even touching my vehicle after the way you treated me. Nor would I ever come back here nor do business with you. Try Discount Tire instead, they are a lot less foul to work with.

Yes, owner, I'm sure it was the exact shop that you share walls with or are yourself a part of. If you're not with them, I can't seem to find them on Google so you should disassociate with them immediately (in other words - move!) if you are indeed a separate business. I sincerely doubt you are considering it's the exact same building. Either way I'm not removing nor editing my post. Not without a link or something useful other than "Not us".
Be careful. Watch the estimate they provide and get a second opinion. They often recommend non required repairs. I took my SUV to another shop for a second opinion and the second shop said the nearly $2,000 repair that they said was required was nothing to worry about.
Came in for smog check ONLY. They try to say that our oil is low and our engine and cabin filters need to be changed. We declined it and a few days later, our oil was leaking! These guys are shady. Will be our first and last.
Love these guys Josh and Sol are so nice and efficient made my life much easier by handling everything from rentals to car warranty and service have used them often thanks to these guys I feel safe
WORST SHOP EVER!! THEY MESSED UP MY VEHICLE!
I originally came for an oil change, soon as I got home which is 10 minutes away from shop I noticed my vehicle leaking lots of oil. Called them right away in the morning the next day since they closed at 6pm. Brought it back and they confirmed that it’s their fault and had to put a new oil pan plug. After they were finished I went back home and checked again to see if any leaks and still leaking oil in the same place. Called them immediately and advise Sal about the issue and told me the bring in vehicle. Brought vehicle the next day, before coming to the shop I notice my ac wasn’t blowing cold anymore when my AC always had worked, I had went California weekend before and never had issues with my AC but now I come to this shop and 2 days later my ac isn’t working. This shop is absolutely the WORST! Sal is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Never again coming to this shop and most definitely I’ll be emailing the manager about this issue. This my first time and will be my LAST!!!
Go to another shop before this happens to you, all this hassle and stress over a $35 oil change, should have review the reviews before having them touch my truck because the reviews says the truth! Lots of customers had issues with this shop!
These guys are liars dont know how they are in business. Came in for oil change but they ended up making stuff up saying i NEEDED to get parts replaced when i didn’t taking thousands out of my pocket. Also saying i couldn’t use my credit card where they then really pushed to finance, I didn’t feel comfortable at all as they wanted me to sign the papers right away. These guys will take advantage of you, just be aware and bring someone that knows their stuff.

Staff was nice enough. Oil change took just a little over an hour. Sal (green eyes) was nice enough to me. Didn't really appreciate the pressure for a 5 ⭐ review but here we are.
Place seems a little shady (what place in vegas isn't honestly)
They also gave me a list of problems (that I pretty much knew I had already) which were an extreme amount of $$ I'm sure I can get cheaper anywhere else.
I asked for a free inspection for the A/C that they "provide"; green eyes then proceeds to tell me to fix it was 300$. Laughable honestly but I never asked them to Fix the A/C just check if there may have been a problem.
Don't know if I would ever go back again.
SCAMMERS CUT THE BOOT ON MY AXLE during an oil change. I took my vehicle to trusted AAMCO on Valley View to have the axle replaced. The mechanic & expert witness verified the boot was cut. I have pictures & video before & after the repair verifying the vandalism took place in the USA Auto garage. I also have the axel as proof. I am taking this to court so this doesn’t happen to you.
This shop is extremely shady and unprofessional. I will NEVER bring my vehicles here again. They installed the wrong filter in my car, causing all the oil to drain out. I had to pay out of pocket to redo the oil change elsewhere, costing me even more money.
The so-called manager (the guy with green eyes) is a complete liar—BEWARE! He tried to tell me that both of my vehicles needed their fluids drained, which was clearly a scam. He pushes unnecessary services and pressures customers into signing off on mechanical work they don’t actually need. Do not trust this business!
This place is a joke. Took my car there for a smog certificate. when I asked them how long it would take, they said if I wanted a tire rotation, it would take 45 minutes. After waiting for more than an hour and seeing that my car had not been moved I went back and they were talking and having fun. After I angrily confronted them, they sent someone to do the smog which was finally done after 1:20 minutes. This business has no respect for their customers or themselves, so avoid it.
Shout out to the mechanics and auto service technicians over at USA auto services on Rancho for taking good care of our family vehicle provided fast quick service while performing and oil change and oil flush on the engine also recommending future maintenance for the longevity of our vehicle not to add an amazing price for all of the work done. This is a tough review for me. My car broke down on me last year. I've been coming to USA for my Smog Test due to their great pricing and quick service. The guy who looked at my car was the manager (He's no longer there I can't remember his name). He said I needed a water pump replaced, some rear shocks and some other stuff. The tab was running up and I could only afford so much. He tried to give the best price possible. The water pump was suppose to the main issue why my car was overheating and had a leak. I some in cash and Deborah talked me into financing the rest through Synchrony Bank. Here's why 1 star was removed. She told me to my face that I qualified for 1 year no interest after running my credit. Since I already had an account with Synchrony it was easy to give them a call later. I found out that I had 6 months no interest to pay the money which meant I had to double up my payments each month. I took her nice personality for granted without her showing me anything about my financing. I remember having my car worked on twice before it went out hard completely again but I couldn't find one of my invoices. I called Deborah for a history and she said they upgraded their software and lost all prior history before Aug 2023. So your company lost all previous information of what you have done to people cars?? The second star got removed because after my car was fixed, the tech never told me if there's anything else that I should be concerned about right away. Not even a weak later my car started overheating again and my car was inoperable. I had to end up taking my car to the dealership to get fixed properly. I went recently for a smog test and the new manager was trying to get me to pay for some repairs on my wife's car. I explained I have some trust issues with this particular location, he wanted to make things right with pricing but I need to think about that. I have been to a different USA Auto location where I like the service a bit better.....so far.
I have gone to this location for a basic oil change since I moved to Las Vegas from Houston three and a half years ago. I have an older vehicle, so the cost for a basic oil change used to be a steal of a deal price of 13.83. The price of an oil change has since risen to 24.00. Although I wasn't happy about the increase, 24.00 is still significantly less than I paid for oil changes when I lived in Houston. Therefore, I will continue to go to USA AUTO Service for my oil changes.

On Valentine’s Day last week, I went to USA Auto Service for a routine oil change. The cashier at the front desk was courteous and friendly. After my oil change, a mechanic took me to my car and said I needed a cooling service, which cost 130.00 because I had no fluid. I informed the mechanic that I didn't have time and would return after my trip. The mechanic replied, “ It will only take twenty minutes, plus you don’t want your car to overheat.” It seemed odd that they would say I had no fluid in my car because my car had not overheated, and within the last year, I had extensive work done to my car that included having all the hoses and radiator replaced and the gasket rebuilt.
I held firm and opted not to get the cooling service done. However, on my way to a clothing store, I stopped by Best Value Automotive since it was on the way to my destination. The owner checked my vehicle and detected no leaks. He said the cooling fluid was slightly low but did not warrant servicing. Lastly, the owner waited for my car to cool down to check the radiator, and he found that the fluid was full and green. I didn’t need any cooling service, and I was so glad I obtained a second opinion from a trusted and honest mechanic!
The owner told me next time they say you need any work done, you get it in writing, and I will check it out. The owner was visibly upset.
I will likely continue to get my oil changed at USA Car Service. However, I will never get any other work done after what they tried to pull on my recent visit. By law, mechanics must check a person's vehicle and make recommendations. However, I will not take their recommendations seriously and will go to my trustworthy mechanic to check out my car.
