Went in for a driveshaft and the price was good to where I got both differential drained and filled with new fluids. These guys stuck it out while we figured out several problems with our camper van. First problem we found out our tires were so out of round they couldn’t be balanced. Second problem, brand new drive shaft was also a bad part, took several times coming back to get it right. Works like a dream now! Working on older vehicles is always a chore especially camper vans. So thank you so much! Highly recommend!
Had a vibration issue with my G8GT. Brick quickly diagnosed the problem and dropped the car off on a Friday afternoon and a new custom aluminum shaft was installed and ready on Monday. Fast professional and reasonably priced service. Now my baby drives the way it should. Thanks guys!
I used Dan's for years. Always great service. Found their sticker on the jackshaft in my 75 highboy. Probably built in the 90s, still going strong. Back then, Karen and Shep helped me source the parts and gave me the advice i needed to rebuild this NP205. Google didnt really exist like this back then, so I'm giving em 5 stars now.
Definitely sad when you take a driveshaft to them and you only get one worded responses and then get told “ I wouldn’t of bought a car if I saw that on there “ instead of trying the fix the problem that was presented. Definitely recommend Adam’s Driveshaft, they squared me away.

I would definitely recommend Dan's Driveline to anyone. I own a 2007 Ford Shelby GT500 convertible that needed a clutch replacement. I failed to get any response from Bronco Barn to do the work for a month, then I was recommended to Dan's Driveline. It was the best recommendation I received. I got a qoute within the same day from Mark. He followed up with me when he said he would, before, during and after the whole process. Kept me informed without being prompted. They are definitely in my contact list for future work, including recommendations.

The price estimate ended up being lowered when I got the final bill. When does that ever happen? And they were helpful enough to send a driver to accompany me home so I could get back to get my rental car without taking a rideshare. Will definitely recommend Dan’s to others.
Dan's driveline installed a 3.08 ring and pinion set of gears in my 2011 Mustang GT. Immediately upon getting home after picking it up, I noticed differential fluid leaking. I crawled under the car, removed the plug for the fill hole and oil GUSHED out. Upon further investigation, they filled my differential TO THE TOP of the diff housing because the aftermarket diff cover had a port at the top for cooler connections. I would have thought this place would have seen aftermarket diff covers before. Upon calling them, they admitted to the mistake and said they mistakenly trusted a new employee to properly add the diff fluid. Fast forward 2 years and my pinion seal is leaking. Feeling helpless, and not wanting bad maintenance done on my car again I decided to tackle the job myself and put a different gear set in while fixing the leak. Upon disassembly the drive shaft bolts were ALL loose, the pinion nut was loose, there was RTV all over the pinion nut and pinion splines, the oil slinger was not installed, and it took an astronomical amount of force to remove the chunk from the diff housing. I have to say I was SHOCKED. A business specializing in drivelines made so many elementary mistakes and these mistakes were being caught by somebody doing the job for his FIRST time. Dan's driveline has highlighted the importance of the old adage "if you want something done right you have to do it yourself".
Great shop, was able to rebuild my front driveshaft for my Jeep in less than 2 days and charged a reasonable price.
Update 09/19/2024: Just had more work done. 2 new driveshafts and a rebuild of my rear axle. Dropped off on Tuesday, picked up on Thursday. Extremely pleased with the service and fair prices. Thanks!
These guys are the best. I was quoted over $1800 by Dr Auto to replace my drive shaft. Dans Driveline did the job for $654 & didn’t charge me for diagnostics. Job was clean & on time. You have a loyal customer in me, Dan’s Driveline
Came to Dan's back 20 years ago, My Dad used them a few times as well. My G80 on my 17' Duramax decided it's a full time locker. After calling a few shops who all said I need a new rear end, I hit up Dan's and get Ryan on the phone. Tells me to change the oil, do it. Doesn't fix it...but fluid looked great. Call back (I'm on the road), tells me to add Friction Modifier. With in 35 miles G80 unlocks. Rather than selling anything, works on the issue over the phone. Thats huge in my book! Soon as I get back I'll be putting a locker in the truck at Dan's. Thats customer service right there. Thank you Ryan.
I never believed that there was such a thing as a honest mechanic in Las Vegas but I have to say my experience with Dan's Driveline Repair was phenomenal outstanding job. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this shop. The estimate that he gave me versus the final cost was far below the original estimate. My experience today proved that there are still honest mechanic in the city. Also one thing that stood out was all of the customers in the shop were happy with the work and staff professionalism.
Two and a half years ago these guys made an aluminum driveshaft for my manual swapped 2009 Lincoln Town Car. Since then it's been all over the place, has done tons of track days and done thousands of miles towing other cars and the driveshaft has been holding up great. Definitely would go here again for any driveline needs
Recently had my clutch and cable replaced by Dan's Driveline and when I had an issue with the cable, they immediately made it right! Each member takes the time to talk with you and explain things treating you like a human being! These guys have been great for years and I will continue to come back again and again for this level of service and care!
Dans Driveline in my opinion is the type of shop you need to seek out. On time and under budget. They did not oversell anything we didnt need. Brick is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure doing business with him. Great job at a great price.
Great people to deal with. Competent. Fair prices. Takes a while to get in for repairs because they are such a good service center....but worth the wait because they are honest, competent mechanics. I've had numerous cars and trucks repaired over a 30 year time period....had an engine built...a few rearend gear changes, brakes serviced, transmission issues fixed, etc. I have absolutely NO regrets doing business here.
I'm so incredibly disappointed with Brick, the owner/manager of Dan's Driveline (he inherited the business from his uncle, who is Dan). I vetted the relationship with Brick for over a year, and spent over $10k with him. Sadly, that relation just ended, and let me tell you why. When I brought my vehicle to Brick, he quoted me $4500 for the work that needed to be done. When I arrived to pick it up, the invoice was $9,200. Not once did Brick tell me it would be more money. His reason was, "it took me more time because I had to do [this and that]." Brick knew I was undergoing cancer treatment at the time, which meant I had to ask my wife to use her credit card. She was not happy at all, but Brick said, "I'll just hold on to the vehicle until you can pay the bill." Honestly, I should have ended the relationship then and sued him. I would have won, but I decided to invest in the relationship. Well, a few months later the 4x4 shifter Brick installed melted. He installed it too close to the exhaust. I got stuck on the side of the road, with my family, on Mt. Charleston. Brick told me it was warranty work so I should bring it in and he will take care of it. After several months of waiting, finally, Brick said to bring it in. He said it would take an hour so I waited. 2.5 hours later, he texts me - does not even come up to the front to talk to me - that I have to pay for both his labor and the part. I texted him back, asking reasonably what about the warranty work, and he tells me it's not covered. He basically reinstalled it exactly the way it was in the first place - that failed. Then, in the most shocking display of childish behavior, Brick brings my vehicle back behind the gate, removes the part, tears up the invoice, and says, "take your vehicle someplace else." I really liked Brick so it pains me to have to sue him and tell this story, but what happened is inexcusable. So here we are. 1-star. You can't trust someone who charges, overcharges, and throws temper tantrums.
Stopping through town and needed a gnarly rumble on the RV checked out. Called Wednesday afternoon, spoke to Ryan, and were able to stop in Thursday morning for a test drive so he could diagnose if it was something needing fixed immediately or if we could make it to our destination before getting work done. He was honest, intelligent, and easy to talk to. Turns out we can keep moving without an immediate fix, but we decided we're stopping back through on our way home to get it fixed at this shop. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic at home, let alone on the road. But these guys at this shop seem legit.

This shop has earned my trust and my business it's hard to find a good honest shop I brought my jeep SRT8 in no time they had figured out what was wrong after I had been to other shops that couldn't figure out the problem even went to the dealership and I found dan's driveline online and right up front they have the best customer service good honest people kept me updated with the vehicle the whole time it was being worked on and was done at a great price anyone looking for an amazing shop this is where to go thank you Mark for taking amazing care of my vehicle and thank you Tim the Technician for the hard work and great quality.
