They took out my old battery and put in the new one right there in the parking lot. Nice guys. Payton's still learning so please be patient with him. I was so stressed that I snapped at him a few times. Poor guy. Not to worry, I apologized and tipped him. Excellent Customer Service. I highly recommend this store.

Best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store...I just want to say a huge thank you to ISAIAH, he helped me more than I could have ever imagined and was so kind and incredibly sweet about everything! Service from everyone was great! Bought a new alternator and it's great so far!. The ammount of kindness I received from everyone today was immeasurable. I couldn't explain how truly grateful I am for the above and beyond service today. Thank you again for all the help!

Never have parts in stock. Always have to go to the hub or its special order. I have better luck with NAPA.

If I could give zero I would. The district manager even refused to call back and help. Isaiah was the only helpful one but even then he stopped helping, probably cause the district manager refused to even follow up. Don’t come here unless you want to sold incorrect fluids.

Just left AutoZone. Taria was amazing! She was quick to assist me, brought me to what I needed, and then took care of it on the car. WOW! Great customer service by Taria. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Thank you, Taria! You made something I hate to do (car stuff) wonderful. Thank you!!

Manager Bobby is a hoot! Helped me get a new battery and they are military friendly. Great experience and will love to go back! *2024 now and still same great service. Fabian is an awesome associate and gave great customer service. Dude deserves a raise!

Went in to buy a thermostat wasn't exactly sure the one in needed so I asked for some assistance.Engin was awesome,great attitude I had no problem explaining the problem I was having .He helped me find the exact one I needed and also helped me get the best deal and quality. These folks are awesome! Destiny did a diagnosis on our van for free, then they made a few phone calls to find a mechanic for us! They sent us to Nava Auto Repair at 3545 Nellis who was also awesome!! We are back on the road!!! Thanks guys!!!!! <3

Came to Autozone looking for help with my check engine light. Needing to go to Los Angeles tomorrow and KIA was totally booked till October! Good thing I was sent to this Autozone. Destiny hopped right in checked the issue and assessed that all I needed was a new fuel cover! She was very knowledgeable helpful and pleasant! Best automotive customer service I have ever received! KUDOS to you Destiny ! Thank you for making my day!

Great staff! It says online they had the vp racing gas jugs. Im pretty blind when im looking for stuff in a store and the employee helped me out. They were all super nice. Had to even borrow a half inch ratchet to remove the cover for the gas jug

Roseanna was so helpful and knowledgeable, truck was intermittently overheating, swapped thermostat, and water pump, she said check reservoir cap, that's what it was, wish I had talked to her first ......thank you Roseanna and autozone

Tried to warranty return a product that keeps on breaking on me. Manager just want to be combative on the return/refund warranty policy. I just wanted to change a different product but they just dismissive on my request. Talk about grumpy.

My husband and I want to say a Very Big THANK YOU to Tony R and Nathan A for going out of their way to help us even after closing time. As we were headed out of town on an airplane when our truck broke down and we had to put it in a shop. Our son helped in doing this, as we live in St George Utah and was in Washington for a Wedding. We needed a new Alternator. Our son waited for the truck and then got it to the airport for us so when we landed our truck was ready so we could just head home. Well on our way it started having problems again we found Auto Zone at 4225 N Las Vegas Bl and needed a new battery. They checked our truck and the battery was dead. They were so kind, they even put it in for us, we were exhausted by this time. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

I would like to say that I have had another wonderful experience dealing with Miss Rosanna the manager of the AutoZone on Nellis and Las Vegas Boulevard today Miss Rosanna save me 40 bucks on fixing my air conditioning not only did she explain to me how to use the the equipment properly but she also gave me the proper suggestion on how much to buy. I went in to buy a $50 can of R134 but miss Rosanna suggested that I may only have needed a smaller can and that I might wanted to I might want to check my AC to see exactly what I need it and after being educated by Fernando on how to read my gauge I made an informed decision and I am a happy camper and so please to deal with the crew that run the Nellis and Las Vegas store they have been an asset to this company and a blessing to the neighborhood thank you AutoZone thank you Fernando and Miss Rosanna and your team

This location needs the highest praise possible. My new to me car had an unidentifiable hose break. I took lots of pictures in. Mike the 1st to assist was very polite and quickly sought another option as he wasn’t sure. The Manager Bobby very patient with my lack of knowing what I was going to fix. He didn’t immediately recognize the part in the picture he did know it had something to do with cooling. I have a few friends who work for VW and reached out to them. I learned the part is a secondary air pump and the hose wasn’t available and would cost $80-105. They suggested I go to AutoZone for a cheaper option and gave me the part number. I called AutoZone with the part number, Bobby answered very professionally with a very kind tone. I explained told him what the part was he instantly knew who I was. When I provided the part number there wasn’t any thing that matched that number or description. Bobby provided several ways to possibly get the part number that AutoZone would recognize even suggested to look for bypass hoses. I couldn’t find the part anywhere. The idea hit me BYPASS. I went into the store with one of the connectors. I will use a hose and clamps to create a BYPASS from one side to the other. Mike again 1st to greet me was happy to assist he went to the back and a few minutes later came back stating the closest hose he didn’t think was big enough. I asked if they sold just the connectors and showed a picture of the connectors alone. Jesus offered his expertise on providing the size of the connector and none were available, he then asked Mike what was wrong with the largest size Mike let him know it would be a very tight squeeze. Jesus stated that was exactly what I needed. I spent a little over $7 and with a few dirty nails My Car is fix and NO MORE check engine light. These guys deserve to be recognized and given a raise. They didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary because I was a female and wasn’t sure what I needed.

My husband picked up a part on Sunday for our car, took it back Monday (right box-Wrong part), tried to do an exchange for the right part and instead they said they had to put the money back on the card and we had to pay for the item again. I have worked as a cashier/customer service and know that if a person pays with a debit card that they are to be given the option of cash back or putting it back on the card, which my husband was not given. Bottom line, they got paid twice for same part (cleared bank) and we still have not gotten our refund as said (2 to 3 days).

What a nice experience, I have shipped a lot at AutoZone and have never received the excellent level of service that I got today. Jesus and Jimmy were extremely helpful and even carted my parts to my truck and loaded it for me. Thanks Jimmy.

This place has always had great customer service but had to write a review after what they did for me the other day. I was having trouble with my car starting and I thought the battery was screwing up even though it was only a year old I took it here to get tested and to warranty it out but they have to confirm that it is bad to use the warranty however, the tester at this location was broken so they were not able to confirm it and since they couldn't they still gave me a new battery. Ended up not being the battery and something as easy as loose dirty terminals but they still did a great job
