“All In” is unfortunately contracted through our HOA. They attempted to STEAL my husband’s car on two different occasions: the first at 11:30pm and the second at 3:30am several weeks later, both times because the car “didn’t have a parking permit.” It did. Both times. I attempted to reach out to both our HOA and “All In” after the warning stickers were placed on the car with zero assistance from either one. Running out in our pajamas with our car halfway down the street to be told “I couldn’t see the permit” isn’t a good enough justification for you to be stealing my car, especially when your trucks are out trolling IN THE DARK in the literal middle of the night. These people do everything under the cover of darkness—it isn’t hard to imagine why. The permit was visible, attached to our private property and parked in front of our private property. Absolutely abhorrent that our HOA has chosen to contract with such a predatory company.

Based on these reviews it is clear that this place does not foster a single ounce of professionalism. I can now confirm from my experience too. Our car got towed before we even hit the 30 minute mark. And thats not all they towed our car that had our pet birds inside. These amateurs didn’t think to check first thing for anyone or anything inside the car. Not only that but the uber who picked us up has spoken of this specific places scam ring. They have a guy walking around the parking lot waiting for people to leave their car and immediately make a call to tow regardless of the time constraint. (This is further confirmed by additional reviews below mine). When we confronted our situation their response was, “Oh, I didn’t know there were birds inside.” Gee maybe try checking for people or pets inside next time before stealing people’s cars! Additionally, the guy who towed our car had the gull to admit, “I have towed a car with a dog in it before.” Um what? This does not help your work place’s reputation a single bit. Such mediocrity and idiocy. Also this place targets tourists. I felt so terrible seeing families look for their lost cars knowing that it got towed by this unprofessional “company”. How are they supposed to get back home?! My family asked to refute the payment. We also made a statement about how they do “business” and how it’s extremely unfair and unprofessional. Dare I say unlawful. The boy up front responded, “Well, they have money to pay since their on vacation right?” Such DISGUSTING behavior and ZERO respect for hard working people. In the end we had to pay $360 to get our car back. Once we got our car out of the lot the boy up front just laughed as we left. It is clear that this place and its “workers” have no definitive meaning of professionalism. Nothing but a bunch of
fools and cowards.
*P.S. Don’t bother replying to this if you’re simply going to use ( AI ) artificial intelligence to respond to reviews. It’s truly pitiful and embarrassing how no one at this work place has a single ounce of brain power to actually take the time and construct a REAL human response to feedback. Yes, I did go there and scanned your “company’s” responses. Low and behold it scanned for 85-100% AI; and thats just one of them. Try making it a LOT less obvious next time.
With that being said, I would like to finish this review off with a quote: “It is so bad I want to give you a 0, but thats not possible. So I give you a one.” -Tyra BanksJan 04, 2026 -
My HOA centennial cottages hired them to do the towing in our community. They're horrible if you call them. They won't even show up. This is day three vehicle still here blocking my driveway.

DISGUSTING HOW YOU TREAT YOUR VETERANS. On my wife’s birthday we went to go Christmas shopping at Ross and walk around after that with our 2 month old son, and when we came back our car was gone. They have a third company of cowards who hide in their cars to call this company and steal their cars only to make them pay 349 dollars to get it out. They also left scratches on our rims and when I had confronted the guy he said they weren’t going to pay for it. I had just came back from my deployment to see the birth of my son too and this is the thanks I get. When he asked for my ID and saw that I was military he didn’t even have the fortitude to look me in my eyes after that because he knew that what they do is theft from the everyday hard working taxpayer. My son’s car seat was also in the car and when we got picked up we had to hold him in our arms putting him at risk of harm if we had gotten in an accident. You guys are delinquent thieves. DO BETTER.

On Black Friday night I was shopping at the mall by Ross and Dennys on the strip and after I left Denny's I found out my car was illegally towed by this company. Then I was forced to pay $360 to get my car back from this disgusting band of thieves. Me along with 2 other gentlemen were all robbed and we tried contacting police for hours but they refused us services to even see what really happened. We have receipts and camera footage but they don't care because this is all a scam to steal from normal working people.

phone support seems reasonable except for the 1 guy i asked how much my car costs to get out, if there's a fee for them to bring it back , and he neglected or chose to not tell that there's a $47 day fee for the car to be impounded w them

If I could rate this place is zero I would. Got my car towed from Echo 1055 on 9/18. When I picked it up the next day, the back right tire had a nearly 10-inch gash and the tire pressure light was on. I drove from Centennial Hills to Echo 1055 with zero issues, so the damage clearly happened while it under was in their possession. Called their office and was told to come all the way there from Centennial Hills to file an appeal. Filed an appeal weeks ago, nearly a month ago and got no response. Completely negligent and unprofessional. Check your car before leaving this place.

Takes cars from HOA that only have expired registration. Losses money with cases for breaking NRS 706.4477. Still decides to tow my car again and lose even more money and just waste everyone's time. People are terrible only want money and ruin peoples days.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with All In Towing in Las Vegas, NV, and feel compelled to share my concerns to inform others. My vehicle was towed, and while I understand towing is sometimes necessary, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable.
I called the company politely to inquire about the address, the total cost, and the reason for the tow. I clearly stated we would be on our way, maintaining a respectful tone throughout the call.
When we arrived at the facility, I asked for a breakdown of the charge. Levi, the supervisor, refused to provide the information and said he wouldn’t provide it until after I paid. (NRS 706.4477 requires tow operators to provide clear information about charges, with rates filed with the Nevada Transportation Authority (NTA)). Without understanding the breakdown, I still gave him my card to be charged. I was then told to stand outside of the gated area (which I complied). He then accused us of having an “attitude” on the phone, which was entirely untrue, and used this as a justification to refused to help us further at the front desk. This interaction was recorded, and I was shocked by his confrontational demeanor. Thankfully, a driver stepped in to assist us and recollected payment, as Levi’s refusal to help left us stranded at the counter. The driver explained using a chart posted inside a gated area -which Levi did not direct us to, and you cannot see it from where I was forced to stand- which forces you to make an uninformed decision to pay.
I was troubled by the lack of transparency regarding the fees. Levi refused to provide a breakdown of the charges until after I handed over my payment card, raises questions about the company’s practices and it felt coercive and unprofessional. Furthermore, we were charged an “after-hours” fee despite the company’s website stating they operate 24/7. This discrepancy is concerning and seems like an unjustified additional cost.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and questionable billing practices made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I strongly recommend potential customers exercise caution when dealing with Levi and this company. I am considering disputing the after-hours fee with my bank and reporting the incident to the Nevada Department of Business and the BBB to ensure such practices are addressed.Jul 05, 2025 -
One of our fleet trucks needed to be towed in. It was during rush hour on the freeway. We reached out to All In Towing , and they were very prompt with answering , and arrived earlier than they promised which was excellent. The pricing for the service was reasonable, and they will be our first call when needed again.

Absolutely the worst, scan artist and a bunch of liars. They’re just hungry for money, charging $400 to tow a car when people were shopping on the property the parking belongs to. Worst of the worst

If I could give this place no stars I would. We came into town for a wedding and we went across the street from the parking lot to look around and circle back to shopping at Ross. (Had already shopped at the one on the strip) and when we got back to our car it was towed. I have a picture of the time we got there and it was 12:05. On our receipt for this company they were “called” by 12:08. There’s 100% people sitting in there cars waiting call. We witnessed it when we were looking for our car. When I called to figure out the location she wouldn’t give me the address and I had to keep asking her. She only wanted to give me the numbers and no street??? The website says open 24hours but we got charged an additional $71 for an after hour fee. Doesn’t add up. When we called to dispute they told us we were parked in a non parking zone, which is not the case. It’s a parking lot. We were not parked in a no parking zone!
By far the worst customer service and they charge more for this than if someone needs a flat bed called out. Ridiculous scamming.Jun 23, 2025 -
Edit: Update after following up with my neighbor. According to him, the repo guy hit his Subaru Outback with my car when pulling it from the spot. So not only could the amateur not figure out how to unlock the car to turn the wheels, he also managed to scrape another car in his haste. 10/10 Hilarious service. Wouldn't rely on them for anything delicate but definitely worth the money spent on entertainment value alone.
Original Review:
Aside from being over priced and constantly pushing you to bribe them under the table, they're like any other Vegas repo company. Spineless, love exploiting old women. They'll tell you to pay in cash if you don't have your title (and they'll refuse to look at the title or vehicle registration linked your NVDMV account) in an "effort to help you out" i.e they're taking the money off the books to exploit an elderly woman trying to get her car back.
That said, money well spent seeing the repo pull our land-yacht out with the front wheels turned right & fully locked. Poor guy couldn't figure out how to unlock a car from the 70s or how to unlock the steering wheel to straighten the wheels so they could tow it straight. These guys pulled a 2 tonne land yacht with the front wheels steered right for 4 miles.
I applaud the amateur that took the challenge, but if you don't like towing cars with quick disconnect steering wheels then don't steal old cars with anti-theft devices
Man! The money I would've spent to watch your tow guy struggle to keep the truck straight for the full 4 miles
Complete amateurs ran by wannabe mob bosses but seeing them struggle is well worth the price of admissionJun 15, 2025 -
All in towing company had no authorization to tow my truck from here. they did it illegally. Property Manager removed all the tow company signs. there's no towing company that services our apartments! They have to alert HOA that then puts a warning sticker on the car. If the car owner does not comply the car can be towed but not by this towing company because they don't even have a contract here!!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. We live in a gated community and our property manager gave us the green light for our daughter to park on the street next to our house. We did everything we were supposed to, had her vehicle added etc. and this company came and towed the car anyways. The property management had no idea how this could've happened. The HOA had been contacted in April and we were supposed to be "good to go". Then I woke up to the car being gone, so I called them and not only were they absolutely uncooperative, the guy yelled at me once I told him this was an illegal tow and I was going to file a police report. I actually did a lot of research on this and found out this was theft because my daughter is added to the lease and so was her car and she was authorized to park there. I told him I'd contact the police and he went absolutely off on me over the phone. No respect, no customer service skills and absolutely illegal business practices. They literally drive around the neighborhood just to tow vehicles. And they lie through their teeth, because nobody from the HOA reported the car, neither did the property management. They "patrol" around the neighborhood and tow vehicles, even authorized ones.
When we tried to pick it up (our HOA had paid the fee, because we did nothing wrong) they tried to charge us again even though it had already been paid for. I was just about to call the property manager when the guy came out and claimed he hadn't been aware of the paid fee, which goes to show that they have no working system or ethical business practices. We ended up getting the car back, thankfully, but they also tried charging us more than the fee was to begin with. They will probably respond trying to blame us or the HOA, because they won't take accountability. I will definitely be filing a complaint and find neighbors who had been victims of this company and we will recommend that our HOA stops giving them access to our neighborhood, so they won't be able to scam anyone else.
Edited to update the review after the company responded:
For the specific neighborhood I live in, stickers are being put on cars with warnings that their vehicles are in violation. My daughter's car was next to my house 3 days when it was towed, no warning sticker was ever applied. Additionally, I reached out to my property manager and was informed that all we needed to do was add her to the lease and add her vehicle which had been done three days prior to her arriving. The tow was illegal and it doesn't matter how much they are trying to blame anyone but themselves, they did not acknowledge when we called and calmly tried to explain we weren't in violation. It's also pretty odd that my daughter's vehicle isn't the only one parked there but it was the only one towed!
Also, make sure you take a picture of the paperwork you sign, because they won't give you a copy of it, nor will they provide an invoice after the fact. And that's what you need to file a complaintJun 03, 2025 -
These people are thieves and definitely are engaging in scamming and predatory behaviors my car did not have a registration on it however I did have the legal registration in the car they code it illegally with no knowledge of whether or not the car was actually registered and then charge $350 something dollars for an overnight visit

These guys saved my night. I was stucked since 11pm in a parking lot because my car was sputtering and not starting, by 2am, after trying everything my phone battery died so I was unable to call anyone and decided to go home and had to left my car stranded. Long story short, found these people on Google later that same night, call them, and a guy called Chris went to my house to pick me up and take me to my car to unlock it, for free, and tow my car back to home in less than 45 minutes. Good price, good service, nice people and quick job, I'll definitely count on them again

I parked in the Silver City Plaza, ate at Denny’s (which is in the plaza) and walked outside to a missing car. The spotter got this one wrong. I never left the plaza. I was parked legally. This is beyond unethical, it's criminal. I have received no reply from the company.

Absolutely horrible people, terrible company. They like to go around taking cars that are parked legally!! Collage kids don’t have money to be dealing with having their cars towed for no reason. Hope this company gets what it deserves.

The customer service is extremely unprofessional I went there before to check on my friend's vehicle as a interpretator. Super disrespectful to the point where fist the cups were happening and they were spitting on my car recorded the whole situation went to the better Business bureau and put report these places should not exist

Make sure you pay the towing fee with a strong credit card, so you can dispute the charge and get the money back afterwards.
They don't allow you to pay with Amex, but other banks have good credit card too. I successfully disputed the charges and got my money back, what a waste of time.Apr 23, 2025 -
This company is so great tow truck driver Steve was amazing and so kind and very dependable and fast. He got me and my truck home quick and safe... Thanks appreciate it..

I'm sorry but using spotters and predatory towing is trifling ...it may be legal but its immoral and unethical... taking advantage of places where there's a lack of parking and then over charging people to get their cars out of the tow yard pretty much charging any price y'all please and no I don't wanna hear that y'all don't do it because YEA YALL DO . don't bother responding . And all of these people are not lying on y'all in these reviews not at all

Went to shop in Ross made the unfortunate mistake to walk across the street to check on parking at another lot before I went shopping in Ross store. Saw there was proper parking, so went back across street to do my shopping at Ross and they towed my rental car while I was shopping. Definitely filed a complaint with the proper authorities. Got my receipt for both shopping and tow charge. Went back to Ross and found out that there are people who sit in cars and wait to call tow service ASAP. Major scam!
I am responding again for Sabrina... Get in contact with the Nevada Transportation Authority and make a complaint. I have been in the process of getting some answers since 3/7/25. The transport authority will email you and keep you posted on their progress. I hope for my sake and many others that this is something remedied. What they're doing to people is not right. So sorry!Mar 27, 2025 -
Hello I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much !! I was referred by Paola and Steve was my driver ; they were very helpful with my tow very simple and easy didn’t give me any trouble at all excellent towing company and very professional!!

I had a very frustrating experience with this towing company and believe I have been scammed. Their practices feel unfair and questionable. My car was towed, and when I inquired about it, I was told that property management had called them but property management said they had nothing to do with the situation and it was their first time hearing about it. When I asked for evidence from the towing company, the manager refused to give me any documentation I’m legally entitled to. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and my concerns were ignored. I hope the Nevada Towing Authority looks into their practices. I would not recommend this company!!!
I’m leaving a follow-up review because All in Towing is now trying to present a professional front in response to my original comments. If no one called to request a tow, that indicates the truck was actively patrolling privately owned property, which raises concerns. When I went in person to request documentation and evidence regarding the tow, the employee at the front desk told me, “I can’t give you that. My manager won’t allow it.” I followed up with a phone call about an hour later, only to have the manager respond with, “Do your eyes not work?” DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Mar 25, 2025 -
They're on top of their game. Towed my rental as quickly as possible. Such a cool business model. To be their customer is such a privilege to me and makes me proud. Payed in cash for the 3% discount. Until next time, because they're coming for you.

They towed my truck from my own house with current registration and legally parked and then are charging my 400 dollars to pick it up, what utter horse crap.
Edit, your service is bad because you scratched my truck and the Subaru for the couple in front of me in line and I won’t call theft and extortion professional. Enjoy your well deserved 1 start.Dec 06, 2024 -
I thought this was a Tow Company like most, but I have to truly apologize, these People are GREAT! They go the extra mile to help and only doing Their Job, but in a very helpful and extraordinary way. Thank You for all of Your help and for having courteous Drivers.
