Brought my car here for an AC fix after it died on me (in the middle of summer, of all times). The staff and service were exceptional and the pricing was more than fair. Highly recommended!
2 stars because they had my car for like 2weeks while I’m stranded in Vegas and they charged me 1000$ when I got it back just so I can go to another mechanic shop and try to get the problem fixed that yall didn’t fix

Expressed concern with my car. Lied over phone that they could help. Can not figure out problem per no check engine light. Office smells like sewage. Car owner beware.
UPDATE: TONY’S SPOILED US:
We moved from the Vegas valley a year and a half ago and have yet to find a new shop we are totally comfortable with. Tony and Jennifer always treated us with premium service and set the bar high. So when I was in town and needed the parking brake looked at, I headed straight to Tony’s!

I was en route from California to Michigan and I needed to get my car tuned up. They got me in same-day and put in new brakes, a new headlight and an oil change. They are definitely a staple in the Las Vegas community, and it’s no wonder they are so popular. Family-owned and operated. I've lived here for 25 years, and I am so glad I was referred to Tony and his daughter Jennifer several years ago. They are honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and do the job right. This is definitely the place for your car!
Our van was giving trouble after reaching Vegas and we took it there. They checked it out and after keeping it there for a day and it worked fine. Did not charge me a dime.
This is when many shops asked us $150 just to have it looked at.

We were from out of town on a road trip, and the car started giving us grief in the middle of Utah. We had to just google local shops, which is always nerve racking, especially walking in knowing we needed the car to get home.
They were delightful, right from the first call. Fixed the issue and another that might have fried the car if they didn't notice it. They had us back on the road within a few hours with no appointment. Reasonable priced, and the delightful mechanic/desk wizard both let us know what was up and was so welcoming that the anxiety of the situation vanished. The repair was reasonable, and their hourly fees were posted, the pricing was very transparent.
It is nice knowing I have a place to go on those long stretches freeway out west.
Took my SUV here to get my shifter cable repaired. They were thorough and met the time they said it would be ready. Jennifer was very nice and I know she does a great job running that place. The customer service was so good, I used them again for another repair. The peace of mind I got from the excellent work makes it a terrific value for me!! I will definitely be back.
Sadly I do not recommend. Took my Fiat here on a family recommendation. They kept it there 30+ days and literally never touched it. I was patient because it’s not my primary car but after 30 days with no update, I finally called. She did admit which I appreciate, that they had a lot going on and just hadn’t had time to look at it yet, but that she was pretty sure it was my engine and that it would cost me $6k at a minimum to fix. This didn’t sit right with me because my car’s a 2016 with 72k miles, and Fiats are not known for engine failure. Needless to say I towed it away from them and had someone else look at it. 2nd opinion looked at it immediately & told me my starter was stuck, and my battery was dead & that I needed an oil change. That’s it. Got a new battery, oil change, and a quick repair to the starter all same day. Car is now running no problem. Tony’s auto shop clearly did not look at my car, & if I didn’t get a 2nd opinion I would have potentially paid $6k for a new engine for nothing. Also worth noting that for the 30 days they had my car they just kind of moved it back and forth out of their shop with no real regard for my car’s cleanliness or anything. My car inside and out - especially my white steering wheel is trashed with oily handprints. Will never go back personally, but wish them well.
These guys are freakin awesome! I literally could not put my car in park and couldn't fix it myself after trying and they took care of me the next morning no appointment. I like how they did buisness and were so honest I decided to do my water pump with them. So thankful they fit me in, they are reasonable with pricing and Jennifer is an amazing person to speak to! She took care of all my fears and I would definitely come back here even for a simple oil change. Thank you guys!
DO NOT COME HERE! Worst car shop ever. These people scratched my car and bust in my engine cover upon return of the vehicle. When I noticed that it was cracked and called to resolve, they said "we just forgot to tell you. It's not an important piece though. It just protects the electrical from what etc." That sounds important to me. Also, added extra charges that they claim the warranty company wouldn't cover, but they never called and asked the warranty company. And then tried to a t like they didn't leave a big scratch on my hood when changing my engine. I just got the car a few months back...like be for real and take accountability. STAY AWAY!
I have found my new mechanic! I towed my car there around 12pm and by 530ish that day it was done. Jennifer called me throughout the day keeping me informed and giving me options and good prices. She is amazing!
My car broke down on the way home from Vegas to Calif and I had no idea where I was having it towed. A family friend text me the address to Tony's and what a Godsend that text message was! Since my car was dropped off at midnight I made sure upon opening to contact the shop. From the very minute I called, I couldn't have been more impressed. Jennifer was so very kind, professional, knowledgeable and comfort being I was in a situation of total unknown. I cannot express what a gift it was finding Tony's. What started out as a complete nightmare, proved there is positive to be found in dire circumstances. I cannot thank all at Tony's enough for getting my car fixed, and doing so very quickly! Now when I need work done on my car, I will have to be heading to Vegas so I can take it to a SUPERB shop! Thank you all at Tony's!!!!!!
One of the best in town! Family owned and operated, you'll regularly see Tony in the shop, along with his son whoight work on your car personally. His daughter Jen that runs the front is amazing and has gone above and beyond to order parts and get thing done quickly. I've been going to them for years and haven't ever had a bad experience. They can be super busy but that's a testament to their service.
Man where do we even begin!? This has to be one of the top ten shops to take your car in Vegas period. They are so good and professional thank God we live down the street and found them first! I have a background in Automotive but living in an apartment complex and not having lifts and air tools makes a huge difference believe me, let alone the down time for our vehicle. Never a problem at Tony's, Jennifer is amazing and knows just as much and probably a lot more than most people give even themselves credit for. Super friendly and more than fair pricing with honest quotes and recommended repairs. Best part is even on a busy day you can expect your vehicle to be taken care of promptly and not sitting in a yard for weeks waitng for "parts". This company takes pride in their work and it shows everytime. Have questions? They will happily explain whats going on and give you options going forward instead of trying to apply pressure to make an extra buck and thats what brings us back everytime! 10/10 stars!
So about 6 months ago the dealership that I used to go to told me that my brakes were down to about 3 mm. The dealership was finally Kia. They told me my brake pads were going to need to be changed sooner rather than later because they were down to 3 mm. A friend of mine told me about Tony's and I went to Tony's to get a coolant flush and change and an oil change and then I went back to get my brakes done today.
So I get there when they open and I sit there for about 2 hours and then Jen calls me up to the counter and says this is what you owe us for the oil change but there's nothing wrong with your brakes your brakes are good for another two to three years you're in the green there's nothing wrong with your brakes at all they're literally brand new. My car is a manual transmission so I do a lot of downshifting but what I really appreciate it was the fact that they were so honest. I will never go back to the dealership I'll go to Tony's they could have charged me for the brakes but they didn't they t I would recommend Tony's to!!!old me the truth the brakes are still good my car h.as 76,000 miles on it and the brakes are still good.
In a town full of crooks Tony's is the oasis in this desert. Upon inspecting our vehicle (needed an a/c system replacement) we were charged a very fair and reasonable price, but it wasn't only the price. Jennifer took the time to explain to us what we needed to have repaired/replaced, and why. This is the first time I have ever left the mechanic knowing that I had quality work done that was above my expectations, and there was not a place I could have paid less!
On our way home my radiator cracked and started leaking pretty badly. I needed it fixed ASAP. I called several shops and none of them could fix it same day. Jennifer said they COULD and they DID at a fair price.....inspite of being busy...no excuses. Job well done....Thank You..Tony's Auto Repair!!
This is an excellent repair shop. Never have any issues with the men here. They help and do not just say do this do that, but really let you know what is needed. Fantastic auto repair!!
