I have been so many auto repair shops for my commercial vehicles and personal cars in Las Vegas, but this place is the best ever. Carlos is very professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. He exactly shows you what he did, what he changed and what he repaired. He is transparently honest and sincere always. Many auto repair shops play dirty tricks on your bill or your vehicle. Maybe you have been ripped off or repaired the same parts in a short time again after you repaired. This auto shop, Vegas Auto, the owner, Carlos is real. You can save your money, time and energy. Also, you don't have to be stressed. I highly recommend you to go to this place for your vehicle.
At first, the owner Carlos and repair mechanic seemed sincere but after taking my car for the exact same issue and incurring new charges each time, I became quite skeptical. Eventually the issued was repaired after over $1,800 spent. Soon I had a new issue within a week and had to return for another cost. My daughter who also used their service noticed an increase in visits and we decided to discontinue our relationship. She had a major repair and within days her air went out. When we took it back, I was quite upset and said I'd take it elsewhere as they wanted $680. Magically the air started working while it was there. Neither of us returned nor have had any issues in about 11 months at all with both vehicles. Take what you want from this, but I do not trust them. In total for 2 cars, we spent over $4K in less than 5 months on mysterious issues.
My girlfriend and I brought our suv to this shop after BMW tried to scam us out of $2,400+.. we are extremely happy that we found this shop as the owner is honest, humble, and very professional! I will be recommending this shop to anyone who needs their car repaired.
The only place I take my Mercedes SL550. Just had to change my radiator and my power steering pump. The work was done perfectly, rapidly, and at an amazing price! Thank you Carlos!

Not only did he tell what needed to be done, he took time to show me what I needed and the brand new parts I paid for. He broke down the cost, which by far was great considering what I researched. Is there an award for the best / most honest auto repair shop in the state? My old Chevy Tahoe broke down as soon as I arrived in Vegas and Carlos was able to replace my fuel pump the same day for $400 less than it would have cost in San Diego! INCREDIBLY HONEST! Thank goodness my friend highly recommended this incredible car repair shop! I went to 3 different places including the Ford dealership to get quotes on repairing my water pump that cracked on my 2018 Ford Explorer. Everywhere I went quoted me around $4,000 to $6,000 to repair the issue.

Had a power steering hose fail, I called early and they got me in same day, dropped it off at 10am, and finished the repair by 4pm. Price was what I was quoted and fair for the job. Highly recommend.

Quality care and repair. Carlos is the most congenial and honest mechanic with credentials to back up his work. Hard to find mechanics that specialize in European autos that are reasonable and personable and treat you like they actually care about your car problems and upgrades. Nothing pretentious about this business just real solid mechanic work right here in Vegas. A rare find for sure. I highly recommend him. He takes care of my Mercedes no matter how small or large the issue.

My first experience with Vegas Auto Repair was great! I left my car to have the ac checked out. He quoted me the price to replace the blower motor (which was fair) but I would need to save up. He offered to at least clean it out and there’s a chance it would be work but no guarantee on for how long I like that he offered a temporarily solution. It did work for over a month but now it’s time to get it fix and I am definitely going back to him for it. Thank you, Carlos!

Carlos is by far one of the best mechanics you can meet in Las Vegas. He's extremely honest and gets work done quickly in a very professional manner.
