Went in to get diagnostics done on my camaro. Couldnt find what was wrong on the first day and they told us to bring it back the next so they could thoroughly go through it. I appreciated that they went above and beyond to find what was wrong with my car. The mechanic and service guy who did our invoice was very nice and explained everything to me and have me options to fix what was wrong with the car. I have not seen another mechanic as kind and helpful. Thank you so much for your help! See you soon. Will be recommending and bringing back my car here from now on!
DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! I went in because I saw on their building, “free break check.” I thought okay cool, it should be an in and out, simple quoted price and then make my decision based on the pricing they give me. I WAS WRONG! I sat there and watched them drive my car off the lot, they came right back within 10 minutes. The “manager” asked me, “does my steering wheel shake going at a certain speed?” I said, “yes going up to 70 miles my steering wheel shakes when I break.” He went back and I looked out the window and there goes my car AGAIN OFF THE LOT. I have a 2020 Hyundai so my car has smart technology in it. I have an app where I can track my car. 10 minutes goes by 20 minutes goes by 30 minutes go by and my car is still not back. I am getting worried so I decide to open my app to check where my car is at and it is going down the I 15 south. I went up to the “manager” and I asked, “why is my car on the freeway?” He explained to me, “ that is how we test to see if it’s your rotors and brake pads that need to be replaced.” As a customer they should have disclosed to me that they needed to take my car on the freeway to do the test. I explained to him, “as a customer you should’ve disclosed to me that your guy was going to take my car out on the freeway to do the test not just have me surprised when I’m tracking my car on my app that my car is on the freeway.” I also explained to him, “why does someone need to be in the passenger seat as the only person that needs to run the test is the person driving the car.” He explained to me, “that is how we run the test.” I personally do not feel that it takes two people to run a test on checking brake pads and rotors. It takes the driver to know if there’s something wrong. I feel that they took my car out on a joyride and tried to scam me and tell me it would be $514 to fix my brake pads and rotors. They wasted two hours of my time doing a test. It did not feel like a test. It was a joyride because I have a nice car. DO NOT COME HERE!
Got my oil changed and all fluids with smog for $200 and *FREE TIRE ROTATION* worked out a deal and they also showed me my car as I've never been under there before! Great experience and great customer service! Highly recommend
Came in looking for a break light fix , Luis and cloud had some awesome showmanship. Soo much so that I ended up paying a great price for a few other fixes I needed.
You don't find generous people like Luis, the manager, went out of his way to help us. He is a really friendly and reputable guy! Everyone should get their vehicle serviced by him because he actually wants to help all his customers to the best of his knowledge. I wish I could give no stars. This business is abusive and deceptive. Went in for a SMOG CHECK only and the technician, decided I need a coolant tank and a new reservoir. I never asked for my car to be inspected. This shop really is the epitome of cheating abusive mechanics. I now feel like I have to take my car to a mechanic to ensure they didn’t do anything shady to my suv, because my ac was working fine and now it’s blowing hot mind you I went in for a SMOG check.
Do not come here. I came in for a simple smog and they took the liberty to do an inspection and say I needed to change it right away or else my smog would fail. Wanted me to sign up for their credit card and quoted me over 900$ for something I didn’t ask them to do. Get your smog done at Uber Smog instead so that you don’t waste your time!
I went in for a $9.99 smog check and about 20 minutes later Luis called me to the back and told me that I passed smog with flying colors and then added "but just barely." How does that even make sense?
He said all of my fluids needed to be drained and refilled, including the transmission which was listed on the estimate twice. Once in its own section and once in the bundle of fluids to be drained and filled. There were also 2 air filters and 2 gaskets that he wasted to replace. He said my oil was low and an oil change was listed in the bundle. He would take a couple hundred off of the $1,200 estimate I was given if I agreed to have the work done right then. I never have auto work done on the spot, especially after a high pressure sales pitch. I said 'no thank you' and I went back in to pay for my smog test.
My car was waiting in front when I finished. I drove straight to Walmart to get oil to top off with. Thankfully Walmart was close by. When I checked the dipstick it was dry. I checked again, dry. Now, there are no oil stains in my parking space at home and barely any oil stains around the engine and my car had been running normal with no engine lights and the computer showed no codes. I have an OBD II code reader and I checked. It's been 3 days since I added the 4+ quarts of oil and my car has not lost a drop.
Conclusion: Luis drained my oil then let me drive off that way. I noticed I am not the only reviewer that he did this to.
USA Auto and Luis's blatant disregard for customer safety in pursuit of profit is reprehensible and potentially dangerous.
I had a great experience at this auto shop—twice now! The first time I visited, I came in with a coupon to get my brakes done. I was greeted by two very pleasant ladies at the front desk, and the service was fast, efficient, and much more affordable than the dealership.
My second visit was for a check engine light issue. This time, I was greeted by the manager, Luis, who was incredibly upbeat, attentive, and helpful. He explained my options clearly and offered a much lower rate than I would’ve paid at a dealership. He truly went above and beyond.
They offer a wide range of services—from oil changes and brake work to diagnosing check engine lights—and they’re honest, reliable, and friendly. I especially recommend them to the Spanish-speaking community, as they’re very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Thank you again for your help, Luis!
Terrible service. Only needed a smog check. Left a half hour later with no smog check because they had to calibrate the machine. Also tried to sell us a bunch of other services. I didn’t stay long enough to become a customer. Waste of time and money.
I brought the car around 8am, it was supposed to be ready for 10am but they only finished at 2:15pm. I thought I would make some savings to go to that place but instead they ruined the half of my work day.
They are extremely overpriced went to get my speed sensor on my transmission replaced and they tried to get me for 300 dollars and 2.5 hours to put it on even though its held on by 1 10mm bolt(and even when I alr had the part) ended up doing it myself in 2 hours with very little mechanical experience
Along with another story of a friend having a small leak under their car, bringing it to them, charging them 500 dollars and telling them to go test out the car at 65 mph(luckily they didnt) and this is what they came home to after a couple hours of it sitting overall untrustworthy work with crazy prices.

My automobile was serviced at 5835 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103. After my automobile was serviced at this location I had numerous problems. They billed me for performing an oil change. They never did. They didn't even change the filter. I repeatedly contacted them regarding the building now a new problem have arrived was what they stated that they replaced and charged me for I reached out today to contact them. A woman named Georgie, who stated she was a manager and was very rude and disrespectful when I proceeded to explain to her why I was calling she said why did you wait this long and refused to allow me to finish? She said I don't have time for this. I'm getting ready to close and give me to someone else who barely spoke English. I asked her repeatedly for a district manager she refused. I provided her with my information she looked me up and still was not pleasant when she came back to the phone a second time, I'm asking someone to reach out to me regarding my vehicle.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!! They claimed I needed $68,000 worth of work on my car. They drained the oil in my car for an oil change, but when I declined the rest of the work they gave me my car back. I drove it home. Decided to have it towed to another place for repairs. That's when I found out they had drained the oil before giving it back to me with NO oil!!
Do not even step in to this place. I am not the type of person to give bad reviews but this place is a rip off they charged me $300 for installing a compressor when all they did was replace a wire. 3 days after, the Ac wasn't working again. Took that car back and guess what they gave me a bigger quote lol 4k.
Grossly overpriced our repair. More expensive than our dealership believe it or not. We had an oil change done there and the mech forgot to put new oil in it. Luckily we live a few houses down. Customers be warned.
I showed up unannounced with my truck and travel trailer on tow in desperate need of getting my 4 wheel bearing re greased so I could continue on with our journey towards Utah and then back up home to Canada
They were busy when I showed up and I explained to Chuck (service manager) what my issue was and he promptly asked Pablo (service tech) and his helper (don’t recall his name) to come outside right away and look after me
With in 10 minutes of arriving they had me regreased and on my way. No questions asked just incredible caring prompt service. Not to mention it was approx 95 degrees out and they didn’t leave me stranded.
Now that is 2000% customer care which turned in to customer satisfaction!!!

Walked in for a oil change, they induced me to spend 100$ more for an apparent oil flush and conditioning that I needed cuz my oil came out dirty? “found” a bunch of problems with the car, said the oil was leaking but there’s no stains where I park the car regularly. the oil they added doesn’t come in bottles, it came from a reservoir out in the back, no brand, when asked about it he said “it’s because we order 30.000$ of oil every week so we buy in bulk. Since they do everything behind closed doors I’m not even sure they added anything besides the no brand oil. Felt scammed and won’t return again

I came in to get a smog on a 2020 dodge charger gt with 40k miles. The manager failed my test as “tampering” because I told him don’t interrupt me while I was on the phone asking my mechanic questions. The manager stated my oem has been tampered with (which it hadn’t, I’m the first owner and only owner, this car has never needed diagnostic testing before and only goes in for regular maintenance. While on the phone with my mechanic shop that has done all the work on the car, the guy overheard my mechanic say “what is he even talking about, just go to a different place” this gentleman got All offended and started mentioning he’s been doing it 35 years. He failed the test and charged me for the smog which is wrong. He literally didn’t even get down and look it was right where it was suppose to be. I drive right down the street and got a smog no problem by smog busters. Told them my situation and said they aren’t surprised because they’ve had other customers complain about their bad business practices too.
This location is straight horrible, I went back right after and showed them how I just got it done with zero issues. The gentlemen had nothing to say and sent someone else out to come talk to me. I’ll be contacting corporate with this issue. Here’s my proof of him failing me and me getting it done with time stamps on the papers
Definitely I am not going here again. And I do not recommend it either. First they said your oil filter housing is too tight and we can’t open it if we open it , it will be broken completely and you need a new one and then once they opened it. It was completely ok but he is saying no it is not gonna work so I had to buy an other one from them and pay for it . I was there to only do the oil change not to buy your parts. I had no option other than buying it because the car didn’t have oil at all it was already taken out .
Justin, Joy and April are amazing at the Flamingo/Jones location #11 . Took care of me above and beyond even after one of their other locations (shop #3) left me with a leaky oil filter and missing engine cover. Justin and his team took care of everything fully and covered under warranty. Thank you guys so much, looking forward to having my car cared for by team at #11 from now on. Highly recommend because they care.
Truly this was the worst nightmare getting my car repaired correctly. Having to return many times because they didn't do it right or the part was not installed correctly they still haven't found out why the check engine light is on and I've paid $3,000 they are extremely overpriced on parts and labor. I found so many things wrong each time after I got home and open my hood to see what had been done. And I'm a senior lady even I could see what was wrong. They are truly Mickey Mouse.
I get all my preventive maintenance done here. They've got really fair prices and their customer service is outstanding. They are transparent. I haven't had to have any repairs on my vehicle but if I did, I would probably come here for help first.
Had to get an entire set of calipers, rotors, and pads replaced. Robert helped find parts in my price range and they got to work right away. After a brake fluid flush and test drive, everything was smooth again. Highly recommend USA Auto Service.
